Did not communicate with the resort with my correct wedding date. The resort was unaware of this request and I had to contact them myself via phone and email because she neglected to do it in a timely manner. She also sent out an email link to my family and friends twice not just once with the mistake of another couples picture and wedding date in the link. How embarrassing! You can imagine how that looks to your guests. The first one was funny kind of and I let it slide. But the second one!
Her response time on emails to family and friends was weeks or longer. Emails and texts were very unprofessional.
