What could I say about Minda and her team at Love & Dishes? Everything amazing…beyond words, that’s what. She was recommended by our venue and wow, are we thankful beyond words for her and her team. She asked us questions that we couldn’t even have thought of ourselves talk about. She helped us plan an amazing menu that was personalized to us: brussel sprouts with almonds and figs (inspired by our favorite restaurant), grilled cheese bites, shrimp and grits with steak, amazing fresh bread, almost a dozen hand-made desserts (crème brulee, cheesecake bites, coffee cake, just to name a delicious few). My husband and I paid for our wedding and she was worth every cent because what she gave us was way more than an amazing menu. I mean, I CRIED when I walked into the reception space because she gave us what we had worked so hard to afford. Really, she and her team are an asset to this area. We were lucky to have her for our day. The final thing I will say though is that she was INVESTED. She only does one event per weekend because she values her own family in addition to her clients. We love that. She wants to have time for everyone and really focus. She felt like a part of the family, like she knew more about the wedding than my parents did. I could go on forever. Choosing Minda and Love & Dishes as our caterer was hands down the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. After our first meeting with Minda we knew, without a doubt, that we had found our caterer. However, you get so much more than catering when you book Love & Dishes - Minda was incredibly responsive and graciously answered all of our random questions (even when they had nothing to do with catering), she coordinated timelines, etc. with all of our other vendors at the reception venue, her team made the most beautiful signage/table numbers that matched our 'theme' perfectly, everywhere we looked she had provided perfect décor touches, and the overall reception set up was more perfect then we could have ever hoped for. Love and Dishes catering by far was the best aspect of my wedding. They listened to what we wanted out of our special day, offered advice, which I ended up following because they're the experts, not me! Minda and staff were a joy and they "catered" to all my needs. I'm a total foodie and the food surpassed my expectations, especially given the outdoor kitchen they had to prepare our courses in. It was a seated/plated meal and everyone raved about the appetizers and food. I could write a whole book on Love and Dishes Catering and Minda, but not everyone has time for that. In conclusion; they were perfect in every way and made my day the most special.

From the moment we met with Minda, I knew I was not going to look elsewhere. She asked questions about our likes/dislikes and put together a menu that we tweaked together. She even met me at the florist to make sure we all had the same vision and were on the same page. She felt like a true friend every step of the way. The food was delicious, displays were amazing and plating was beyond beautiful. Months later, guests are still talking about the food and so are we!

Love and Dishes Catering is beyond just a catering service. Minda went above and beyond and was like the wedding planner I never had. The staff is professional, the food and set up was beyond what I could have asked for and is still talked about in my family today. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event and having someone with experience and the personal attention that they have meant everything to us. The only thing I had to worry about on my big day was having fun and taking it all in. As I said, this is beyond your typical Catering. They are amazing and made our wedding PERFECT!

For professionalism, quality and finish, Minda's team is in a word: excellent. When we were considering catering options for our wedding, Love and Dishes was our first and last thought. The food was exceptional and we got so many compliments from our guests! Minda worked with us to come up with both a menu and bar that were tailored to our style and preferences and added lots of extra touches/suggestions throughout the planning that took our ideas to the next level. My husband and I interviewed several catering companies before we made our select and Minda was the winner all around. I had an odd special request...she didn't blink and came back with an awesome suggestion to make it happen with style! The food was delectable, the staging was perfection and she was charming and warm with our guests. Now doubt about it ****Minda is magic**** and we would recommend her to anyone!

Amazing & wonderful! It doesn't matter if it is a wedding, bridal shower, graduation party or backyard BBQ Minda makes the event spectacular. The food is always beyond delicious and you can not match the professionalism and service you get from Minda and her staff.

If you are looking for a caterer who can assist you with every detail of your wedding, who will be as passionate about your wedding as you are, who will not just oversee your menu as Head Chef, but create it for you, too -based on all your favorite flavors, colors, theme & budget, who will serve you food which looks & tastes even better than the photos (and yep, those photos should have your mouth watering,) not to mention the desserts - which are die-and-go-to-heaven-decadent, ALL lovingly prepared by Miss Minda herself (no box cake mix for this chef!!!) Not the least expensive (so if you can't afford the whole shebang, then at the very least do your desserts/cakes with her: Trust me, the photos are real, not just stage props to entice you to buy. I'm her Number One FAN! Did I fail to mention that she never skipped a beat when our venue was shut down by county authorities a week before our wedding and the whole thing had to be moved to another location?

The best kind of people and the best quality you can find in catered meals. These days there are so many "filler" caterers who are just like all of the other sheep vendors and have nothing to offer in terms of originality. However when you have a caterer who has been in the business for over 30 years they not only know the new styles, the old styles, but they are able to create their own styles that surpass all the others. Please, pick Love & Dishes Catering for your next event, you will NOT be disappointed.

Minda and her staff provided not just an incredible meal experience but so much more. They catered our wedding reception and made the event one of, if not the best, event I have ever had at my home. Minda worked with my wife, my sister, and me and was super flexible with doing what we wanted, how we wanted it. The food and drink was over the top. The staff handled everything leaving us to enjoy our special day without a shred of stress. You would have thought our back yard was a five star ?????????? restaurant at a top of the line resort. That was a year ago in June and people still talk about it as the event of the year. You can always find someone that may be cheaper but you have to keep in mind "You get what you pay for". Minda catered my law school graduation party and it was absolutely amazing! All of my guests raved about her food, she took care of all of the rentals/linens, and she even made sure to have a signature cocktail ready for me right when I got back from our 100+ degree ceremony to enjoy before guests arrived. She knows what's up! Since then, Minda has been a part of many other special events in my life--she made my husband's 30th birthday cake (key lime = heaven) and she also made a gender reveal cake for us when we found out we were having a baby boy. When Minda owned a cafe, my first adventure out for a meal with my baby was to Minda's place, because I knew she would be kind and understanding of my new-parent fumbles AND I'd get a delicious meal.
