Working with Michelle truly made our wedding weekend so special and the process getting there stress free. Michelle was so patient with me when helping me pick a resort. I gave her tough criteria to meet with views, food, resort quality and budget for the guests and she knocked each of those out of the park with her resort recommendation. My husband and I got married at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and is was nothing short of spectacular. All of our guests had a blast and the resort and wedding were truly gorgeous! It wasn’t easily dealing with 10+ 20 something eldest olds travel but Michelle got everyone taken care of and was persistent until she did. I would recommend Michelle to everyone I know. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about booking your dream wedding or vacation with her. She will not disappoint you! She was great to work will!

When we got to the hotel in Mexico for our wedding, we had a problem with one of the guests getting into her room. The correct name was not on the hotel's room list. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I called Michelle and she had it taken care of promptly. Had I not had her working from her end, they would of not taken my word for it and let our guest have the room. Michelle saved the day!!
