Kindred Spirits was absolutely amazing at supporting and coordinating our wedding. Jess, who was the person we communicated with, always reached out to make sure everything was going according to plan. Days leading up to the wedding she communicated with each of our vendors to make sure they were all onboard with our timeline and set to go on the day of. On our wedding day Kindred Spirits went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we envisioned it to be. They helped our bridal parties transition, set up our ceremony and reception sites, flipped tables between dinner and the dancing to allow more space, and even helped our families with clean up afterward. We could not recommend having them as our wedding coordinators enough. Our day could not have been as great without them.

Jessica was so much fun to work with! Wedding planning went from stressful to actually being fun! She was able to make all of my visions come to life and made the decor at my wedding so much more beautiful than I could have imagined.

If I could give higher than a 5 I would. At first I was excited about the fact that we were getting 2 coordinators for the price of one and then we we started meeting with both Jess and Lori it was about more than the cost. The communication, ideas, feedback and flexibility they provided us with made our entire planning process stress free. They didn’t judge us about doing our own decor and flowers, they never pushed preferred vendors on us and were the epitome of professional. On our wedding day they took care of everything! If anything went wrong we never knew. I don’t have enough kind words to say about Kindred Spirits. Both my husband and I are sad that we don’t get to see them anymore. They were a huge part of making our day so stress free and fun!! Love them both to pieces.

Jess and Lori made our wedding the best day ever. They are so very sweet and kind, responsible, easy to communicate, helpful, and punctual. My husband and I got married in young age and none of our friends were married yet. (Also I am immigrant.) So we literally had no idea what should happen in the wedding day. I asked many questions to Jess for preparing, and she always replied very fast politelly and clearly. I can't tell how much it was helpful. And in our wedding day, she knew every single detail what happens next and who should be responsible for that. My husband and I had nothing to be worried about and we just focued on enjoying the day. It was the best day in our life because of them. They worked much much more than the price we paid. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family who will get married in the future. I am SO happy that I used a day-of wedding planner and especially lucky to have found Kindred Spirits! They have fantastic team that is very professional yet also very comfortable and easy to work with. It was like having your favorite cousin on your side to help make your day perfect. They are more than just helping you to identify and hire vendors. They are there to complete your entire wedding checklist, confirm details, and the day of, they have a team that works with all vendors to ensure the overall vision is accomplished. They are worth every penny and more!

We worked primarily with Jessica in the weeks leading up to our wedding to settle the contracts, and the day before for the rehearsal. Jessica was SO helpful in the entire process. She even took the extra time to meet up with us before the rehearsal for a final review meeting to go over the timeline and any final questions, which put our minds at ease and made the big day go much smoother. On the day-of, Kindred Spirits were one step ahead of everything that happened. I felt so at-ease with them at the helm guiding our event. It was easy to see how experienced they were--Jessica's positive, fun attitude was so appreciated because it made us feel like everything was under control (and it was). I would definitely recommend Kindred Spirits to friends, family, and anyone else!

Jessica and Lori are worth every penny! Don't be fooled because there prices are so amazing that you get less. Jessica and Lori were excellent listeners and fully understood my vision. They went above and beyond what was in the contract. My now husband, and I live in New Jersey. Jessica, Lori and I had a couple of Skyping meetings, met for the rehearsal then it was go time. They played interference on a number of occasions so that I could enjoy my special day as a bride should. I even received a binder with my timeline & contracts. If I were you, I'd nab them before they're booked.

Jessica and Lori were the perfect team to help our day come together! Our wedding was not as simple as others. Each centerpiece was different from the other and needed to be put together a certain way and there were a lot of other details that had to get done. They brought in their team of decorators and when they were done, everything was perfect! The communication between the two of them and between them and us was amazing! It was so lovely to have these two ladies with me on my wedding day! I had worked so hard to get everything set up and organize and it was very reassuring to have them there to execute my dream. The day of my wedding I was able to just relax with my bridesmaids, get my hair and makeup done without stress, and I knew I had nothing to worry about. There were a few small issues, but I never heard about them till the next day because these two did such a wonderful job. THANK YOU!
