Caitlin and her team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! They worked with us for 18 months and guided us through it all, and still listened to what we wanted and envisioned. The day of the wedding we had no worries and enjoyed our day to the fullest. The wedding was everything we ever dreamed of and completely flawless. Thank you Caitlin and your team for everything. Hiring "Plan It" was honestly one of the best decisions my husband and I made involving our big day. Our wedding date was weeks after the Christmas/New Years holidays and they allowed us to enjoy our holidays and still have stress free wedding planning. I also have to mention that the ladies at "Plan It" helped organize our wedding from Los Angeles, CA. We exchanged emails, faxes, had phone conferences, etc and we felt so comfortable that when we met again in Dec. (a month b4 our wedding) everything was organized and going smoothly. They are professional, easy going and incredibly talented at the rare skill of keeping calm during stressful situations. We honestly couldn't have done it without them! You truly CAN NOT put a price on security and a worry free wedding day (and all the days leading up to it!).

We hired Caitlin and her team for the one month wedding coordination package. She and her team exceeded all expectations. I can't brag on them enough. The day was flawless. I was worried about the logistics of the day since our ceremony and reception locations were 30 minutes apart but we were on time for everything and had not one issue! The day couldn't have gone smoother. Their work and professionalism are so impressive! There were so many moving parts and last minute details that needed to be worked out for instance, open seating for 200+ people and Caitlin took care of everything and made my vision come to life! I highly recommend Caitlin and her team at Plan It!

Caitlin is absolutely the best! Her assistant is very sweet too, even though I only met her on the day of my wedding. 2020 has been a rough year but Caitlin was so reassuring about our decisions. The only stress I felt was from minor family stuff but nothing when it came to planning my wedding with her.

Caitlin is the definition of a professional. We hired her a few months before the pandemic hit and she kept us feeling calm throughout the uncertainty of it all. We switched venues 3 months before the wedding to accommodate social distancing and it didn’t phase her at all. It rained on our wedding day and I had a hard time accepting that the dinner portion had to be inside. But she was firm in her decision that it had to be inside and she was right - it POURED during dinner! We have our original venue booked for a 1 year anniversary party and have hired Caitlin to plan that for us too!
