  • Lakes Region Tent & Event were great to work with! They helped me with picking out an appropriate tent size for the location I needed. It was a new venue and they went above and beyond and contacted the venue to get the details they needed for setup and breakdown and worked with the owners to get me the best deal and work out the pickup time. I worked mostly with Crystal who was super flexible with me changing my order multiple times by adding lights, sides and a heater to the tent as the weather got colder and darker! I would recommend them for any party needs!

  • We used Lakes Region for our napkins and also table cloths for high tables during cocktail hour. The color and presentation were gorgeous! Great communication and very responsive.

  • I worked with Lakes Region Tent to plan my June 20th, 2020 wedding. They were recommended by my venue and I had an excellent experience planning with them. They were incredibly responsive -- every single email was answered within hours and they were very helpful in laying out my options. Of course, a June 20th wedding did not go as planned due to the pandemic, and they were very flexible when we rescheduled to August. We ultimately decided to cancel our August wedding, so while we never had the event with them, they were completely reasonable when we canceled and continued to be responsive. I would definitely recommend them!

Planning a wedding not in your hometown can be stressful, but Crystal helped alleviate that and responded via both email and phone. The delivery crew was on time, efficient, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding or private event. I give 5 stars!

  • I am event planner in New York City and used Lakes Region for a tent and rentals for my mother’s 75th birthday in Sunapee, NH. I was very impressed with the quality and value of all items. The tent and lighting were excellent and in great condition. I enjoyed every interaction with Anni and Crystal whose response time was practically immediate. Use this company!

  • I hired Lakes Region Tent and Event mostly for our tent rental. As the wedding got closer, I realized I wanted to rent more from them, including sidewalls, chairs, fans and stringed lights for around the tent. Anni was super helpful and communicated with me often through emails and answered all my questions. My wedding venue (my grandparents house) has a 90 degree corner in the driveway and I was worried about their delivery truck being able to make it. One of the owners made a special trip to the location we worked out a plan for the delivery and set up. I recv'd more emails confirming the delivery and set up of the tent a couple days before the wedding. They worked around my schedule and made things super easy for me. The tent, the fans and lights were all set up within 2.5 hours and they were gone. Miles and his crew were very nice and they answered all my questions.   • We had a wonderful experience with Lakes Region! We got our tent, tables, chairs, linens, and dance floor from them and everything looked beautiful! Anni and Crystal were extremely responsive and easy to work with! The crew that came to set up our huge tent were professional and did a great job! Everything was as described (beautiful!) and we would definitely use them again for any rental needs!!

  • Dan, Anni, and team were all very responsive, super open to requests, and made our day beyond perfect! I started reaching out for quotes about six months in advance, and Lakes Region Tent & Event blew away the competition from the beginning. Working with Dan was so easy; he completely worked around our schedules for venue visits, he responded quickly and efficiently on phone and email, and was super friendly the entire time. We ended up renting a 40' x 60' tent as well as tables, chairs, linens and PA system. Everything was seamlessly delivered and set up on the day of our wedding by very kind and professional men. I definitely recommend them for any and all rental needs!

  • Our venue in Laconia recommended these guys as they had worked together in the past and boy am I glad they did! Anni and Crystal were great to work with, I must have bothered them AT LEAST every week with something, and they were always so courteous, helpful and super quick to respond with any little thing I asked about! The day the install came, they were in touch with me every step of the way as I was not physically there yet. I was not sure of how to set up the space so asked them to do what they thought best and it came out better than I expected. Thanks again to the whole team for all your help! :)

  • Lakes Region Tent & Event had beautiful tents at reasonable prices and were very easy to work with. I had the most contact with Anni during our planning stages. She was easy to communicate with via email - I was planning from out of state - and was very patient and enthusiastic as I made many changes to our order in the year leading up to our wedding. The set up and delivery team was punctual and professional. The tent and lighting looked amazing! We have no regrets in choosing Lakes Region Tent & Event for our wedding tent, table, chair, dance floor, and lighting needs and would definitely work with them again!

  • I rented everything from here & it looked beautiful! I’m obsessed with our tent & want to take it home! Crystal was so helpful & easy to work with. Plus, she made me laugh amidst the stress of planning a wedding. On Thursday, 2 days before the wedding, we decided we wanted a bigger dance floor and they were able to make it happen. Def get the lights & don’t forget fans. Highly recommend!

  • Although everything worked out for that day, we had multiple issues with this vendor. They were unable to give us a clear time of drop off so we weren't sure when things would get there. When we arrived, there was an extra table, the bistro lighting was hung in the wrong place, and we had to manually moved 24 heavy wooden benches to the ceremony space ourselves. There was also assembly needed to put tables where we needed them and the screws in the benches came loose in a few places so we had to take time to ensure all that was secure. When I contacted them about the lights hung in the wrong place from what I had discussed with them, I was told they could pick up the extra table, but didn't have time to fix the lighting that they had hung wrong!! I then had to call them again to suggest they at least bring us zipties so we could re-hang everything ourselves and didn't get a response until after we had already figured it out ourselves and restrung everything without their help.     Sarah, we appreciate your honest feedback. September is an extremely busy month for our business and, unfortunately, mistakes do happen. As our crews set up multiple, back-to-back events each day, it’s impossible to provide an exact arrival time. We agree that had you been onsite when our team arrived everything would have been set correctly. Please accept our apologies. As such, our crew installed the lights in the Z pattern described on the order and left the benches inside, which is our standard procedure so they don’t get wet and warp. The upstairs of the barn had boxes and other items in the way, so our crew wasn’t sure where to put the tables. Unfortunately, they did not have time to return and rehang the lights, but our owner did speak with you and agreed to bring zip ties to the site later that day. When he arrived, you had already bought your own ties and rehung the lights.
