Main Street Soul is a great band! They kept the dance floor busy all night. The have a wide variety of songs and are fun to watch even if you are not out dancing. I would recommend Main Street Soul to anyone. Much more fun than a DJ.

Mainstreet Soul was absolutely AMAZING! I would highly recommend them for any event. I hired them for my wedding and they did not disappoint. Jim, the band leader, was so nice and great to work with, I could tell he truly cared about his band and his music. The music at my wedding just MADE THE NIGHT! Everyone was dancing and loving the energy they brought to the room. To have gone through a Covid wedding planning experience, I was so happy to have hired Mainstreet Soul, they truly made my wedding a night we'll never forget!

Mainstreet Soul was the absolute perfect band for our wedding reception last weekend. The dance floor was full all night long and the song choice was perfect for every age group. We had so much fun and we could tell the band members were having fun too. That was the best part!

We found them online then went to see one of their shows and knew within the first 3 songs that they were the only band we could have at the wedding. Mainstreet Soul provided the post-dinner entertainment for our wedding in September, and they were spectacular! One of the finest bands we have at our establishment (Jamboozies) in a long time. Very professional, and the crowd was on the dance floor all night long. I've already booked them for 2016 for 3 dates.... Trust me, if it wasn't for the fact they are extremely booked with weddings and corporate shows. I would have hired them for more dates. I can't say enough of the great night of entertainment they provided.

They were easy to work with prior to the wedding, responded quickly to all correspondence, and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly as it should be at the wedding. During the wedding, they played songs both old and new, mixing them together in the right order to make sure that the party never stopped. Mainstreet Soul played at our wedding in September 2011, and they were hands-down one of the best highlights of our wedding day. Our friends and family still talk about how amazing the band was - and how tired they were from dancing their butts off all night. The musicians and singers are tight and professional, and they know how to connect to the crowd they are playing for. The saxophone player did a couple amazing solos while walking around on the dance floor. The level of energy and their song selection were completely on point. Mainstreet Soul is not your stereotypical cheese-bomb wedding band. Not only were we impressed beyond expectations with the band, but also with their manager. We truly appreciated their frequent and professional communication, which made arranging the booking stress-free.

This band was AMAZING! All my guests really enjoyed the music. The musicians come out into the crowd and get everything moving. They sounded fantastic. My big complaint is that the band manager was a diva. My father wasn't allowed to request a song. The manager got upset twice that he couldn't do a big introduction for us (we didn't want it. It is our wedding after all.) When I asked him to start the music, he wouldn't. And he spent half of our details meeting talking about drama with another band in the area. Totally unprofessional and he was rude to me during my wedding. The other band members were sweet, however. It was totally worth it, just make sure to be forceful about what you want. It is your wedding after all.
