Amazing and caring staff! Never had any stress or conflicts while working with the shop. I felt welcome each time I came and always felt like I was being taken care of. Although I did not purchase my wedding dress at Park Avenue Bridals for budget and timing reasons, I have to applaud Kathy for the quality of service she provided to me. She was very responsive to my questions. Kathy is professional and personable ( I felt like I had a second mom in the fitting room with me). I went into my appointment very unsure what I was looking for. She patiently showed me different types of dresses and allowed myself and my mother to browse the racks of gowns on our own. Unfortunately, the dress I liked was discontinued; she called the designer to see if it was possible to get the pattern for the gown. Given the detail of the work, I felt like the gown I was interested in was a good value. I think the staff was flexible when we discovered the gown was no longer available and tried their best to accommodate me.

I had a great experience with Park Avenue. My cousin bought her wedding gown there in 2011 so it was my first stop when looking for a dress. The selection was great, but I knew I wanted to look at a few places before making a decision. I ended up finding my dress at a different boutique, a very reputable one, but I decided to price shop to make sure I was getting the best deal. Park Avenue did not have the exact dress in stock but they did carry the designer and therefore could easily order the gown and they offered the best price so I decided to order from them. They put me into similar dresses and took measurements in order to find the size I needed. The process was smooth and easy. I ordered the dress 13 months in advance and it came in in 6 months. I came in and tried it on and picked out and ordered my veil as well. They stored both until I started my fittings. I was an out of state bride, originally from NJ, but had moved 2 years prior. I had a flight cancel on my way home for my second fitting and they assured me that it was no problem and they would get everything done on time. The week of my wedding they really dropped everything to ensure my gown was done on time. Maria is an amazing tailor, she is so sweet and so patient. I LOVED working with her. As she was doing my fittings, my sister realized that she had altered her wedding gown many years ago and even found a picture of Maria working on her gown that we brought back to show her. She is really good at her job and goes above and beyond to make you feel beautiful and confidant that she will get the job done correctly. She does not rush you and allows you to take time to sit in the dress, walk around, practice dancing in it. Anything to make sure you are happy with the alterations. Her turn around time is so so fast, she made changes at my fitting in the morning and had them done in a few hours for me!!! She is a dream! My dress turned out perfectly!

I got my bridesmaid dresses at Park Avenue Bridal and they were excellent to work with! The easygoing and friendly staff made the experience that much better. We got 6 Bill Levkoff gowns and received SO many compliments. Thank you!

I was hesitant about going to Park Avenue Bridals because I previously bought a bridesmaid dress from there and we did not get the best service. They have a great selection though so I thought I’d give them a second chance and I am glad I did! I did not end up getting my gown from Park Avenue but I will say that bridal gown consultant that helped me was patient and amazing! She was so enjoyable to work with and really listened to my likes and dislikes to help me narrow down my options. I did order my bridesmaid dresses through Park Avenue though and it was an equally enjoyable experience. The employees were extremely helpful and accommodating when dealing with different body types and “difficult” circumstances. I had one out-of-state bridesmaid and one pregnant bridesmaid. The staff went above and beyond to schedule last minute fittings for the out-of-state bridesmaid and the alterations for my 8-month pregnant friend came out perfectly! I had such a good experience at Park Avenue Bridal. Several of my cousins had gotten their wedding gowns there as well. My consultant Patty was completely professional and listened to everything I said to help find the perfect dress--one I hadn't seen anywhere before. I went to Park Avenue Bridal in November 2015 for my dress. It was the second store I visited and was still unsure about the style I wanted even though I had tried on 20 dresses at the previous store. Patty let me walk around with my maid of honor and pick out some dresses from the show room (something the other store hadn't done) while she chose some others from the back room. I don't know who picked out my dress but it was stunning. They had just gotten in the dress and the veil the night before. It was like they were made for me. After picking my dress, I felt unsure about it. I called to make an appointment to pick up my headpiece for my hair trial and asked to try on the dress again. When I saw myself the second time, I knew it was my dress. Throughout alterations, the seamstress was so friendly and accommodating. Even when I was unhappy with how the alterations were coming out (a flaw of the dress design and ill-fitting bra) the staff let me make another appointment to come... Read more back and fix it instead of letting me leave unhappy. My dress looked absolutely amazing and my husband was in awe of how beautiful it looked. I received so many compliments on the dress. The quality of the dress and alterations was excellent---my friends thought I had spent thousands. Thank you for helping me choose my the dress of my dreams!

For wedding dress shopping, I worked with Kathy who was fantastic. She took my vision of a non-strapless, fitted gown with lace, no beading and pulled a number of great dresses, one of which became the stunning dress I wore on my wedding day. It was so classy and elegant and yet not over the top. We added some flair in the details with a rhinestone belt and sequined veil (Jessica helped me pick this out). It was just so perfect. Every time I went into the shop they seemed so organized and "on it." My bridesmaids and I worked with Jessica to select bridesmaids gowns. She was fun to talk to and work with and I was just as in love with what we picked for the girls. And my mother got her MOB gown here too, again, very appropriate and fitting for her. My seamstress absolutely wow'ed me with the alterations. Her first round of alterations would have been perfect enough, but she kept finding things to work on--I appreciated the attention to detail and hard work. And Kathy made sure to check o... Read moren me in my fittings, she really saw the process through. My word of advice would be: trust them. They are so experienced. After I had ordered the dress, I had my moments of regret or thinking I made the decision too fast. But they truly know what you are looking for (as long as you have an idea yourself) and what will be right for you. When I put the dress on the first time after it came in (not for my fitting, they graciously let me come in to try it on early to show my MOH) those regrets vanished. I knew why we had selected the gown in the first place. The other thing that shocked me was when Kathy said none of the dresses in the store were white--they were ivory. Most people don't do white anymore. As a traditional bride, I was nervous about being talked into ivory. But again, they were right. It looks white in the photos, photographed wonderfully (as they said), and better matched my skin tone. And the new shop is awesome! Thank you!

I worked with Kathy. She had a sense of humor that I related well to. She's been there for a long time and knows the store and her dresses extremely well. She listened to what I wanted and picked some great options for me. I also wanted a dress I could customize with red and she found me many options with each dress she showed me. She took it one dress at a time so I was able to think about each one and not feel rushed or overwhelmed. She was patient and steered me in a direction I loved!

I was able to find my dress here which is beautiful ,however I am not so happy with the quality of service here. The day I went to get my dress and decide all the attention was on me and I do have to say there was a lot of pushing to get the dress and the accessories with it. This is typical of any sales person in a typical retail environment but this should not be true for a wedding dress or at a Bridal place. Every place I went to the associate would give me my space in decision making and not be so pushy. So ok i say "yes" to the dress and am happy , with the excitement go ahead and say yes to the accessories. Months later I realize I have not been contacted regarding my dress. I think well maybe it is just not in. Then the timing begins to cut close so I decide to call and get an answer of "oh we emailed you" Are you serious, you would not even have called?!!!! When I question them on this they say no don't worry we would have called eventually when it got to close...which is aweso... Read moreme because if there are issues with the dress (the main event of a wedding) then I would be freaking out last minute to have it fixed! So that was the first with me. The I have my fitting. I realize that the belt that was initially sold to me did not match the look of the dress. My wedding is gold detailing and the belt is silver... I was not too crazy about it in the beginning but as I said and which anyone can know from a retail environment, a sales person can be pushy... I realized that this belt was not flowing with the dress at all and when I tell them this I get the answer of yes it does match, the dress is champagne and ivory and the belt is ivory , let me point out that my dress color stands out as champagne and the overlay of lace is ivory which makes a ivory bow in organza which is not shear stand out like a sore thumb... so in the end I had to pay $300 for a bow I will not use (mind you have not even paid in full yet) and they would not budge in providing options.

I used Park Ave. Bridals for my bridesmaids dresses, and they were great! They had many color options and also dress styles. My bridesmaids looked great and we're happy with their dresses, so much so that one of them is now using them for her own wedding!

I had a very nice experience with Park Ave from my first appointment with my bridesmaids to my last when I picked up my dress. Found a gorgeous gown for a wonderful price that received dozens of compliments. The staff is responsive, helpful, and kind.
