  • Do NOT buy from this shop. They tell EVERYONE their dress will be ready in 6 months regardless of designer, style, dress, etc. so they can get as many people to buy dresses as possible. They over-promise and under-deliver. Even WCCO did a story on how awful they are (read it). And for other people who have had the same experience, PLEASE fill out a formal complaint to the state so this place can get shut down as soon as possible. I bought my dress in January of 2019 for my wedding in February 2020. I had a great experience trying on dresses and felt great buying my dress here. At the time, there were only a few bad reviews and figured it must have been unreasonable people (I was wrong). I was told I would get my dress around July. August came and went but I was busy with planning and didn't pay any mind to it since I had plenty of time. September comes and I still haven't heard anything so I call to check in.   • Beware Don't Buy Here!!!! The purchasing experience is wonderful, however the dress won't arrive in time for the wedding!! The delivery timeline they originally gave us was 6-7 months. We ordered my daughters dress 10 months before the wedding. At 7 months after the purchase, we started to call for ETA. They won't return calls. The only way to talk to them is to drive back to the store. They will lie to you about when the dress will arrive. At 8 months after we ordered, they said the dress shipped from Spain and would take 14 Business days. At 9 months after ordering we were told it was in customs. It then spent a month is customs!!! While it was in customs, they couldn't give us an ETA or a tracking number. Again, they won't return calls. We were forced to buy another dress off the rack. The dress arrived a couple of weeks before they wedding, we weren't given any heads up to schedule alterations. DON"T BUY YOUR DRESS AT POSH!!

  • DO NOT BUY A DRESS HERE. We are 3 weeks out from our wedding and still no dress. They are now telling us that it “should” be here within the next two weeks. Barely a week before our wedding. They say they can’t provide a tracking number or estimated arrival date. With their inability to show us confirmation the dress has shipped or provide any real idea of when it will arrive, at this point I frankly don’t believe their claim that it shipped. The entire ordeal with Posh has been a nightmare and is the only thing we’ve had any issues with in planning our entire wedding. The answer on when the dress will arrive constantly changes and our concerns were dismissed. I’ll update the review if the dress arrives but can’t in good faith recommend this store to anybody at this time. WCCO reported on the problems and I’m sad to say they HAVE NOT been addressed.

  • Beware brides ! This the worst place to buy a weeding dress. My daughter ordered her dress on March 3 and paid in full. Her wedding is November 2 and no dress! They say it’s shipped but it never comes won’t say why not or tell us a tracking number they apparently can’t track their own orders either ! Lots of lies and no dress , so stressful please go somewhere else. Worst service ever☹️ I’m crying as I write this 😭and how this has affected my daughter is truly terrible and so stressful!

  • It has been a very stressful experience dealing with Posh. I ordered my dress March 1, 2019. My wedding is November 2nd and I still have not received my dress. I spoke to Posh today and was told my dress should arrive in 1-2 weeks. I have been forced to buy a backup dress since this business has lost all of my trust.

  • I ordered a wedding dress in early December and I have it in writing that I’d receive it in “approximately 6-7 months”. It’s September and still no dress for my October wedding. Not only that, Posh has no idea where it is. They gave us lie after lie (it’s in customs, it shipped a month ago, it’ll be here next week) before admitting they just don’t know. When we requested (then demanded) call backs after they claimed they’d contact the designer- nothing. They wouldn’t return calls or communicate with us unless we called again and again. Eventually, it took an in person visit to the store for us to find out the dress isn’t coming, and may never have been ordered by Posh. I now have one month to make new wedding dress arrangements. So disappointed because wedding dress shopping should be one of the most fun and exciting parts of wedding planning, and Posh ruined that once in a lifetime experience for me.

  • I purchased a wedding dress from Posh Bridal Couture on 10/10/18. I was told verbally the dress should arrive in about 6 months. After 8 months I called (June 15th) and was told the dress was in "Customs" and should be here soon. After a week had passed and I had not heard anything I called on the whereabouts of my dress. Still nothing.After I still had not received my dress in July, I asked to have the tracking information so that I knew the dress was on the way. I was told Marie, the owner, could not give me that information as there were other dresses for other brides on that tracking number. All I wanted was proof that my dress was in route and they wouldn’t even do that for me.In the middle of July, I had my soon to be MIL attempt to find the whereabouts of my dress.   • I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could!!! I purchased my dress nearly 11 months ago and had very little communication with Posh. I emailed to ask what the status of my dress arriving was and I never received a response. I eventually called to get an update and kept getting the run around. They have hands down THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The shopping for the dress was great and everything after that was terrible. STAY AWAY FROM POSH BRIDAL.

  • I am only giving them a 1 because a 0 isn't an option. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR DRESS HERE. The dress will not arrive in time for you to get altered / fitted / etc. It has gotten so bad that it made the Minneapolis news recently.   • This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a consumer. Where to begin… similar to the 70(!) other 1 & 2 star reviews on Google, my fiance ordered her dress almost about 12 months before our wedding. She had a good initial experience, drank champagne, and signed a contract saying the dress will take about 6 months. After 6 months, no dress. 7, 8, 9, 10 months, still nothing. We were then in the 11th month, weeks away from the wedding, and nothing. Every time we called, it was verbatim “it should be here by the end of this week, or beginning of next week.” We originally had no suspicion that Posh Bridal was an incredibly shady and unfair business. Then we started reading the reviews. Dozens of other brides told the exact same story, dresses not being delivered, or being delivered days/weeks BEFORE THE CEREMONY. Posh bridal steals the joy from what should be the happiest experience of your life. Do not put yourself through what so many brides including myself have gone through. One big thing to note is that their contract states they do not always order your wedding dress the date that you purchase your dress, this is different then what the owner later told me. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked down the aisle in that dress, it was magical.  Sam was amazing while trying on dresses and  the team in general truly is the best in the business. The experience that I had dreamed of for so long far exceeded my expectations. Saying yes to the dress with my bride squad was and will be one of the best memories of my wedding planning process because of Posh Bridal!  Thank you a million and one times!

  • They will give you the run around and keep you running around until you threaten them. Worst part of my wedding planning so far. I love my dress, but it was not worth the annoyance of working with this company. I ended up ordering a simple bridesmaids dress which I was told would probably take 8-12 weeks for production. Luckily we were super ahead of schedule because I didn't get my dress for 24 weeks after it was ordered. I called around to other bridal shops to ask normal turn around time for this specific dress and they said 6 to 8 weeks. So so so disappointed with them.
