  • We purchased 40 stemless wine glasses with engravings. Only received one broken one. We over purchased for that reason. Also purchased gift boxes and ribbons. Spent less than $200 on all? I believe.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding favors! We got personalized mason jars and they were perfect! We ordered 175 of them and not a single one was broken. I was a little worried after reading the reviews! But I could not be happier with the way they turned out! Without a doubt would recommend! The products were great quality as well! Absolutely no complaints!

  • My wedding will be in April of this year, but I wanted plenty of time to look over/check things before I knew everything was perfect. I've ordered 80 ceramic piggy banks for my wedding favor from My Wedding Favors, but realized upon checking that one came badly cracked. I've reached out to customer service to get a replacement, and their responses were very prompt and courteous. They requested for photos of the cracked favor, which I sent over. No questions asked, they confirmed that I'll be getting a new piece free-of-charge. I just received the confirmation today, but wanted to compliment their great customer service and the superb experience I had with them!

  • I order the custom coasters via phone I was assured the product would leave the warehouse on the Wednesday and I paid for overnight shipping. Well it didn’t happen I was told they would eat the cost to overnight on Friday before 10. Well I didn’t get the whole package. Jess or Jessinia told me what would matter if she contacted the warehouse but she can send tomorrow. Tomorrow is the wedding. Never ever use this terrible, inconsiderate company. You can get the same stuff from amazon. I eish I did. I am still waiting for a credit. NEVER USE THEM!!!!!!!

  • I ordered some wine charms and they never arrived. 10 days after delivery date I called and they informed me they couldn't get a hold of the supplier. It took 4 more calls and 3 more days with wait times on the phone of 20 min plus for them to refund my money.

  • Please be wary of this company. The merchandise is NOT like it is pictured. The printing is usually substantially smaller, the products are smaller than they appear to be, we were ripped off twice - ordered personalized wine labels that never arrived and monogrammed flasks that never arrived - each time we got the run around from customer service. Ended up challenging nearly $200 in charges for merchandise never received and never received so much as an apology. This company is a ripoff.

  • Super disappointed with this company. I order mason jars for my wedding and paid $60 extra for express shipping. My items came broken and then when I opened the box I saw I don’t even get what I ordered.....I had 150 shot glasses! I called yo and they told me they would refund my money but could not get me the correct items in two days so my guests are out wedding favors and we will go buy cheap plastic glasses for drinks. So disappointed with this!

  • If you are looking for a stress free way to order favors for your wedding look elsewhere. I ordered in January and received my order in a timely manner but was sent the wrong boxes for my favors. When I contacted them to return the wrong boxes they gave me my options. I shipped back the boxes (which I had to pay the shipping for) in the beginning of February and it is now the end of March and I still haven't received a refund even though FedEx tracking proves that the return package arrived. After several calls, emails, and promises of a refund in 3 to 5 business days all they can say is "waiting for management approval." I've been in management approval limbo for almost a month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  • We ordered several things for a wedding dinner. We ordered 60 tubes of lip balm with 60 stickers. We got 60 stickers, but also got nearly 400 extra tubes of lip balm. The stickers wouldn't stick no matter what. We ordered wine glasses. The quality is good, but several arrived broken. The company was prompt to respond, but only after requiring photos of the glasses broken in the box. The bubbles were a hit, but aren't great quality. If I did it again, I'd just buy bubbles at a store.

  • I need to make a small change to my order. I've been sitting on hold for an hour and a half and counting. There were "two callers" ahead of me. Needless to say I'm pretty aggravated at this point. I'll leave a better review if my problem is resolved, but personally, being on hold for this long is completely unacceptable.

    I am so sorry Erin, we were closed on Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday and the phones should have been turned off with that message at this time. I'm checking into what caused this error but I wanted to touch base to make sure you were able to reach us when we opened back up for normal business hours yesterday. If not, please forward me your order number and the best email/phone number to reach you at with the needed changes. Again, I apologize for this error!

  • I hired the folks at myweddingfavors.com to create custom gifts for my guests. They did good work but they were tough to get in touch with and took a while to respond. The gifts were a bit late, but did show up in time for the wedding. The quality was good and the guests loved them, but I really wish they had been better with communicating. I would recommend them to a friend, but I would advice anyone working with them to make sure to order the gifts early so there is plenty of time for them to show up stress free!

  • Buyer Beware! Of the dozens of vendors we worked with for our wedding, my wedding favors was, by far, the worst. To say that the quality of the items is misrepresented on the website would be an understatement. I ordered personalized plastic tumblers from my wedding favors to give as a favor at our wedding. The glasses arrived and I was shocked at what I saw. These tumblers were of similar quality to that of a disposable red solo cup. I reached out to customer service and informed them that I was not satisfied with my purchase. I did not ask for a refund. I simply asked to send them back and order something that I would actually be proud to give my wedding guests. On all three occasions that I spoke with customer service, they gave me generic, pre-written responses without offering any type of resolution.
