  • No one told me how hard it would be to find a white veil. I had purchased my dress at another shop but wasn't impressed with their veil selection or their lackluster customer service. So I decided to purchase my veil elsewhere. After coming up empty handed at several shops, I spotted Lucille's as I was driving. From the moment I walked in the sales ladies were welcoming and friendly. They chatted with me about my wedding plans and my dress. I was encouraged to try on several veils and was given time to admire the craftmanship and detailing on each one. I was never rushed or pressured to purchase. It was the experience I wish I would've had with my dress. My veil was rushed ordered and I received it much sooner than expected. My only regret with Lucille's is not going to them for my dress.

  • I was so happy to find a beautifu perfect dress at Lucille’s. We had a full day of dress appointments at other boutiques and were not liking anything until we drove past Lucile’s and figured we’d stop by to take a look. Without an appointment, Lori was able to acomodate us without hesitation. She was not pushy, didn’t rush anything, she listened to what I liked and didn’t, and made us feel comfortable and welcome at the store. Their selection of dresses is vast and it was great to see that they offered dresses in a wide range of prices from newer season to older styles.

  • I had such wonderful experience at Lucilles! My attendant Laurie was amazing, she was very flexible with my schedule as I had cancelled two appointments and she wasn’t pushy or abrasive with me. I picked the dress of my dreams and I’m more than happy to have picked it out there! Thank you all soooo much!!!

  • I had a wonderful experience here. The service was excellent. I had numerous fittings to be sure that my dress was perfect. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and they really go above and beyond from your first appointment to your last.

  • I came to Lucille's Bridal Shop after visiting many other shops that just weren't matching what I had in mind as my dream wedding dress. The dress I got was absolutely everything I wanted. From the off the shoulder sleeves, to the beautiful lace details, I finally had found exactly what I wanted. Jean and Lori were the wonderful ladies that helped me, and I could not thank them enough. They were both truly invested in helping me find the perfect match and they did. They made me feel so confident and ready for my big day. On the last visit when I went to pick up my dress, they all gave me lots of warm hugs and love... Thank you again :)

  • Lived every second of being there! The staff was so helpful and had amazing attitudes. They stayed with my price range and were a phenomenal help. I can't wait to go and pick out the men's suits there and get to pick up my dress! I would recommend this place to everyone!

  • Lucille's Bridal offered the most amazing dress shopping experience ever. I was so pleased when I called on a Saturday for a last minute appointment and they made themselves available to see me. Lori was my sales consultant, and she took the time to learn my style and comfort level to help me find the perfect dress. Since then, the owner Antoinetta has been phenomenal to work with. She is so professional, knowledgable, and helpful. I would highly recommend their shop for your wedding event outfit, whether you're a bride, groom, bridesmaid, groomsman, fathers, or mother of the bride/groom.

  • Lori was amazing to work with! I had an idea of what I wanted and she hit the nail on the head finding dresses in styles that I liked and felt comfortable in, all while staying within my budget. They even ordered a dress they didn’t have so I could try it on and ended up saying Yes to that one! She was patient and I never felt pressured. It was fun and a pleasure to work with everyone at the store. I would definitely recommend Lucille’s!

  • I cannot thank Lucille's enough (especially Liz!!) for helping me find my dream dress. Lucille's was the first place I went to when shopping for my wedding dress and ultimately where I returned to and said "yes!" - from the start Liz was in tune with my style, my venue and the overall theme of our wedding day and helped me pick the absolute perfect dress. I loved my experience so much we went back and purchased my bridesmaids dresses as well from them.

  • I worked with Liz. I asked for a fitting for a particular Stella York dress. I also asked to set a few similar ones out as I wasn’t sure about spending so much money. Turns out I ended up with one of the other dresses she picked. I can’t wait for my first fitting and of course the big day. She was not pushy and gave me plenty of time to make what I feel was a big decision. I would definitely recommend this place to any future bride.

  • I hoped to write a 100% positive review. I had a nice experience shopping at Lucille's. The consultant was honest about what suited me and stuck to my budget. I bought a sample gown that was too big, but the seamstress assured me that the alterations could be done. One year later, I went back for alterations. I appreciated that they accommodated my schedule as I traveled from out-of-state. The price for alterations felt high, but I was willing to pay for the confidence I had in Lucille's. At my second fitting, I voiced concerns about the dress being too large in the bodice and bust. They made a small fix, but the dress didn't look right. The owner agreed there were fit issues, however, the seamstress said nothing more could be done. I left dissatisfied and took my dress to another seamstress, who was confident she could fix the issues. A month later, I came back to explain my dissatisfaction.     Lucille's Bridal has been in business for 50 years and we pride our self in making all of our customers happy. You purchased a Sample gown that was 10 sizes too big for you, (not a small task to take in that many sizes with that fancy fabric and lace) my seamstress did a wonderful job taking it in to fit your small size and to hem it. The bust and shoulders were also taken in. I know at the second fitting you were not happy , you still wanted to have the bust area taken in more, and the seamstress did that for you. When you came back you said it was still a little loose in the bust and the seamstress said, "I took it in as much as I can, " and you accepted that and took the gown home. Over one month later you were still not happy and came back to the store to speak with me and this is after you had someone else work on the gown in your state in which you live. You wanted a full alteration refund. I am not a defensive person but after I explained many times to you that if you were still unhappy you should have let me known and at least given me the chance to make it right. I gave you a refund for the bust line and shoulder alteration and you were still unhappy. I think that the refund I gave to you was fair as there wasn't an issue with the full gown take in and the hem. All the best to you, Antonietta

  • I loved my initial experiences here. My attendant was Olivia and I loved everything about her. This was the last shop I visited and had other dresses to top, and I did here with TWO dresses, both better priced than my previous favorites at the other store which was important to me. I couldn't decide and was able to come back for another appointment just to try on the two dresses a few weeks later to hopefully decide. My wedding was in June 2018 and I was trying on dresses in 2017 so it's been a while, but I don't remember having trouble with appointments, and coordinating my friends and family who wanted to come too. When it came in, I went in to try it on, and then closer to my wedding date I had 2 fittings. My one issue though, was that the seamstress was only available one 2 weekdays to do alterations, which was difficult because of work. Fortunately my boss was very understanding.
