  • This place is AMAZING! My husband and I got married there in July 2017. The ability to have your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one spot was so convenient, and the venue could not be more gorgeous! Not to mention rentals and linens included in your package and the food is awesome! We still have people talking about how good it was, which is impressive since it was a buffet dinner for 200!!! Also, the venue and golf course have so many picturesque back drops for photos - we are so in love with our photos (our photographer - Lucas Rossi - was a recommended vendor from The Gardens too!). The girls who work the weddings - Chrissy and Kelsey - are professional, responsive and above all else, make you feel like you are the priority! This place has lots going on all of the time, yet every time we were there, they focused on just us and our wedding day. The venue also helped my dad set up tee times for a little golf tournament he wanted to throw the day before. Our wedding day wa... Read more

  • We kind of had love at first sight with this venue. From the very first time we spoke to Chrissy (who was our contact person) we knew this would be our wedding venue. Not only is the venue itself beautiful, but the coordinators are amazing to work with. Chrissy was super responsive, recommended amazing vendors and had creative ideas to address questions and concerns we had. We loved the events they hosted throughout the year, like wedding shows where you can meet vendors. Our favorite was the food tasting, where the venue throws a big event for all the couples to try all the menu options. Not only was it delicious, but it was fun to meet other couples getting married at the venue. The only slight negative about this venue is that there is a noise ordinance in the area and the DJ is limited in how loud music can be played. Some of our guests asked why the music was so quiet. I thought it was fine and everyone had fun. But it could have bit a louder. Overall, this venue is amazing... Read more

  • Let me first say that their Garden site for the ceremony and reception is absolutely gorgeous. We barely needed to add decorations of our own because it was so green and beautiful. Our photos on the golf course were stunning. Kelsey was our wedding coordinator and was fantastic. I emailed her SO many times throughout the planning process with all sorts of random questions and she always responded quickly and put my worries at ease. She was very flexible and up front with everything, assisted in recommending appetizers that were popular with other weddings, but stressed that this was our wedding and our decision. We did our ceremony rehearsal there with Chrissy (since most of our wedding party was from out of town and could not do it earlier) and Chrissy was wonderful as well. She was very detailed and had us run through the processional a few times until everyone was clear on what to do. The day of the wedding, people were already setting up the plates, silverware, and napkins by the t... Read more

  • As soon as you have a date or a few back up dates, call this venue. They are typically booked a year in advance, but call anyways. I booked the venue in late July 2015 for a wedding date of May 6, 2017. They are typically booked up every weekend during wedding season, but they do weddings year round & have two spaces for weddings to be held on the same day, The Gardens, which is outdoors and the Sunset room, which is indoors. The manager for the events is Chrissy, whom I worked with. She was very informative, helpful, sweet, organized & just a wonderful person to work with all around. Our total budget for the wedding was $20,000. She was able to work with us and help us meet this goal. Keep in mind that I did get a discount since my husband is the golf course superintendent of this venue, so we had a more significant discount than most clients. Also, in terms of overall work, I was very hands on and did a lot of work myself, since I am an artist, project manager and plan events for... Read more

  • When we first walked into The Gardens at Los Robles, we were amazed at this garden oasis off the 101. The three best things about the Gardens were 1) the landscape and design, 2) the reasonably priced all-inclusive package, and 3) the staff – Kelsey was great! Landscape/design: While connected to the Los Robles Golf Course, it has its own entrance and pathway – perfect for the sparkler exit at the end of the wedding, and the foliage surrounding the venue separated it, making it feel like a secret garden. The landscaping is beautiful. The grass is imitation but that was a plus for us (high heels and real grass don’t mix well together). The Gardens also have amazing rental upgrades that you can select to personalize and make your wedding unique. Package: The Gardens offer three wedding package tiers which are suited to fit many needs. The packages can also be personalized once you start drilling down on options for your wedding. What sold us to the venue was that in the seco... Read more

  • Los Robles Green is THE place to get married or have an event! I'm a local wedding planner and every opportunity I have to bring clients to this venue, I do! Their staff is beyond helpful. Kelsey and Chrissy in the sales office so wonderful, personable, professional, organized, and have the best attention to detail. The catering staff (Ben, John and Pauly, just to name a few!) are on top of everything! My clients are treated like celebrities, from the moment they come for a site visit, until the sparkler exit! The venue itself is beautiful, and has tons of opportunity for you to make it your own. You can go rustic, elegant, chic, boho, romantic, etc. Though the Garden's is one of our favorites, we also love their ballroom. It's views are incredible and the room itself is extremely spacious! There are also a ton of beautiful spots for photos throughout the property! The sunsets are almost always a crowd pleaser and the nights are always starry! I would highly recommend this venue to any... Read more

  • I can’t say enough good things about The Gardens at Los Robles! We married at the gardens in September 2016 and had the most wonderful experience. Kelsey (the sweetest, most personable girl ever!) and her team made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. Any budget can be worked with, and the grounds can be set to any style or theme. It’s just perfect! We would get married there 1,000 times if we could! This will always be my #1 recommendation for a wedding venue!

  • I had my ceromony on the 10th tee & reception in the ballroom. My horse drawn carriage entrance was a fairytale dream come true. It brought tears to husbands eyes, & most of our guests too. It was truly amazing! Kelsey, our event coordinator, is an absolute doll. She went above & beyond to make our day extra special. The venue was gorgeous!

  • Unbelievable 'diamond in the rough' venue! The place is new, so everything is clean, groomed, and beautiful. Kelsey was an incredible, experienced wedding venue coordinator who helped us tremendously with the details of our wedding day. She kept everything calm and collected; my wedding day was totally stress-free. Thank you for our dream of a lifetime wedding!

  • This review is long overdue! My husband and I got married at the Gardens on 7/3/16. Ultimately, it was a beautiful day and everyone had a great time but not without some hiccups. Pros: BEAUTIFUL venue for both ceremony and reception, need little/no extra decor, lots of items that aren't typically included at other venues are included here, astroturf instead of real grass, several different types of scenery for photos, delicious appetizers, reasonable costs, our coordinator Kay Nielsen was fantastic! Cons: When initially visiting the venue we were told by Kelsey, our main point of contact that the wedding end time was midnight. We we specifically looking for a venue that was able to accommodate an end time of at least midnight so prior to signing the contract we got written confirmation (via email) from Kelsey confirming the midnight end time. Evidently, the end time was not midnight but 11pm. After a lot of back a forth with a couple of other venue staff (some more professional ... Read more
