  • What a great experience! Joyride was super easy to work with, professional, and most importantly flexible. I was having an outdoor ceremony, but scheduled a church as a backup plan in case of bad weather. Even though I wasn't planning to make my decision about the actual ceremony location until 2 hrs before the ceremony began, Joyride was totally okay with it! And funny story--I got a phone call when I was in the shower the actual day of my wedding and it was the owner of Joyride (ut-oh)...turns out the 14-passenger limo we rented broke, so they offered us one of their upgraded vehicles at no charge--crisis averted and again their flexibility was so appreciated. The driver arrived on time to all the different pick-up/drop-off locations and he was so sweet and accommodating. Only made my day easier :)

  • Joe and the entire team at Joyride are extremely professional. There were a few minor issues on my wedding day, but Joe handled them with ease and EXCEEDED my expectations. He is a man of his word and I am thrilled to use him again. Highly recommended!

  • Extremely professional and on top of their game. Called to confirm times and addresses. The driver came an hour early just to make sure he was on time and didn't charge us for the hour. He let us bring beverages on the trolley and allowed us to take some pictures even after our time expired. The driver was super nice and polite.

  • We were going to ride in a classic car to the reception and at the LAST minute decided to get a limo to be safe. Without much time to search we found this company to have fair prices. We only wanted a 6 person but they were not available. We were given an 8 and charged for 6. The limo was on time. The driver was polite and professional. I would recommend them again.

  • Joyride Limousine was responsive and attentive to details. The driver arrived on time throughout the day and was professional and curteous. The limo was beautiful, and the champagne was a great treat! Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver!! I would definitely recommend this company for reliability, professionalism, and value!

  • I will echo a review below me. The limo was nice, the driver was nice. However I was charged on my debit card for an additional amount of $$, was never notified by the owner that he was going to charge me and what it was for. Extremely unprofessional to just charge somone's debit card any amount you want and not even send an email or a phone call to explain the extra charges. Would not use in the future.

  • I was NOT impressed!!! The outside of the limo looked nice and the limo was clean and they arrived on time and the driver was professionally dressed. Those were my positive reviews. For negatives: 1. There was an ugly hole inside the limo in the ceiling. 2. The driver took the LONGEST possible route to get to the reception venue 3. They charged out card for the "additional time" it took for them to get to the reception venue BUT didn't tell us. We found out when we checked out bank statement. Again...NOT impressed!

  • I had a bad experience................. limo was awful - dirty and dented.... didn't even take pictures at limo it was so bad!! driver locked keys in limo in front of church at the exact moment we were to leave.... don't recommend at all i gave a large tip prior to ride to church which i should have asked for back!!!!

  • Where do I begin. when I made reservations they were made for a coach style bus to transport the wedding party, family, friends and wedding guests to and from the wedding site and hotel. The bus that showed up to pick us up was a PINK Party bus, literally said party bus on the top. Something you would take to a bachelorette party only dirty and HOT inside. That is NOT what I requested and not was I was told it looked like online. I laughed it off because my photographer took some really great pics of my husband and I in front of it, and I figured it would be a great story to tell. Well, When it was time for the bus to take everyone back at the end the night the bus driver took the first load back to the hotel and was supposed to come back to get the rest of us...over an hour went by and still no driver.   • What a bummer. Thankfully, this vendor was our ONLY *bad* vendor. We hired two cars for our wedding day: 1 White Stretch Excursion and 1 White Stretch Limo. Problem #1: Neither driver knew one another (contracted out from two different companies). Problem #2: The limo was old, smelly and worn which made my dad - the payee - upset). Problem #3: When we got to the church - the drivers didnt know where to drop off, or park the limos. Then when the clergy came out of the church to instruct the drivers - they didn't listen and instead asked me (the bride) where I wanted him to go. Shouldn't he have become familiar with the location before the wedding day, or at least called ahead to ask for instructions on drop off? Problem #4: After the church service - the limo driver had the groom help him open & pour two glasses of bubbly (ie: "hey could you hold this for a second").   • Great experience with this service. It was a little awkward when the driver asked my husband for his tip as we got dropped off at our reception, especially when the Best Man is typically the one who handles this! Other than that, would recommend!
