  • Stay as far away from Logistics by Linda as possible. We booked her after reading good reviews back in March and it was the worst decision we could have made for our wedding. She caused so many headaches and stressors the week of our wedding and was the only vendor that we absolutely would have been better without. Linda was very sweet and communicative initially, very responsive to emails, and easy to get a hold of. Around August we began to try and get in touch with her to finalize our timeline and this is where the issues arose. Linda started to talk us in circles, mix up or lose our files, and promise to get back to us with a timeline. We never got a timeline even after paying our final deposit. The week before the wedding I became extremely concerned and tried to push her to commit to a bus pickup schedule for our 56-person bus from two hotels.     This bride is suffering from Post Partum Wedding Planning she has nothing better to do then to complain. Very high maintenance and everything she is complaining about I can prove WRONG with emails and notes. I also have the invoices from 3 vendors that I paid to transport the guests. There was a wreck on the highway and we had to go to PLAN B to transport the guests because the shuttle was stuck on the highway. Even with using the alternative transportation - YES the were late but I called the hotels and gave them my information and told them to please keep the guests in the lobby. At the same time - I am texting the wedding planner and giving her updates. I worked the phones the entire night. And have my notes to prove it and have the names of the front desk folks I talked with along with phone numbers. BUT this is a good podium to let folks know when there is wreck or in the S/A area they have been working on Hwy 281 and on any given day they might close the highway down to 1 lane with no warning and YES there will be a delay. Because of the problems I experienced last fall - has driven me to start using a company that has off the chart technology. When the driver leaves the property - I receive a text with drivers name and phone number. There is also an app that I can click on that tracks exactly where the driver is. This company has 24 hr dispatch which is very rare and a back up policy in place in case of situations like this one. These are all things I learned the HARD way. All the drivers are given the day of coordinators name and contact # and they text her when they arrive and ask where to stage and when to pull up. All this young lady is trying to do is ruin my reputation and has even contacted some of my venues who have defended me and told her I have always been Trust Worthy, responsible and professional. When dealing with mechanics/vehicles there will be problems and delays ~ think airports. These are things beyond my control. But I can PROVE that I did the best to my ability to coordinate the event but we had circumstances beyond our control and in the contract it states this could happen as well as Forces of Nature - that we cannot control. I am sorry for the inconvenience this caused but I did the best I could under the circumstances.

  • We used Logistics by Linda for my daughters wedding in October, 2018, what a nightmare!! All most two months later and we are still dealing with Linda’s mess! As per her request, we paid our shuttle deposit 2 months in advance to secure our shuttles and paid the total invoice for the shuttles 1 month in advance. However after the wedding we find out that not only has Linda not paid the shuttle company but she over charged us!!! I just wonder how many more clients she has over charged claiming the shuttle fee was more than the company actually charged!! I would not recommend Logistics by Linda to anyone. She has a very sweet voice but runs a very crooked business.

    In this situation - I lost total control of the wedding planning. The Day of Coordinator told the shuttle drivers she was me and to the point the company sent me an email to tell me to QUIT texting the drivers that they knew what they were supposed to be doing. This was one of those unfortunate situations that this was power struggle. I have email proof that I contacted the corporate office in Dallas where the bills are paid the Wednesday proceeding the wedding and got a message back that they received my email but would be out of the office.What this MOB fails to say is all the vendors I helped her find and how much time I spent on the phone and doing 2 site visits. There are always 2 sides to every story - and I blame the Day of Coordinator for the chaos and then the expense that went over the original quote and they wanted me to pay even when I was not instructing the drivers or changing the schedules. Once my identity was stolen from me I was NOT financially responsible. Life is not perfect and this was one of those times that makes me sad but I was literally pushed out the door.

  • Horrible lady to work with, she will ruin your wedding day and she will refuse to pay all the wedding vendors. Be warned and stay away from this lady. She is crazy.

  • Working with Linda was great at first. She was sweet and helpful, however she ended up being the most difficult aspect of the wedding. She didn't pay the shuttle company even though she collected money from us for the shuttles, and she charged us more than the shuttle company actually charged. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I cannot recommend her to anyone.

  • Linda was great. Extremely responsive to emails. Everything was very organized. Shuttles arrived on time, and did a great job with making everything run smoothly on my wedding day.

  • We booked a vintage car in March of 2018 for wedding in October of 2018 and week before wedding they cancelled on me. Could not find another vintage car. My guests said there was no information for them about shuttles at hotels they stayed at and the last shuttle left us waiting at the venue until 1:00 a.m. (wedding was over at 11:00). Logistics did great at the beginning but the week and the night of the wedding was lots of confusion!!!!

  • Linda helped me find better rates for transportation between the hotel and my venue than other vendors quoted me. She is the middleman between you and the transportation company, so they are inclined to give her good deals on shuttles.
