  • We had the pleasure of Andy filming our wedding this past May. He was so easy to work with and he took so much footage of our wedding! He showed up early & stayed late to get everything captured on film. He even took drone footage of the farm we got married on. Our full videos and highlight video turned out AMAZING and I could not be more happy with his work!

  • We are so thankful we hired Key Light Media for our wedding day to provide videography services. We were pleased with the quality and effort that was put in to make our wedding video one we will watch over and over and get to share with future generations. It was always professional service and the price was extremely competitive. This company went above and beyond our expectations on the most important day of our lives.

  • I absolutely DO NOT recommend this vendor. 21 minutes before he was supposed to start I received a Facebook message stating that he would not be able to make it, he had a death in the family the DAY BEFORE my wedding. He didnt even have the respect to call me and let me know... he always waited until 21 minutes before he was supposed to be there... he also started he didnt want it to affect my day... he didnt even have a back up plan! Do not book him unless you want to be let down. His behavior was extremely unprofessional.

    I’m very sorry this happened, Brianna. That’s all I can say. I should have had a back up, but I am a one man operation, which is why I provide services for a fraction of what other vendors charge. As I’ve stated to your Mother on the phone and in her review, this is the first time this has happened to me. It was a truly unfortunate event and I feel horrible. I’m no longer booking weddings to avoid added stress on to my life, but the joint efforts of you and your mother have been more than enough to sully my reputation as is. I’m sorry this happened to you, but when you were celebrating life and togetherness, I was forced to do the opposite. Your words speak more about your character than you know. Out of 4 years of wedding video production and dozens of weddings, this is the first time I’ve failed and it was the cause of forces beyond my control. I’m sorry it was you. And just to clarify, I notified you as soon as the information became known to me, which was more than an hour before I was set to arrive. I’m just clearing that up because you said 20 minutes and your mother was kind enough to say 40, although in reality it was more. It still doesn’t make it right that it happened, but I won’t have what occurred twisted for anyone reading.

  • Andy messeged my daughter 40 minutes before he was to arrive to my daughter's wedding to say he had a death in the family, and would not be coming. He told her to enjoy her wedding. After several attempts calling, Andy returned my phone call. As I sympathize with his situation, this had been planned for months. He does not have any back up plan, it falls on you. It becomes your problem, not his. VERY DISAPPOINTED at his business management and would not recommend for weddings, as he is now deemed unreliable!

    I'm very sorry Melanie. As I stated when we spoke, that situation had never happened to me before. I should have had a backup plan, but It's really only myself when it comes to filming weddings, I had no one to take my place. I understand your concerns and still feel horrible the cancellation had to happen. Just to address the review, I notified Brianna as soon as I possibly could. The situation was brought up to me moments before she was notified. And I missed two of your phone calls because I was being pulled over, due to trying to get to my emergency in a hurry. This may have been brought on by unforeseen circumstances, but it was the lowest point in my Videography career. All I can say is that I'm very sorry this happened.
