  • They were great! The driver showed up rite on time. He even walked with us while we were taking our pictures with an umbrella just in case it started to rain.

  • They were on-time, dressed professionally, had umbrellas ready since it was pouring rain on my wedding day!! They knew were to go and was super nice! I had bad experiences with limo companies in the past and was apprehensive to use any limo service....I would definitely use NJ Limo Bus for all events!!!

  • I rented a 46 passenger party bus for a birthday celebration. The ideas was to just cruise around the NYC and party hard in the bus. It was something my guests had been looking forward to and the bus did not disappoint. I apologize if I get their names wrong but Victor the driver and Eric the server were fantastic and easy to work with. The server was provided at not additional cost. He poured the drinks and made sure everyone was comfortable. They did not hound you for a tip nor was it expected. I only wish I was sober enough to tip them because they deserved it. They were cool guys and very courteous. The epitome of professionalism. The bus itself was amazing. From the powerful sound system to the laser strobe lights. The party started right away as soon as we closed the door and got underway. My guests only wished there was a dancing pole in the bus. The partying only stopped as we started passing out.   • I am so pleased to have had the pleasure of finding out about Utopia Weddings. I walked in and was able to plan the rest of my wedding in one day. Judy (Invitations), Vivian (receptionist), Linda and Joe (transportation), Uni (flowers) and of course Joe and Annemarie in charge of it all were the most unbelievable, down to earth, fun group of people that i have ever met. Everyone was so helpful and made my wedding so easy to plan and i was able to relax and enjoy the whole process. I have told everyone about Utopia Weddings because i was truly blown away by everything they have done for me and how truly gracious they were to me. If i knew of them sooner i would have used the whole company to plan the whole wedding. My wedding was perfection because of the help of Utopia Weddings!!

  • The limo and bus we had were great – very clean and the drivers/attendant on the bus were professional. Joe worked with us to make sure we had the best deal for pricing and scheduling. We had a number of pick ups and locations throughout the day and we were on time for everything! Even the ceremony! It was great to know we had dependable drivers who knew where they were going. Definitely would recommend!

  • I must say that New Jersey Limo Bus is the BEST limo/car service you can hire.....they are SUPER PUNCTUAL!!! They arrived early to my wedding and driver was super profesional :) I am so so so so happy with their service. We also used the company as a car service for the airport and I have to say it was great too!! :) VERY RELIABLE COMPANY.......will definitely keep hiring when needed :) New Jersey Limo Bus.....you cant hire anyone better!!! :)

  • After final payment dealing with NJ Limo Bus was questionable. I was told to email my itinerary for my wedding to the [email protected] njlimobus email address and did so as soon as I signed the contract and submitted payment. When I called two months later and spoke to Cathy, she did not have my itinerary on file and I had to email it again. Needless to say sending anything to that email address is like sending it to a black hole. Now two weeks before my wedding I needed to make a change to the itinerary. I emailed NJ limo bus with the change, called and spole to Cathy letting her know that I just sent the email and to please print it and place it on file. She told me they were so busy with all the other weddings/events that it's best if I call the Friday before my wedding (very nice woman but who tells a bride to call the Friday before her wedding to reconfirm something she's confirming NOW).     First, I am glad to hear that you found our drivers to be courteous and professional. Our drivers are among the most experienced and safest in the industry. They go thru an extensive training process and they love what they do. We are glad to hear that they were engaging and punctual. We recognize the importance of one's wedding day. As this is an extremely special and momentous occasion, we take many steps to make certain that the itinerary and details are accurate. At the time you made your initial reservation, we ask for an estimated block of time. We then ask you to complete a written itinerary sheet that details stop-by-stop where the vehicle should be. This itinerary serves as a blueprint for your wedding day. We ask you to make a final confirmation of the details of your reservation within 10 days of the event. We have this process streamlined so that there is no confusion and little inconvenience. I am sorry that you found this process to be bothersome. We always aim to please our clients and I am sorry this was not the case. You are certainly entitled to your opinion. It seems that a 2.2 rating is seemingly minimal, especially when all services provided on your wedding day were on-time and extremely professional.   • Like many of the other brides, my service was not the best. As a matter of fact it was the worst. The limos promised were not the limos that showed but, the driving was erratic and caused myself and my bridal party to hold on for dear life in the back, I almost got sick. Also, I don't know what kind of a GPS the driver was using but his route took us completely out of the way so much so that they actually charged me overtime, even after repeated attempts to correct him. He just kept going the wrong way. We allowed 2 1/2 hours between the church and getting to our reception site. The drive itself should take no more than 45 minutes (with traffic) yet because the driver did not follow our directions and was using a clearly old and antiquated GPS system, we still missed our entire cocktail hour. It was raining on our wedding day and the drivers weren't even prepared with umbrellas (like they were supposed to be) so we had to ask guests for theirs. When we FINALLY arrived at the receptio...     Although we strongly endorse "the customer is always right" philosophy and do our very best to accommodate our clients, this situation was very strange and unfortunately what you are describing is not what occurred. You contacted our office screaming and yelling and even threatening our office staff about 6 missing umbrellas. When we advised you that we indeed had found 4 umbrellas, you threatened to sue us for the additional 2 umbrellas. This is so silly, and as most any reasonable person can see, this is a very strange reaction to missing umbrellas. This is also what is so distasteful about a sue-happy society. Additionally, we did and always do have umbrellas of our own stocked in every vehicle. I have had the time to fully interview our staff and read over driver notes and the experience you described does not seem to accurately represent what occurred. Our drivers are among the safest and most professional, and we have an extensive lost and found. Our staff are incredibly helpful and honest returning phones, cameras, even money-envelopes left behind to clients. I am sorry that you are so angry with our company. I never like to hear of anyone who is dissatisfied but in this rare case, this is absurd. This review is not even remotely fair and not even honest.   • My driver was very patient, although we we were a slightly rowdy bunch. I am so very grateful that we were able to get everywhere on time because of his efforts. Smiled and was also a very safe driver. No issues at all!!! Book them FAST!

  • Great service, great fleet of cars. The limo arrived for our wedding on time (actually, he arrived EARLY!!!) and clean. The driver, I can't remember his name, but he's a Latin gentleman was so nice and kind and made all of us feel calm despite the wedding chaos (not to mention our wedding was the weekend of Hurricane Irene).

  • NJ Limo Bus is a great company -- they came early for pick up, everything ran on time, the car was beautiful and the driver was very helpful and professional. My only complaint is regarding the service leading up to the day-of. I guess there are two ladies taking care of the administrative work, but it seems like they don't communicate with each other. I would get one call from Lady 1 regarding one thing, and 10 minutes later, Lady 2 calls me regarding the same thing.............Otherwise, all went well!

    I have read your (Krysty's) comments regarding the office staff . Our office administrator was training a new staff member and it was her first week of work. In an effort to avoid ANY mistakes or errors, you were contacted again to verify all of the information and assure that the directives were complete. A wedding day is a momentous occasion, if not a once in a lifetime event, and our staff certainly understands its importance. We take every step possible to avoid a mistake and confirm and even reconfirm all information. I also read that our staff was professional and EARLY! A 3.0 out of 5.0 seems like a very harsh score if the only matter that was wrong was that the staff called again to verify information. If you agree with me, I would kindly ask you to reconsider your score, as brides take these scores very seriously when choosing a luxury transportation provider. Our reputation, as an A rated company on the Better Business Bureau and as the leading limousine provider in the area, is something that we have worked hard to earn and maintain. I apologize if this matter inconvenienced you. Some brides would be grateful for our attention to detail and some may find it a nuisance. Our focus is always excellent, client-centered service and we do our very best to assure that all information is always correct for your wedding day.
