Sydney and the Mintahoe team were so great to work with! The tasting was a great opportunity to see and taste a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts. As we were planning as the state slowly re-opened from coronavirus, Mintahoe was flexible with deadlines on guest count, plate choices and floor plan rearrangements. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with Mintahoe and highly recommend them! Erin did such an amazing job doubling as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding on August 15th at Leopold's Mississippi Gardens - it turned out even better than I imagined! She is very organized and detail-oriented, which made it super easy/stress-free to plan a wedding while out of state (even during COVID). She was so responsive and flexible during the pandemic - she kept us updated on the changing requirements and the corresponding adjustments they were making to allow us to celebrate safely. We cannot recommend mintahoe enough!! We had the absolute best experience planning catering for our wedding through them. Emily is by far the absolute best!! Absolutely wonderful service and food. Planning a wedding during the height of Covid has been awful, but they helped us get through everything. The food was great and the tasting was great. Awesome staff and planning committee.

Mintahoe was a great caterer for my wedding. The sales person we had (Emily) walked us through every aspect of our wedding and helped us write up a very detailed timeline for our event. We were able to share this timeline directly with our other vendors so everyone was on the same page! Also, Emily was able to clearly explain our meal and drink options and my wife and I were able to pick the best options for us and our guest.

My husband and I definitely recommend, Mintahoe Catering & Events! Our coordinator Erin was amazing to work with! She was extremely responsive from start to finish and made us feel completely at ease on our big day. Every staff member was exceptional! We even had some of our wedding guest compliment on the great service.

We had our wedding at Nicollet Island Pavillion and it was a total blast. Gabriella and Emily (Mintahoe staff) are incredible to work with. They are super helpful, flexible, and just lovely people. The venue was beautiful, food was good, and it's right on the Mississippi river with a view of downtown. I highly recommend this venue!

Mintahoe was great to work with. At first only having them as an option I was concerned but they were amazing. The food turned out great and was better than I expected. My only complaint is that the bartenders were not very friendly to our guests or us when it came to getting drinks during the evening. They were not very understanding on the open bar. Other than that, everything went great and Denise was amazing to work with and made sure everything I wanted happened!

My nonprofit organization worked with Mintahoe Catering for our recent annual gala. It was a great pleasure working with their staff and our guests had a wonderful time and loved the food. Gabriella at Mintahoe/Nicollet Island Pavillion was simply put, AMAZING. We actually booked the venue with a different coordinator but it was a blessing in disguise when she left and Gabby came into our lives. She fixed mistakes that the previous coordinator had made and worked with us to get to the pricepoint we felt comfortable at, without sacrificing special elements of the day. Everything on our day of was flawless. I never had to think about how things were going at the venue or worry about if things would be set up correctly, which is exactly how it should be on that day!  She answered all of my questions (and there were a LOT of questions) in a timely manner and very thoroughly which was exactly what I needed since I was planning this from the East Coast. Gabby also helped me make some last-minute decisions to add some small touches to the reception space, that in my opinion, really made it elegant, but not over the top. She sent me no less than 12-15 photos of options since I wasn't able to be there in person and then took the time to talk through them with me over the phone. It had our guests were raving about how beautiful our venue was and that the food (beef short ribs/wingtip chicken/butternut squash ravioli) was spot on as well. Overall they were very easy to work with, payments were easy to make, and Emily was a rockstar making sure our final table arrangement and seating made sense. It was the perfect place and I wish we could do it a million times over! 

Working with Mintahoe was easier than I could have ever imagined. When we were planning our wedding, we were planning it from Fargo, about three and a half hours away, and then a year before the wedding we moved to Bozeman, Montana, about 14 hours from Saint Paul. When should have been stressful being nowhere near the venue was easy and as stress-free, as it could have been. We had no hiccups planning or even the day of and they took care of everything for us, all we had to do was show up, get married and eat! The food was absolutely amazing and I got so many compliments on it all night and well after the reception. I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the Twin Cities area.

My wife and I had our wedding catered through Mintahoe recently and were very pleased with the professionalism and service we received. The food tasted great and it was one less thing to worry about on the day. You get what you pay for!

Our venue came with Mintahoe and we were a bit weary at first, but they proved us wrong! Planning a wedding through a pandemic is stressful, but when it came to the day of the wedding, the Mintahoe day of staff was amazing! They took good care of us and our guests. The bartender (Steve) and our event captains were just wonderful people!! Also, the salmon, short ribs, pasta, and sheet cake were amazing! We did originally want chicken.. but wedding chicken is not good (haha). Overall, it was the perfect day and we have to thank Mintahoe day of staff and the staff at Bellagala (Christy, Gabby & Tim) & Eivan's Photo & Video (Abe & Jacob) for that.

Overall our experience with Mintahoe for our wedding was very positive. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, quickly answering any questions we had and keeping us on track. Guests loved the food and were impressed by the great service. We would certainly recommend them to others!
