Rachael was referred to us from another vendor. Contacted her early Feb with phone call, voice mail, and filling out inquiry form. She returned phone call promptly, seemed quite pleasant, and responded there was a "day-of" opening in her schedule. The next day we sent email and left voice mail stating we wanted her services and asked how to proceed. No response for four days, re-contacted her, and she stated she found our message in her "drafts." She then sent contract and we signed and mailed a $300 deposit immediately. She emailed she received this mid-Feb and stated she would sign her end and send it back to us. By end of Feb had not heard from her, so we sent another email. No response from her, so actually filled out another inquiry form (as if new customer) to get her attention. Finally early March received contract signed by her.
