  • I can not begin to express how unhappy I am with this company. Lindsay is great at selling herself and her services but the follow through was not there. No organization, no communication, I had to run after her or remind her of things 3 - 4 times to get things done. I would never recommend her, I ultimately decided to terminate the contract to avoid having her on my wedding day. She also always has an excuse for not doing something. She tried transferring me to another of her wedding planners in her company but same thing happened. At first it was great and out of no where I never heard from the other girl only to find out the new girl Lindsay had transferred me to no longer worked there... Lindsay also can’t admit when she’s wrong or when she makes a mistake. Overall, there needs to be a serious change in the whole company, it is not just one thing that needs to improve, I believe the whole company needs a restructure. Wish I could put zero stars

    We are sorry to hear you are upset. As you may recall upon our initial conversation, Normally two planners are assigned to weddings to cover all details on the case that one planner can not respond right away. After advising you of this, the contract was adjusted to have the owner, Lindsay, be the primary and only planner to handle all details as per the client's request. After over 10 months and 3 postponements, and having had our checklists ignored with details booked and handled without consulting Lindsay, another planner was added into the planning. It is unfortunate that this planner was laid off due to COVID and the pandemic. An email was sent out advising all clients that our staff of 7 had been reduced to 2 and that we were going to have a slower response time. We adjusted the 48-hr response time to a 72-hr response time. We added in a monthly Live Q&A, webinars, and emailed ALL clients regarding Covid Guidelines, State Regulations, and our procedures moving through the pandemic. We also offered phone assistance via text and call. We did not charge any clients for over 6+ months as we understand many clients lost their jobs and had to move their wedding dates. We tried to be as understanding as possible. We understand the pandemic added a layer of stress and uncertainty and we did the best we could in a time where nothing was certain. It is unfortunate that all this occurred. When it seemed as if there was nothing further we could do, we offered to transfer the contract to another planning company and offered a choice of 5 reputable companies who had the date available. We were willing to pay for it because weddings should be celebrations and we wanted to do everything possible to have this client enjoy their wedding day. No Client should ever have to feel Ignored, Unheard, or Unhappy regarding their wedding. We are truly sorry that this client went through this experience. There is no amount of discounts and add-on's that could ever make a bad experience better. And in sincerest regards to you and Evelyn, We are sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. We will do better to confirm expectations in the beginning and to review those expectations sporadically with our clients.   • Have you ever met someone who would be your ride-or-die girl during the wedding process? I have, and Lindsay happens to be the best party planner in the world. I cannot imagine what planning my wedding would be like without her. The wedding process is super stressful and Lindsay looks into all the nooks and crannies of the wedding process and makes sure they're taken care of. She is always available when I need her and am having a moment. Her planning is thoughtful and careful, individualizing and sensitive to all kinds of needs. I have a lot of wants and she makes them happen. The best part is she knows that weddings are an expensive process and she is helping me save money and getting me the best deals from her network of people because she knows I'm on such a tight budget. She's gonna help me make the wedding of my dreams and I could not have asked for a better planner to help me with this process.

  • L&M did my daughter's bridal shower. We LOVED the little details. You can see the team's creativity because everywhere you looked there were little hints of my daughter & son-in-law. They created a hashtag for all photos to be found and a QR code to the registry link for easy access to put with the invitations. The planners were wonderful. They found little ways to save money and negotiated a couple things down for us when it wasn't in the budget. They did two visits to my home to see the space. I was a little worried when they said a different coordinator would be there on the day of but WOW! The coordinator showed up early, set up all the decor with her team and made my backyard feel massive! They stayed to welcome the guests, helped to serve the food and then ran the games. And boy was the coordinator funny! She brought the entertainment to another level and had the guests laughing non-stop!   • We couldn't be happier that we went with L&M for our wedding. Lindsay made herself available every time I had questions and concerns for my wedding and was extremely organized. She organized a beautiful ceremony for us and worked with the DJ to play a special song for me to work in at that is nearly impossible to find. Then she created an incredible reception to follow based on everything I had wanted.. Her team really made me feel like my vision had come to life. Everyone was so amazing and helpful. Someone from her team was there every time I needed them, even when I didn't know I needed them! They brought water and food samples and guided me through exactly when things were happening so I could relax and enjoy the wedding. Our guests commented so many times about how amazing the food was and how fun of a party it was. We highly recommend hiring Lindsay & her team for your wedding!

  • When I hired L&M I was worried it would be too expensive. I paid about $7,000 to them for full service coordination. After talking with multiple vendors (& my venue) I found out I saved a little over $12,000, so it was definitely worth it! I also got an additional assistant for the day of who showed up early (with coffee in hand!) She made sure we knew what was going on and when, and that we were comfortable throughout the entire day. The only hiccup to my day was when someone got sick on the dancefloor. Lindsay and her team were quick to take care of the issue so only my immediate family knew. I don't know that I could have done it without Lindsay and her team, but I'm glad I dont have to think about that. Thank you Lindsay for helping me with my special day! You and your team were amazing!

  • We won a voucher towards a DOC service at a bridal showcase. At the time, we had signed up with another planner who was less expensive to be our DOC for the entire day. However my fiance and I loved your personality. I personally enjoyed our chats on the phone. Your name continued to surface in our conversations and I wanted no regrets on our wedding day. I just had to contact you. Right from the start, you were quick with responses. We really enjoyed working with you. It’s obvious that you enjoy your job and love planning weddings.   • Lindsay is really a great wedding planner and just an all around amazing person. She tackled the minefield that is our family and wayward bridesmaids and helped my husband and I have a wonderful wedding (which everyone still talks about). Lindsay helped plan our engagement party, kept us on budget and helped renegotiate some of our contracts. She even put us in touch with some amazing vendors. And especially made sure my husband and I ate during the wedding and still enjoyed ourselves while being pulled in every direction. All in all, she's a full package.

  • Lindsay is very passionate at what she does. I am an interior designer and Lindsay reached out to me to help her measure a wedding venue because the hall couldn't provide drawings of the layout. This was needed to figure out the seating arrangements and I could see how dedicated she was to make sure everything was perfect for the event. Being an event planner seems like a very stressful job to me personally, since there are so many moving pieces that need to come together and one missing or overlooked thing can affect the overall outcome, but Lindsay and her team at L&M Productions handle it all with the greatest attention to detail and ensure a smooth and stress free event for her brides and grooms. She is professional and is always available to handle and address any concerns or issues. You can never go wrong with hiring Lindsay for all you event needs.
