Melissa and her crew were very friendly and knowledgeable! My makeup stayed on all night even through the crying during the wedding ceremony! She made sure she met all of our needs, asked what we liked and disliked. She also made sure to stick around long enough to do last minute touch-ups. We all did the airbrush makeup which came out flawless! She also gave us tips and tricks for making our makeup last all night long. I am an out of town client. Melissa met with me on short notice with lots of information and enthusiasm. She was quick to respond throughout the process. She and Michelle were amazing. Understanding what the bridal party would like helps in the planning process. Otherwise it is difficult to put a timeframe to day. I gave very little direction on my make-up and it turned out wonderful. Allow her to use her expertise, you won't be sorry!

Melissa did a wonderful job with my makeup. I could not get in to do a trial and so I was a bit nervous about what would happen. Melissa had my makeup on point. I looked glam just like I had hoped. She did a great job and was mega helpful and understanding. I did not love my hair, which I believe Michelle did. Like I said, I couldn't do a trial and before I had pulled up my pictures the day off (I Had sent some ahead a few weeks earlier) she was already teasing my hair to heaven. My curls didn't stay and I definitely had a bit of a Fran Drescher poof going on. It didn't ruin my day, but it made me slightly regret not picking them sooner so that I could have done a trial. Like I said I loved my makeup but I could have used a little more patience and sympathy from the hair artist.

Okay make up but Melissa has a terrible attitude! I hired Melissa to do the makeup at my wedding for my bridesmaids, my mother and myself. Honestly she was really nice and professional up until the day of my wedding. On my wedding day I felt like my girls, mother and I were an inconvenience to her. She was rushing to get to another wedding that she had booked on the same day! She seemed annoyed when I asked her to break for a moment so my bridesmaids could open their gifts I got them as a group (got them robes to wear while we were getting ready) she interrupted them and asked to "get this show on the road". She talked badly with her assistant about one of her employees while I was in her chair, and she snapped at one of my bridesmaids who asked if she redo her eyeliner because it was crooked. My bridal party and two hairdressers who are not affiliated with her were upset with her behavior. I am a laid back bride and hate confrontation so I did not say anything. I would not recommend ...
