Owners, Tammy and Steve, with their team, made our daughter's wedding an exceptional day! They worked seamlessly with our vendors without a hiccup. Parking is on-site. The barn, its grounds and gardens are simply idyllic. It was our pleasure getting to know Tammy and Steve and being part of the Linnell Farm experience!

I've taken my time writing my final review as I wanted it to absolutely display how grateful we are to this wonderful venue. Finding a venue that fits you is no easy task. We felt completely overwhelmed narrowing down our search to find that perfect venue that provided us with what we felt was the right atmosphere for such a special day in our lifes. As every bride does, I made sure to search around and view other venues as well as Linnell Farm to ensure that perfect fit. In regards to the actual venue including the buildings, land and accommodations: The Barn is absolutely fabulous, the warm colored wood, light strands, homemade tables and vintage furniture give you a welcoming feeling. Tammy has a stockpile of decor that allows you to cut back on cost you might normally anticipate, for ourselves we only brought a small trunk full of personal items to bring it all together. One of our biggest selling points was the fact that this venue, although being a barn, was also handicapped accessible. I had the issue of other barn venues not having this ability, which was something we weren't able to be without. Another amazing accommodation is their golf cart which was used to provide a smooth ride for my husband's elderly grandmother(94) between venue points and at the end of the night to being guest to their cars. The Linnell Family Staff: There are no words to describe how smoothly our wedding went and I know the majority of the credit goes to their amazing team! Not one hiccup was brought to our attention, nothing was mentioned to us personally, rather my Maid of Honor who handled it in conjunction with the team if need be. And trust me, it's a wedding and things happened, but no mention or even knowledge to my husband and me until the day after. Additionally, Tammy prepped me, she brought me into her personal crafting space and gave me that little talk every Bride needs to calm those nerves of "what if" and assured me the team will ensure the day went smoothly. I can't stress enough how amazing the whole process was. Our day was magical and perfectly blissful. We are forever grateful for the amazing job the venue did in coordinating with all vendors during the day of, providing us with such an amazing experience that we will forever hold in our hearts. My husband Cody and I are beyond happy with our experience at this absolutely gorgeous venue. Owners Tammy and Steve went above and beyond from the first time we met, providing us with the best possible service. It is evident that Tammy has a niche for making wedding day dreams come true. She thoughtfully processed and brought to life every idea we sent her. On the day of our wedding, Tammy, Steve and their staff worked diligently along side our other vendors, making sure everything fell into place. To say the barn looked gorgeous would be an understatement. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the farmhouse on site. Tammy checked in with us periodically throughout the day, making us as comfortable as possible. We cannot say enough good things about this venue and its amazing owners. My fiancé and I are over the moon happy with Tammy and the service she is providing. We toured the venue a few weeks after getting engaged and knew right away that this is where we wanted to get married! Tammy had worked with us a tremendous amount—we had some life things unexpectedly come up and she has bent over backwards to help us and not have me stress out. Her communication is thorough and she explains everything in detail. We’re so so excited for August 2019 and couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Linnell Farm is stunning. Tammy and Steve are honestly the nicest, hardworking, diligent, and most thoughtful people... exactly who you want supporting you on your big day. The night before my wedding Tammy took my daughter to feed the horses carrots, and really made us feel like family from the start. She brought me in to help make my bouquet just how I imagined it and was there for me whenever I had questions or a last minute change. I am not a planner so where I lacked, she came through and saved the day. My dress had the most complicated bustle, which none of my wedding party could figure out. Again, Tammy saved the day. Hi, I am Amy and I am Neil, Tammy hosted our daughters wedding at Linnell Farm and we would like to share our experience with you as you search for the perfect wedding venue. Linnell Farm is in the western Mountains of Maine. The farm house is comfortable and has 5 bedrooms and two baths. the wedding barn is beautifully restored and has lots of natural light. It is spacious and comfortable. As wedding novices, we were so grateful for Tammy's constant assistance. she helped us every step of the way. beginning with all of the set up on Friday and continuing through Sunday morning clean up. her expert guidance was so appreciated. Tammy also provided the flowers for our daughters wedding and they were stunning. when Tammy says that she wants your wedding day to be the best day of your life, she means it with every fiber of her body and she and her team work tirelessly to make that happen!

y fiancé and I toured this place and fell in love with the venue. It was put together in a thoughtful and historical way. It was at the top of our price range, but we decided to make it work because of how beautiful it was. We contacted Tammy and asked if she could pencil us in and reserve our date while we gathered enough funds to put down for a deposit. She said she would not give away our date. We expected her to contact us when she needed the money to reserve the date, and so we waited without hearing anything from her. A few months later, I contacted her to let her know we would be paying the deposit on our date, she informed us she had given away our date. The worst part was that she put the blame on us for this whole problem. I only share this because I don’t want any other bride to have to go through the stress I am now dealing with because of her lack of communication.
