  • When we ordered our favors, we thought we were getting a great deal because we got a discount and free shipping when ordering online. However, the day after we placed our order online, we received an email from the company saying that we were supposed to be charged shipping and that we owed another $160 and they would not fulfill our order unless we would pay. When we contacted the company we told them that we shouldn't have to pay the full amount because it isn't our fault that we were not quoted the shipping or charged it when ordering online. We felt that we shouldn't be charged the full shipping addition because it was their fault. They would not even give us any type of discount due to the inconvenience and so we paid the full amount. We didn't like their customer service.

    Dear Private User, Unfortunately, without your name or order number in this review, I am unable to view your specific order to review it and comment on it. However, what you described in your review most commonly occurs when an order exceeds 150 pounds and UPS is unable to calculate the correct shipping due to the "oversize/overweight" status. In instances such as this, we need to manually pack your order into several cartons and manually calculate the shipping costs for such. Unfortunately, all orders exceeding 150 pounds we need to do this for and we do state such on our website. The most common items this occurs with are espresso cup sets and larger photo frame favors which typically range from 1-2 pounds per piece. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.   • Their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed???maybe this would be so if a customer could reach someone or get a response! I ordered apothecary jars with printed labels for a baby shower. The jars came quickly, are, cute, no breakage. However, there are no labels included, despite the fact that I paid for them. I have tried calling multiple times. Their msg states they are observing 'holiday' hours, and I am instructed to leave a message, but there is no way to leave a message...their msg is just continuously repeated. I emailed with no response. After 15 minutes on hold waiting for the 'next customer service representative,' I was told to leave a message. No call back. I tried calling again, and pressed '0' to speak to an 'operator,' and was immediately forwarded to someone's voicemail...no call back. I would not recommend this company. The service and their availability is beyond poor. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company and attempt to get a refund.

    Dear Jacki, I do believe we resolved your order to your satisfaction and you found the stickers at the bottom of your package, but I will post a response on here as well. Personalized tags and stickers are shipped in a white or light gray manilla envelope at the bottom of the shipping carton. We place the personalized tags and stickers at the bottom of the box to ensure that they do not get crushed, damaged or bent during the shipping process. Additionally, we are not open during holidays and weekends, so we responded to your emails and phone calls during our normal business hours. Best, Little Things Favors

  • Very disappointed with this vendor! A mistake was made with one of my groomsman gifts and they were unwilling to accept responsibility for the mixup as well as not provide expedited services to correct their mistake in the first place. After further review of the other gifts that were done correctly, the quality is poor and the engravings are titled and off-center on most of the whiskey barrels. Extremely disappointed especially being that these barrels cost me $60 each.

However, we did receive a similar review regarding our decanters and I am not sure if this review was posted in error twice or if we were reviewed twice by the same customer. However, we do stand by our products 100% and if there is an error on our part regarding engraving or personalization - just email us a photo of the error and we will be happy to replace it at no charge.   • I used this vendor for my wedding favors and I couldn't be happier. I had no idea what favors to have for my wedding and Erica was awesome in helping me find the perfect favor for me! I had stemless wine glasses with love birds and our names and date on them. They were absolutely perfect, and my guests loved them. Great price too. Delivery was fast and I needed that because I was way behind on ordering favors. We also ordered the boxes and bows to go with them. Very simple to assemble,

  • DO NOT USE!!! You can find higher quality products for less money elsewhere. I ordered 11 whiskey decanters for groomsmen gifts. When I received them in the mail, I was extremely disappointed!!! Low quality, monogram was crooked. After politely expressing my concern and asked to return them, Erica told me she does not accept returns. It would not be an issue if their website accurately described their products as junk.

As I stated in my email to you, personalized merchandise is not refundable but we would correct at no cost whatever issue was disappointing you. In your communications to us, you never stated the monograms were crooked, just that you were disappointed. In my reply to you, I included both our office and my personal cell phone number and asked you to call and we would fix whatever was wrong with the decanters. I also stated in my email that I would be more than happy to replace and re-engrave the decanters at no cost if the engraving was incorrect or the glass or stopper was damaged, defective or broken in transit. You responded that you would call us on Monday (6/23) but we did not receive a call. We would be more than happy to fix any engraving issues, but we do not have a phone number on file with your order and we need to know which decanters were incorrect.   • We ordered placecard holders as wedding favors from them. We were worried about the long shipping timeframe, but the favors arrived in less than a week! Very cute, although they were a bit smaller than we anticipated. Packaged very well and nothing was damaged. We can't wait until the big day!

  • i ordered personalized luggage tags. they arrived promptly but with some of the wording on the graphics missing…their graphic by the way. they refused to reprint the stickers (i had not put them on the tags yet). i could not recommend this company.

    We contacted you several times via email and phone offering to re-print the tags for free because you were unhappy with the graphic and colors you originally ordered. We printed what you had ordered, we assumed you had used our online design editor and saw the online proof of your label design before you ordered. We have contacted you several times with the information (email, phone) on file with your order to try and correct this situation - in order to re-print the tags we need you to select a different design.
