  • What bus comes with a driver and a server?! We had both from Joe at Limo bus and it was great! We had a large wedding party plus parents of the bride and groom so we needed a bus....we have sufficient room for everyone and table with booth seats for the children. It was our own private party before the main event! And affordable!

  • We booked our limos late in the wedding planning process but they accommodated us without a problem. Their prices are great and we were totally pleased with the quality of our selections. The limos are very clean and the drivers were very professional.

  • I have heard NIGHTMARE stores about wedding day transportation, but this place gave me no worries. In fact, they went above and beyond. We rented the 35 person limo bus and it worked perfectly with our over sized wedding party. They have GPS so they don't get loss and they include a waitress on the limo bus that serves drinks to your wedding party. We had a great time on our wa to our reception largely because they gave us nothing to worry about.

  • Our limobus was modern and clean and the staff were very helpful. The Excalibur was so much fun, and our guests enjoyed the shuttle service from our hotel to our venue. Professional and punctual service.

  • Don't get me wrong the limo's are beautiful, they showed up on time, got me from point A to point B, but customer service wasn't the greatest. Huge lack in communication which cost us a lot of money...

  • Horrible! When we booked them in May they were great. They were very helpful before we booked them they were able to get in touch with them very easily. Once we booked them everything changed. Exactly one month before our wedding we came across a potential travel issue for the bus due to a detour right in the middle of our travel route. I called the town and state police to make sure that the bus was able to travel in the detour area and to fins out whatever info I could. Well, I contacted the owner Joe that same day because I knew that this was going to take time to work out. I spoke to him and he told me to e-mail him all of the info and give him a few days to do some research. So I did. 10 days later I still had not heard from him I called him. He said oh I must have missed our e-mail can you please send it to me again. So I did. I sent it and then got an e-mail back that said they would take care of it and not to worry.     I am disappointed to hear that you felt our service was not up to your standards. Customer satisfaction is always our primary concern and we do our very best to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients - especially on their wedding day. In this case, I had spoken with you about your concerns and I had investigated this issues, as well. We take any concern regarding service extremely seriously. I spoke at length with our driver, as well. This issue seemed to stem from an annoyance with overtime charges. With regard to overtime, all of our overtime charges are clearly explained and written on the contract. We do our best to accommodate our clients on overtime. We charge in half-hour increments and even offer a grace period. Again, I am sorry if you were not satisfied with this policy. All of our drivers, including the driver in this case, are equipped with GPS and with Mapquest and information prepared by our office staff, and review the itinerary for the weekend earlier in the week. Our drivers are also well-trained and experienced. The driver for this service has 14 years of driving experience, a perfect safety record, no accidents, and over 5 years of driving with our company and NOT one complaint in well over 600 wedding with our company. On this particular day, he did have a GPS and a Mapquest and a ride sheet prepared by our office staff and had reviewed the route. We were, in fact, well prepared for this ride. We were early to arrive at the groom's home to begin the service. There was an issue of a 15 minute delay during the middle of the service and we caution brides : PLEASE ALLOW ENOUGH TIME IN YOUR ITINERARY. If a bus arrives at 2:00pm, please don't assume that the bridal party will hop on and depart promptly at 2:01pm. Although we will arrive early at your home for the remainder of the ride, please allow a small window for traffic, for construction, for inclement weather (rain or snow) and please tell your bridal party to be ready by a certain time to avoid confusion or unnecessary delays. We want your wedding day to be as perfect as you have dreamed it will be, as well.

  • NJ Limo Bus company was the worst. The bus company made us 1.5 hours late to our own wedding! We had planned on using one specific route to get us into Manhattan for our reception but the bus company did not take into account that the bus would not fit through one of the major tunnels! We had to backtrack and go completely out of our way to get to one of the other tunnels and ended up getting stuck in ridiculous amount of traffic. They should have known the bus limitations beforehand. Although the bus driver and waiter were very nice, the owner of the company was unprofessional and rude. When a call was placed to tell him what had occurred, he became very defensive and obnoxious. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

    It is unfortunate to learn that you were not satisfied with your wedding day services. Our primary concern is our clients and our brides. We take wedding day services extremely seriously, and I am sorry to hear of your concern. As this review was posted over a year and a half (18 months after the service had occurred), I had to pull the file to review the notes. It seems that there was traffic that occurred during your itinerary. The itinerary does note the height restriction so it seems unlikely that the driver was unaware of this. Again, I am reviewing a 2009 file and a 2011 complaint. This issue is over 18 months old and difficult to investigate and interview employees about a service that was literally 1000s of jobs ago. Any issue with service is usually brought to my attention immediately and I regret that I was never contacted with this concern so that it could have been straightened-out immediately. We are an excellent company and work very diligently to make certain that errors are avoided. Even the very best limousine companies such as ourselves, despite rigorous preventative maintenance and much employee training, have mistakes with either human error or machinery from time to time. In those rare instances, we work with the client to remedy the situation with the client. It is again unfortunate that this posting was posted in 2011 about a 2009 wedding.

  • The day of service went well. Our driver was very attentive and added on a few extra stops for us too. Needed to brush up on directions because he attempted to go a very long way to our reception, but we corrected that. Very nice though and our Escalade was great... and very clean too!!! Responsiveness: It was very hard to communicate with the company once we left our deposit. Sent a fax and just wanted to confirm that they received it and it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls. That was annoying.

    We are please to hear that the day of service went well. We pride ourselves on excellent, client-centered service. I was, however, disappointed to hear that there was a slight issue with responsiveness. I believe at the time of your wedding (early April of 2009) we were experiencing fax machine issues, as our fax/copier system was replaced in May of 2009. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that occurred. Our staff is generally VERY attentive at immediately returning calls and facilitating communication.

  • The limos were beautiful and arrived right on time. The drivers were so friendly and personable (especially important as a nervous bride on her way to the church). I especially loved the champagne they had waiting for me, my husband, and our wedding party after the ceremony. I did not, however, find that they were super responsive after our initial phonecall to them to secure the date so my husband and I had to manage that a little bit to make sure that we were all set to go. I would totatlly suggest hiring them, though, because the limos were great and the drivers were great, too.
