Hi Alyssa, I am quite shocked to read this review and find it hard not to dispute your claims, as we feel that Party Time has gone to great lengths to ensure your wedding was still made possible. Covid-19 has hit everyone hard and to say that we are “heartless” does not seem fair. Your order was reduced well over 50%, when our policy has a 15% reduction limit. But we were willing to make an exception for you, as we felt for you and your hardships. Your wedding venue would not grant you access to their restrooms, and so we cautioned that other venues as well may require a portable toilet rental due to Covid-19. We would never discourage a customer from using a venue for their wedding. Regardless of this miscommunication, your wedding location was moved to an address that was an additional 46 miles away from us. Our delivery fee is per mile, and so there is of course going to be an upcharge in delivery price. In addition to this, your new location was actually out of our delivery range. Another exception we were willing to make for you. As you had mentioned; your order had ample amount of revisions. Although we pride ourselves in accuracy, when an order is altered this many times and at this excess, it does leave room for mistake. So again, we apologize for the wrong linen color and tried to right our mistake by making arrangements with another companies’ sub-rental.
