  • After our wedding the first thing that I said to my wife was "that went perfect, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding", and she said the exact same thing to me. If you want a perfect wedding, one that you can put your full faith and trust into your wedding coordinators and worry only about having a wonderful time, then choose Paige Simpson and the team at The Hilton Naples. We have been living in Florida for a short duration of time and chose to have our wedding in Florida. We had 95% of our 100+ guests coming in from Ohio for our wedding and we needed everything to be stress free and fun. We visited a lot of places that hold weddings in Southwest Florida and although the choice was tough for the actual location because Southwest Florida is filled with beautiful facilities, we chose the Hilton Naples because we left our appointment with Paige feeling like we met a friend, knowing we could trust her and that everything would work out perfectly.   • This was our second wedding in a year at the Naples Hilton and our third with Paige Simpson at the helm. Paige makes sure that everything we ask for is addressed and always goes the extra mile to be sure her bride and groom have the day of their lives. Her attention to even the most minute detail is nothing short of extraordinary. We highly recommend her.

  • I was so pleasantly surprised with everyone at the Hilton, especially Paige. She made my wedding planning so simple. She was always ready with advice and guidance. She had a great cache of vendors ready for me. She was so superb, it was a joy to work with her. The Hilton crew was just as amazing: the shuttle to our beach ceremony, the reception waitstaff and bartender, the check-in crew, room-service; everyone was awesome!

  • We had our wedding reception at the Naples Hilton on December 18, 2010. Paige Simpson is the most amazing wedding coordinator I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her experience and professionalism astounds me! Her title at the Naples Hilton is "Special Events Manager", I don't see how that sums up everything she does; I barely had to do anything! She.... ~ Referred vendors to me (the best in town) ~ Created all of the centerpieces ~ Went and bought my cake flowers and extra petals on her own time ~ Created a special menu for me based on my budget ~ Picked out the flavors of my wedding cake based on the surveys she has taken in the past ~ Offered to take me to the church when my limo was 33 min late ~ With the help of her wonderful staff she set up the cocktail reception and the ballroom to perfection!   • Paige is the best! We planned out wedding with her and she was amazing--prompt, quick, flexible! She was so easy-going about my religious demands and willing to learn about the hows and whys of Jewish weddings. She ran the ceremony and reception like a champion; she took the initiative to do the things that I forgot without making a fuss. She was the reason we get, nearly four months later, compliments about our Big Day. Thank you, Paige!

  • We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Naples Hilton. They did a fantastic job from the very first meeting! Paige Simpson thier on-site wedding coordinator is the best in the business! Her attention to detail, expert knowledge, experience, kindness and understanding really helped to make our day special. Paige assisted us with executing all of the ideas we had and working within our budget and helped to keep the process fun and as stress free as possible. We even set up a bridesmaids luncheon the day of in Shulas which was so memorable and the service was fantastic! Throughout the day on several occassions we observed Paige making sure every detail was executed perfectly. Each of our guests were just as pleased as we were with the experience! I would definitely recommend the Hilton for your upcoming wedding- especially with the help of Paige to ensure your day is truly perfect!

If you are looking for a beautiful venue for both your ceremony and reception, or even just your reception, I would highly recommend the Naples Hilton! Not only was the indoor ceremony beautiful and intimate, all of my guests loved the setting and decor and best of all - they take really good care of you! I had searched all over Naples and Bonita, from the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Resort, to the Naples Grand, to the Ritz, to the Hyatt at Coconut Point - all over! And not only did I get the best value for my money at the Naples Hilton (I was WAY under my budget), I also received TWO nights complimentary stay in their huge suite (perfect size for entertaining and plenty of room for when my hair and make-up artists arrived) and everything was included!   • We were married and had our reception at the Hilton on June 26, 2010, and I'll say that it was easily the best choice among the vendors that we could have made. Page was an excellent on-site co-ordinator, going above and beyond in a number of capacities: - arranging to have seating set out at our ceremony site (8th Ave South Park, about 10 minutes away). - co-ordinating the receipt of the floral arrangements from Driftwood Garden Center (right next door -- a great place if you're looking for a florist). - decorating the lobby for our cocktail hour; our theme was "beach," so she set out seashells and starfish. - custom-designing centerpieces for us; tropical flowers and more shells! - arranging for tableside service of a special bottle of Champagne (I work in the wine industry, so I wanted something really good) for my wife and I.   • Our son's wedding was at the Hilton, Naples on May 30, 2010. Paige Simpson was the event planner. She was always accessible , had great ideas and suggestions, and was on top of everything. I would never hesitate to use her again for an event. I would highly recommend Paige , she was fabulous .

  • My daughter got married May 29, 2010. We had looked all around town for venues for the reception. We liked the idea of a hotel vs country club so that our guests could simply ride the elevator to their room after the party. I believe the Hilton was our last stop and we were getting worried. The Grande, down the street, was downright rude with us! Then Paige Simpson met with us. Right off the bat we felt we found the right place. Paige listened to us and offered advice that actually matched what we were trying to achieve. She recommended other vendors for us and I think we went with all she recommended. Paige was patient with us (me) as the day got closer. The Hilton was awesome in helping us with room blocks for our guests and even extending the cut off date when we realized some of our friends hadn't reserved rooms yet. The special events manager, Paige Simpson, was especially friendly and helpful when it came to turning my vision into reality. I couldn't have done it without her.

  • The Hilton of Naples has the best thing in the world going for them... Paige Simpson! She is the best wedding consultant ever! I could not have done my day without her. She knew everything and everyone important that there is to know about weddings! Thanks for everything Paige! The Hilton was the perfect place for us. With the Ritz, the Grande, and the Beach Hotel in town, the Hilton was the only place where I could get everything I wanted for the money I had... plus, they have Paige. I have talked to other wedding consultants from other hotels and they just don't have what she has!! These other hotels are all beach front property, but the Grande does not even have refrigerators in their rooms... they charge you. The art in the hotel made for awesome pictures... The food was nothing short of the best... and the high quality staff members at the Hilton made me feel like I was staying in the presidential sweet! Thanks for everything Hilton Family!

  • My husband and I got married on April 4, 2009 and had a lunch reception at the Hilton. Over 2 years later, guests still talk about how much fun they had! Paige Simpson is the reason! No detail was too insignificant, no challenge too big! Paige, and the entire staff of the Hilton, knocked it out of the park that day! There is not one thing I would change if I did it over. She worked within my budget and truly created a magical day, full of fun, love, joy, and peace. Actually, those 4 words sum up Paige herself! ;-) Thanks Paige! Thanks Hilton Crew!
