Our cake was so beautiful! And it tasted even better than when we had our tasting. I don't think I can wait a year to open the saved cake lol!

Kate did an amazing job on mine and my husband's wedding cake. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for someone to do their wedding cake in the Capital Region Area.

My husband and I had planned on freezing the top tier of our wedding cake for our one-year anniversary, but this cake was so amazing that only a piece made it into the freezer and we ate the rest! We chose the vanilla bean cake with raspberry whipped cream and signature French buttercream frosting. The ingredients were all incredibly fresh, nothing was overly sweet and sugary, and the flavors really stood out. The cake was absolutely stunning as well. Kate was able to discern exactly what we were looking for by listening to our design suggestions, asking questions for clarification, and taking into account photos of different elements that we showed her. Kate did an amazing job on our wedding cake. We did a tasting before hand and were torn on flavor combinations, because everything was so delicious! We figured out a combination of all the flavors that we liked most and the cake came out beautiful and scrumptious. Couldn’t asked for better! She also delivered to our location which was Windham Mountain Resort, which saved us time and headaches.

I am gluten free and dairy free and let me tell you... everyone ate my cake and didn't know and were talking how it was moist and delicious! A fair price for delivery and GF/DF cake. We ate the little leftovers for midnight and breakfast! Sooo good!

I asked Kate for a heart shaped wedding cake with the lyrics to our first dance written on it. Kate made my vision SPECTACULAR and DELICIOUS! My cake was unique and beautiful. Everyone was wowed by it. I'm sure it took A LOT of work with all the writing and Kate gave me beyond what I asked for.

Got my wedding cake here. Best fondant I've ever had; not only was it NOT bad, it tasted GOOD! This should be no surprise since every dessert I've ever tasted by Kate is excellent. (Also, the cake looked amazing. Guests were super impressed!)

Kate was by far the most professional of all the bakers we met with. Don't let the location of her kitchen throw you, the cake is DELICIOUS. When my fiance and I liked both, she offered to make us two cakes for the day! We had just a cutter cake with a separate dessert, and she was able to give us advice about sizing and styles. She worked with us on design to pick one we both liked, and delivery day of couldn't have gone smoother. I literally had friends asking about my cake and frosting after the wedding, it was so good. Honestly, if i have another big event and need a cake, I know where I am going.

We had two cakes done by Kate and both were outstanding. One cake was a fun groomsman lego cake with a few lego blocks stacked on top of each other. It also had a little lego guy holding a Game Over sign. :) It was so awesome we didn’t want to cut and eat it! And then our wedding cake was lemon with fresh raspberries and it was so good. I got many compliments from it. It was light and airy and perfect for a summer wedding. . I wanted an ombre effect where the color got gradual as it went up and she nailed it. I was beyond happy when I saw her creations on my wedding day.
