  • I recently had to order a dress from Kennedy Blue as a bridesmaid. I just have to put this review out there - please do not use this company! First, it is $10 per try on for a store that is only in one location (MN). So I spent $40 trying on four dresses - only to find out that the sizing on the website is totally off of normal sizing. So, I used their measuring chart and tried again, spent another $50 on five more dresses. Turns out even, the sizing chart is wrong. I wrote to customer service - they offered me a 10% discount coupon but nothing else. Still had to order another dress to make sure I had the right final size. All of this done - this took about six weeks, all told, to get all the dresses and try them and return them - I finally found a dress that is good enough (trust me, it's not great) and went to order.   • I reached out to KB about a missing bridesmaid dress. It was ordered in early March and expedited. It should've arrived May 14th but never did. I reached out just to be told there's a manufacturing issue and that it won't arrive until June 25th ( the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING). They offered a different dress in a size too small and a dress in the correct size that is low cut with a huge slit that my bridesmaid isn't comfortable wearing (religous reasons). They won't allow my bridesmaids to return their unaltered dresses for a full refund even though we have to go find dresses off the rack last minute... I can't find a color thats an exact match so its my only option.... They don't care that they've caused me and my bridal party so much stress only 5 weeks before my wedding... please don't risk it.

  • This company has a terrible return policy. My bridesmaid dressed came in and were a completely different color then what was shown on the website. They looked more purple then pink and didn't match any of the flowers or ties. And they only give 80% back if you need to return. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

  • I’d worked many times with azazie, but didn’t love their options for green dresses. The Kennedy blue moss green was perfect, and they had their Black Friday sale where all their dresses were $99. It was perfect, and they looked beautiful!

  • My wedding w as supposed to be May of 2020, so my bridesmaids had bought their dresses way in advance for my actual May 2021 wedding. In the meantime, my MOH had a baby and had to exchange her dress (2x!) and another bridesmaid was about 25 weeks pregnant by the time our wedding actually happened. Their dresses all still matched perfectly in color and fit wonderfully.

  • Kennedy Blue should definitely be your only destination for your bridesmaid's dresses. Their dresses are beautiful and such great quality. I know shopping online for a dress can be nerve-wracking but I know you won't be disappointed. I would highly recommend ordering a few samples and have you and your bridesmaids try on the dresses. Even if the sample is not quite in your size, you can get a better understanding of how the dress can look and fit. They also give you an option to order fabric swatches which is very helpful in deciding which colors will work best with your overall wedding vibe. If you are unsure about anything, Kennedy Blue's customer representatives are there to help and are very responsive. They can even let you know when you should have the dresses ordered so that you can have enough time to get them altered. Overall my experience with Kennedy Blue was amazing and I would highly recommend them.

  • I was very pleased with my Kennedy Blue dress. My friends and I tried on our dresses in store and each found our perfect match (our bride let us each pick our own). All the dresses matched our personalities. My dress arrived a few weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. I got the shipment notification and the dress arrived the next day! The dress required a bit of hemming, but afterward it fit like a glove. The dress was super flattering and was surprisingly easy to dance in. I would highly recommend Kennedy Blue to any future bride or bridesmaid.

  • Kennedy Blue makes awesome and affordable bridesmaid dresses! Originally we went through the Wedding Shoppe and that was great to see colors and styles in person but my bridesmaids who ordered directly through Kennedy Blue had an easier time and paid less for their dresses! I would recommend doing the at-home try on and ordering directly through the website!

  • I have worn a few Kennedy Blue dresses in other weddings and I knew that's where I wanted my bridesmaids to get theirs. My maid of honors got lost in the mail; Kennedy Blue went over and beyond to assist us. The local post office lost the package and we never got it Kennedy Blue organized discounts and rush shipping on the replacement. They were great to work with and I will be using them again!

  • My best friend was getting married January 16th, 2021 and due to a global pandemic, the wedding got moved to January 8, 2022 and was only moved two weeks before the 2021 wedding. I have lost weight since i got the dress in spetember and i asked if i could return the dress that was never removed from the plastic bag and has the tags on it, not altered. brand new. they told me no and asked if i wanted to buy another dress the next size down. That is unprofessional considering the circumstances. I would not recommend this company due to their poor professionalism and customer service.

  • I purchased a dress and it came in about 4 months later. The dress was a little loose, but the the bust was so large it was comical. I took it to a seamstress to try to alter it to fit as the wedding was only 2 months away. The seamstress did everything she could but could not make the bust fit. It's been taken in as much as possible without distorting the shape of the dress. It looks absolutely awful, and it is unwearable as I am still falling out of the top of the dress. I reached out to the company because there must have been a mistake for the bust to be so large that it can't be fixed. No surprise that I haven't heard back from them. The front of the dress does not look like how it is pictured online, and I am so disgusted by the poor quality.

  • I've been a bridesmaid in two weddings that used Kennedy Blue, one with a short dress style and one with a long dress. Overall the service has been great both times, questions were answered quickly and the dresses arrived before they said they would, which was nice. Everyone in our most recent party with the long dresses had an issue with the length, though. We all ordered different styles of long dresses in the same color, and every one of us has had to have our dresses altered because they are incredibly long. I'm 5' 8" and wearing 3" heels for this wedding and the bottom of the dress still dragged on the floor long enough for it to be impossible to walk in when I tried it on with the shoes. It would be nice if they would give an option to incorporate our heights when making these dresses since they are supposedly made when they're ordered.   • I am so happy I went with Kennedy Blue for my bridesmaid dresses. All my girls selected a different style in the same color. They have tons of options for lots of different body shapes and sizes.

  • I love the Kennedy Blue dresses and thought they were very affordable for my bridesmaids ranging from $70-125 based on if they bought in stock or ordered dresses. I will say that the embroidered lace dresses are scratchy, so I would recommend rubbing a dryer sheet or something on the inside of it to try to soften the tulle. They looked beautiful though, and you can't really beat the price. The customer service was pretty good and easiest when I contacted them through Facebook.

  • Do not count on being able to use their try on at home samples. Kennedy Blue has no waiting list system for it and the sample dresses are in such high demand that it's really a ***shoot to be about to try on anything besides a 0 or a 22. I have checked almost everyday as close to 4p CST as possible for about a month and there has never been a 6 or 8 available. Actually I haven't seen any size besides 0, 20 or 22. Sample sizes are honestly a great idea, but if the idea cannot be executed for the great majority what's the point? Kennedy Blue needs to switch to a manual waiting list system if they cannot set up their system for it. Blaming the capability of your systems for a poorly thought out execution is bad business.
