  • I wanted to preserve my wedding bouquet. My sister and a close friend had gotten both their bouquets preserved and had gone through lasting keepsakes. Both ladies were very professional and helped me choose the right frame to not only make my bouquet look beautiful but also match my home decor.

  • Lasting Keepsakes did a phenominal job on my bouquet and keepsake.. I was leery when I was first going to go with them but found nothing but great service and even better product. My bouquet was very large and had lots of orchids, so I was concerned about how flowers were going to turn out. But I didnt have to worry, it was absolutely breathtaking. i have it hanging in my living room and it always gets high compliments when anyone comes over...Love my keepsake and would do it again!!!

  • I've read some of these reviews on here and was really hesitant to get my flowers done until I had talked to Susan. When I asked her about the bad reviews, she was very upfront with me about what happened and found their honesty a refreshing change. Just to say.... there are always two sides to a story and I can honestly say they were 100% with me. Called me back, consulted with me. Help me create a awesome memory of my day. I love my keepsake and would do it all over again. I fell in love with my bouquet all over again!!! All I can say is don't believe everything you read.... do your own investigsting. I'm glad I did

  • Loved this company and the great customer service. They picked up my bouquet(for free)at my hotel. Met with my husband and I to decide what we wanted to do and that was no easy task. There was sooo many choices, but the lady who helped us was so patient and very knowledgable. She helped us choose a awesome keepsake. it took about 4 weeks before we had photo designs to choose from in then about 3 to 4 weeks to get our keepsake. It was absolutely beautiful and made my husband hang it up right away. I look at it everyday and am so glad that I spent the money on the one thing that has meant so much- Definitley do this-i go by and reread my vows almost everyday(we put our vows in with the bouquet). It brings tears each time!! and my flowers looked like they were exactly as the day i walked down the isle. Love, love, love this company!!!

  • I wish I would have read the comments on this site before wasting my money. My bouquet was also ruined. The glue strings were everywhere from a poor hot glue job. The flowers were dark brown (originally pink). The inside of the frame is dirty. They didn't even glue down the wedding invitation down fully. What a joke! I wasted $575 plus shipping and we won't even display the piece. It's embarrassing. They were also unresponsive to my problems. I can't believe these people are still in business.

  • Lasting Keepsakes ruined my wedding flowers. Some of the petals were broken, the glue holding the bouquet to the matting was very visible, there were bubbles and globs of the sealant on some petals, and there were crumbs at the bottom of the shadow box. When I tried to contact the company, no one answered their phone at any hour of the day for almost a week, no one ever called me back, and no one responded to my e-mail. I finally had to text a number that was on their company's voicemail to get their attention. They also overcharged me by $25. When I asked for my price adjustment, they said they would only refund my $20, because "shipping has gone up quite a bit since the last time we had discussed the price." I had to pay for the return shipping for them to fix their own mistakes. When I received my bouquet, it looked exactly the same as the first time.   • 4 weeks after I gave them my wedding flowers, I called them to see how it was coming along and to find out when I could expect the finished product. Turns out they lost my order, and no one notified me. After I had to pick everything all over again, it took them 4 months to finish my order. Had I not called them, it probably would have taken longer. Bad communication! The finished product turned out ok, but some of the flowers still looked wilted and in bad shape. I was told that they would replace some of the flowers that were in bad shape but it does not look like they did. I paid $700 for this, it was way overpriced for what I got.

  • Lasting keepsakes is an absolute joke! -We were told that the bouquet would be done in 3-4 weeks. When we went to get the flowers 4 weeks after the wedding we were told that they weren't done because we hadn't picked a frame. We had in fact picked a frame but hadn't been quoted a price to be able to pay for it. -We are from out of town and wanted to pick up the flowers while we were in town but when we called to get them we got the run around. After almost 3 hours of calling, texting, and emailing the owners we were finally able to pick up our flowers at a gas station (as they do not have an actual store front). When we got the flowers they were in 2 boxes. One box of stems and leaves and one box of the flower tops. We didn't get any of our $200 deposit back and were told it was our fault. -Their customer service is an absolute joke and so is their business. They are extremely overpriced and take much too long. We were not impressed and will not being going back.
