  • I ordered over two months ago and still have no received my order. There is no phone number to actually speak to someone and they very rarely email back with no help at all. It's been over two months since my order was placed, and I was told my order with ship within 3-5 days. I also need to add on one additional linen to my order. I haven't been able to actually speak to someone and this leads me to believe this is a scam.

  • This company deserves no stars. I placed an order with this company 23rd May 2019, I immediately realized that I missed a few items. I immediately sent a message to the company asking to get back to me ASAP as to how i can add the items to the order. I received no response. I then went back to the website and saw that their policy states that I need to request a cancellation of the order in order to add the items. I immediately requested a cancellation via the email address provided. I waited up into the night, no response.   • Where to begin. I ordered once from them and accidentally ordered the wrong size. No number. Emailed. Messaged on Facebook finally got a message saying no way to cancel it shipped already and there is a restocking fee. Received it and it was completely Wong item.not what i wanted or ordered. Several emails later and i finally get a refund. Overall bad experience and horrible customer service. I tried to give them another chance as they had a big sale. Ordered tablecloths and napkins. Email order confirmation. Days go by not shipped contact them and they say oh it’ll be shipped by tomorrow. Then a few days later they claim the items are out of stock. A week after i buy it but on their website as still in stock. I contact them and they say they’ll get a refund and I’m willing to wait for it to come back in stock.   • DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I submitted an order over 3 months ago and still haven't received it. At one point I received an email stating it had shipped, but then it was delivered to the completely wrong STATE. Afterwards they emailed me claiming it would be replaced and sent to the correct address with expedited shipping... It's been several weeks since then. I've tried emailing multiple times and have heard nothing back. Literally money flushed down the drain.

  • This company is a scam, no telephone number to communicate, after some days placing your order they decided to cancel it due to out of stock, but not refund your money after you send an email requesting that. I order more of 10 different items and they just said "Sorry we are out of stock" when you know that they are not telling the truth, because when you go to their web page they still having those items selling. keep out of this company.

  • This was my first time using this company. The front half of the process (36 tablecloth rental) went smoothly i.e. ordering, shipping, promptly, quality. However the back half of the process, unfortunately has me here writing a review. I was sent linen (3 tableclothes) that had mildew stains on it, which forced me to change my seating arrangement at the last moment. This company has absolutely no customer service, you'll never be able to speak with anyone. My event was on April 6th, 2019 and Linen Tablecoth has yet to issue my deposit back. When I email in regards to the mildew stains and my deposit, I get a response approx. 9 days later. And then NOTHING! I actually recommended this company to a fellow party planner, I have reached back out to inform them unless you're ready for a headache do NOT use Linen Tablecloth. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, as well as leaving a description of my experience on every review site that exist.

  • I purchased several table overlays. They were out of stock for some but customer service was quick and friendly with helping me with my questions, replacements, and refunds. The overlays are beautiful.

  • I did a lot of research on finding good linens for my wedding, this was the option that didnt cost an arm and a leg. The linens came on time and were of nice quality.

  • I have tried for a week before my wedding and an entire week after to contact this company with MULTIPLE issues. No reply. 0. The tablecloths came stained and with dried food on it. No reply, came return time, requested label. never received. THEN I still got charged for one when they gave me my deposit back. No reply yet complaining about that either. I was so excited this was a good deal but IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEARTACHE!

  • I bought 11 silk table cloths, 2 chair covers, and many satin table runners. I was charged for ALL OF THE ORDER. I did not receive the table cloths, the most expensive items on the order. I have tried to message the customer support with no response, its been a week! I will be making sure that all areas of review will know this, as I dont appreciate my money being taken without the items I needed being delivered. If the site contacts me to remedy the order, I will update, but it seems as if they do not care about the customers big day. If you are going to order from this site, please understand it is a gamble.

  • I ordered over 30 white tablecloths for my wedding next spring (combo of round, rectangle and tableskirts)...website is a bit sketchy and I never got any confirmation emails regarding my order, but I received my shipment within 3 days of placing the order! Not the highest quality material, but definitely worth the price that I paid. I read some reviews on the company and made sure to order way in advance - I never had any issues with my order, and didn't have to contact the company directly (I heard this is a bit of a hassle). I took the risk and it paid off - way cheaper than renting or buying from a 3rd party vendor!

  • I rented table cloths for my wedding, and I will say the shipping was extremely quick. After two weeks with no response about getting my deposit back, I was told I wouldn't be getting one due to damage making the cloths unusable, and due to a mistake that had the order marked as them paying for the shipping, when I had paid for it. I only used one of the table cloths I rented, and I know it was not damaged, it just had my guestbook sitting on it. I would have save money had I not returned the cloths at all.

  • You get what you pay for. The tablecloths I ordered were see through. The polyester tablecloths need an underlay so either way I have to spend more money on either underlays or better quality linens. Don't waste your money and just purchase good quality linens.
