  • We just had our wedding 2 weekends ago (Nov 23rd) at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota and when I was in the final process of finalizing wedding details I reached out to JTL hoping that they would assist with any last minute wedding coordination. Trista was super quick to reply and answered the first time I called her, which was amazing. She assigned me with Courtney who was equally as responsive and amazing. Courtney helped make sure all of my checklists were correct, went over the timeline and corrected any mistakes I had made with vendors. On the day of the wedding she showed up bright and early and was so helpful with all the minor and major details so that I could truly enjoy the day. She worked closely with the Ritz Carlton Catering team as well and made sure the entire day ran efficiently. It was truly a magical and flawless day and I would recommend Courtney and the JTL services to anyone since they will certainly put your mind at ease! Thanks again :)

  • We hired JTL Events after we found out that we were having a baby! We had 6 weeks to pull a wedding together and they did it!! From start to finish, Trista (the owner) was with us very step of the way. We worked on the day of the wedding with Shireen and Jazlyn (2 of the event coordinators) and they went above and beyond to make sure our day went off without a single issue. They event went as far as to help people get from their cars, down to the ceremony sight. It had been raining and they ran back and forth with umbrellas to help each of our guests. The team was beyond all of our expectations. We spent $700 and could not believe the quality of service we received. Saying truly impressed just doesn’t really convey how we truly felt. We would literally get married a second time (and really might renew our vows in a few years) just so we can do it all over again. We loved JTL and could not have asked for a better staff on our wedding day.

  • Alexia and her assistants were great! I was worried because there were a lot of not so great reviews being published, but for us they ended up doing an amazing job! You can’t expect to have them do extra stuff unless you pay for it, I also had them as a coordinator for my reception and they were on top of everything!

  • We met with Trista and Jenny a couple of months before our wedding. Kind of late into the planning process. But they both dove in head first and surpassed my expectations like you wouldn’t believe! I not only saved a bunch of money, but I also gained some new friends! If we ever renew our vows, they will be our very first call!

  • I can not say enough great things about JTL Events! They have gone above and beyond to help me with my entire wedding process and have made everything such a breeze to handle. Did not even lifted a finger! Honestly, they are amazing, they make you feel as if you are family and genuinely want to take care of you. My wedding was wonderful and Trista and her team members were spectacular!

  • I would not hire this company. For the price I paid and the lack of service I received they are not worth it. After meeting with the owner, Trista I thought they would be a good fit for my budget and needs. I will say they are very responsive and they do send helpful timelines but that's the only good thing I can come up with. I had planned my entire wedding and just wanted someone for setup/breakdown and to do the timelime and run my day. This is NOT the service I received. I am not sure where to even start at this point. Two days before my rehearsal Trista informed me she had a wedding and Jenny would run the rehearsal. It was very apparent Jenny had no idea what to do and she even said she had never been to the venue. How do you send someone to run a rehearsal who has never been to the venue!?   • I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked them on 5/26 for me 2/22/2020 wedding. My original coordinator did next to nothing for me in the first month, and on 6/20, I received a response from the owner that she was let go. This made me weary but I agreed to meet with the owner in person and hopefully make things right and continue with their services. While I met with Trista, the owner and another coordinator, they told me how my first coordinator was broken up with and basically lost her mind, and thats why she was fired. Very unprofessional to tell me this. However, I already made my deposit and I did like them in person, so I figured I would continue using them, even though I had no idea who would be working my wedding day. She said herself and the other girls there would be helping me plan in a collective, which I didn't love.     Hi Marla! Thank you so much for your feedback. We’d like to start off with saying that we are so sorry that our relationship didn’t work out. In your review you made it seem as if we did not uphold our end of the agreement, which is inaccurate. We have 57 emails, 49 text messages and 12 phone calls between us and vendors on your behalf that show otherwise. You signed an industry standard contract that stated that deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. We, like other vendors charge a 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. Due to a minor miscommunication we agreed to allow you to pay $500 rather than the original contract deposit request of $850. We also gave you a $95 discount on your overall package price. While we appreciate you, your friends and family members resting on the First Amendment, writing hundreds of false stories and fake reviews to try to deface our small business, we feel at this time we would like to make it very clear to those that may happen to stumble across this false review, or any of your other false reviews, that there are two sides to every story. Out of the hundreds of clients that we have booked and worked with, you are one of the two people WE have decided to part ways with. We wish you and Paul nothing but the very best of luck.

  • I decided to hire a day of coordinator later in my wedding planning process. I had a tight budget to work with and JTL events had a special going that fit within my budget. I read their reviews and after talking with the owner Trista, decided to hire them. I guess the saying is true that you get what you pay for. I had two coordinators that day, one I never even met. They showed up late, although they claim that we agreed upon them arriving between 12-1 p.m. which was not the case. My vendors were going to begin arriving at 11 a.m. to setup. By the time they arrived, almost everything was setup. Jenny was the only coordinator that came a couple times to check in and besides bustling my dress and packing up my cake, I really am not sure what either of them did. I was so nervous prior to walking out that I forgot to grab my bouquet and she didn't even notice that I didn't have it and I walked right down the aisle without it.
