  • Where do I even begin? Karyn is the BEST wedding planner, she is truly a professional and an absolute dream to work with. Our wedding really came to life due to all of Karyn’s vision, hard work and dedication. At first, my husband and I were very hesitant to hire a wedding planner thinking we could plan a 300+ guest wedding in under 6 months ourselves. After signing the contract with our venue, the Director of Sales contacted Karyn to personally contact me for planning services as the Director of Sales knew I was considering one. Karyn was not in the least aggressive or pushy for me to hire her. If anything, Karyn was informative and very knowledgeable with our venue as she plans and coordinates numerous weddings and events there.   • Karyn was absolutely incredible in helping to plan my wedding. I have no idea how the day would have possibly gone off without her. She figured out every weakness in my venue and immediately found ways to work around it. Her ideas with respect to decor were so creative and well thought out. It's clear she put a lot of time and effort into making our day exactly what we wanted. My only regret is that I hired her after I already had most of my vendors in place. The vendors I ended up being unhappy with were the ones I picked on my own, before I hired Karyn. All vendors who were brought on board by Karyn or with her approval were amazing. She knows what she is doing, is sweet, professional, tons of fun, and will make your wedding everything you want it to be and so much more! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

  • Karyn and her assistant provided us with day of coordination services for our wedding at the Sand Castle. She was very helpful, supportive and super organized. She made sure she had all of my vendor's information and emailed them a copy of the timeline for the day. She called everyone the day of to make sure that everyone was following the schedule. During my wedding day they were there for my every need, whether it was getting me a drink or searching the Viana Hotel for a nail clipper! It was the best investment of my wedding day that we could have done. I would highly recommend her for coordination and planning to everyone.

Karyn was responsible for putting together the most beautiful weekend wedding my wife and I could ever ask for. Every single detail was perfect, she helped connect us with the best Chef on the East Coast in Tom Schaudel, she dedicated countless hours of her time to pull every single detail together without question, she put fires out left & right without us having a hint so we both could maintain our focus during our wedding. Karyn is the best event planner one could ever ask for; our wedding invitations and favors were designed by Karyn which had our guests raving how unique and beautiful both were. She connected us with a top notch photographer and was dedicated to making sure each and every detail went flawless leading up to and the day of our wedding.   • Karyn did a beautiful seating chart in a frame for me with a gorgeous broach. Everyone commented on it and loved it the day of my wedding!!! I walked into her store one day (5 DAYS BEFORE MY WEDDING) and I had a seen a seating chart like this somewhere else but it had been rented out already the day I was getting married. Therefore I couldn't get this gorgeous seating chart out of my head so I started searching for it. I walked into Karyns shop and she was so helpful! Now remember this was 5 days before my wedding and I had 460 guests as well! She said no problem she can make one up for me in 5 days all i did was send her my list with all my names and tables and she took care of the rest for me! She even brought it to the hall for me too!!! She was excellent! I highly recommend her and she is very reasonably priced!!! Angela

  • I used Karyn Michael Events for my wedding in July 2006. My wedding day was a dream come true and I owe it all to Karyn and her team. She had so many different ideas that I would have never thought of , that made my day perfect. People still talk about my wedding and how beautiful it was. I recommend Karyn Michael Events to all of my friends and family when they start planning their wedding.

  • She did an awesome job! Loved all the work she did for us. Some miscommunication regarding contacting the vendor, but overall provided a wonderful wedding. It turned out better than I expected.
