  • Beware!!! Do not use them for your save the date or wedding invitations. Here was my experience based on trying to order 30 save the date invites for my wedding: -I had to keep following up regarding status. I received excuses. -The local store told me to contact customer service. Isn't this a service they need to provide if they realize they are not delivering? -COVID hit, and they confirmed they would send everything to me. They sent it to the store and told me it was my issue to solve. This took multiple emails to customer service to resolve. -The proofs came back twice with errors. They made the same ones more than once. -I reached out to customer service at the end of this process multiple times and no one got back to me. -I constantly received excuses and it felt like it was my problem to deal with.   • This is the long but the gist of it is the product is nice but my customer service was horrible. I have yet to talk to a manager and the last time I was promised one would call was on June 1, 2020. I have been trying to reach one since March (I have been very patient with COVID too). If you want to order from Paper Source skip the store and do it yourself directly on line with a discount code. The store did not step in to help me with the plant at all.   • The absolute worst experience of my wedding planning experience thus far has been dealing with this customer. I was a longtime customer and was so excited to get my invites from here, but it has been a nightmare. Their entire payment system was down for three weeks (How does this happen to a major company??), and when they finally came to us with a solution, we realized that it could have been fixed immediately after this issue occurred. There is a complete breakdown of communication between stores and their corporate office, leading to significant consequences for the customer. I have always had great in-store experiences, but ordering wedding invites from them was not worth the time, money, or energy. I would recommend Minted. All of my friends have had great success with them, and their invites turned out beautifully. Do not use this company for absolutely anything for your wedding. You will be disappointed.

  • Unfortunately, not the best experience. I paid almost $900 for about 30 wedding invitations. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful with the initial ordering process. Not a single problem there. Once the order was placed however.... a few issues came about. First, I paid $50 for rush proof. That did not happen although they did refund the $50. I would've rather had the service ordered -obviously. Second, ribbon and envelope backing did not match. The envelope backing was on backorder so I didn't get a chance to physically see them when I ordered. I went off the suggestion of sales staff. I ended up buying ribbon from Michael's so that problem was solved. THEN, I specifically asked for the ribbon on the invitations to be tied a certain way. Not only did that not happen, they weren't on the invitations at all!!! When I picked the invitations up and communicated they were supposed to be tied - crickets....   • My fiance and I worked with the Suburban Square location to design our wedding invitations. The employees at this location were more than helpful and walked us through the entire design process. We made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and sat with one of the employees for a full hour. We we were able to look through large books of samples as well as draft our own invitations - playing around with various colors and fonts. My complaint is NOT with the Suburban Square location or its employees - it is with the "service" Paper Source provides as a whole. My fiance and I knew that getting our invitations through Paper Source would not be cheap, but we were willing to spend the money because we really wanted high quality invitations with an elegant, classic look. However, when you are spending over $1000 on invitations, it's a bit frustrating to find out that this price does not include what would be considered a basic service through other stationary vendors - proofing, wording...   • I ordered custom printed recipient and RSVP envelopes from Paper Source for my wedding. The process to order them in store went well, but my contact/information with them since has been very poor. I had a question about formatting that I wanted answered before I sent all of my recipient names to them for printing. I emailed the store, called the store 3 times (no one answered), emailed 2 separate online customer service emails, and talked to someone via customer service on the phone. No one was able to answer my question. I finally got ahold of the store and they emailed the same person I had emailed, to no response. Running out of time to get them printed, I eventually just sent in my recipient addresses in a final email with my question again repeated.   • So far we have mailed the Save The Date Cards and have received many positive comments regarding the calligraphy and the card design. The Invitations when mailed will made the STD cards.

  • We worked with Therese at the Bethesda Paper Source and she was excellent. She gave us her cell phone number and was always checking in with us to make sure we knew the status of our design and order. She worked with us to build our our invitation suite and then was a great liaison with Paper Source national to get the addressing and printing done. Overall she made the process so easy -- and then the actual invitations we got were beautiful and very high quality!

  • Paper Source was amazing! Moving ship dates to accommodate my fiance and I not being there to get the cards. They packed the box well so all your paper is safe and gets to you in prime condition. They people that help communicate any edits are friendly and helpful. They got us both our Save the Date and Inventions to us quickly. The cards are also high quality as well and came out beautiful! I highly recommend them, even if you visit them in their local store the attendants are happy to help or to just let you browse until you find something that speaks to you.

  • We realized day-of that the driveway to our venue was a little hard to spot. So, on our way to drop me off for hair/makeup/set up, we ran into a Papersource and thank goodness they sell and fill helium balloons. They saved the day!! So glad that they offer this service and were willing to do a rush job for us!

  • We got a lot of compliments on our invitations. They were a great quality and PS worked with us to modify the invitation to our needs. The price was a little bit more than what we were hoping to spend, but the quality was good. The only issue we had was when we had them address the envelopes for us, we didn’t get to proof them. Little did we know that the apostrophe would turn into some weird symbol.
