  • Scott was amazing at helping us with our wedding. We had a large wedding and Scott got everything figured out for us so we knew how many tents and tables we needed. He was very quick to respond and went over the top to help make our day perfect! Scott made everything stress free and is amazing at his job. I’m so happy we chose Incredible Events for our wedding!!

  • I can not say enough good things about this company! Right from the beginning, Scott helped us to search through inventory and come up with a vision for our at home Tumalo wedding. He was patient with all my changes and requests and once we got closer was absolutely clutch! We were expecting sunny days until 4 days before, then only on our day, rain, thunderstorms and hail predicted. I called Scott in a panic, he assured me we could get things handled. He got us 2 canopies and suggested a canopy heater. I am sooo glad he did! Our guests would have been freezing had it not been for that heater and soaked if not for the canopies! They were fast and efficient, setting up because we are a private residence, 2 days in advance, which helped lower my stress incredibly! Thank you Scott and Don and the whole incredible events team!

  • Scott was wonderful! From the very beginning he was quick and responsive on what we needed and the pricing was even better. We rented benches for our wedding ceremony and tables in the reception room. They looked wonderful, rustic and wooded like we wanted. His company dropped off and picked up and we hardly had to do anything. Minus a few extra helping hands only so we could get it done sooner. I would recommend his company over any other in the area. THANK YOU again for making the stress of a wedding that much less!

  • We rented our tables and chairs from this vendor. I contacted them with not much time to spare before our wedding and they were so easy to work with. Our estimate was sent right away and was fairly priced. The chairs were delivered right on time and the man who helped us was very kind.

  • Can't say enough how gorgeous and incredible our wedding turned out thanks to the help of Incredible Events! The folks here were terrific, timely, organized and efficient. They literally transformed our venue from an empty dark space, into a surreal and breathtaking wedding ceremony/reception. Guests continually praised my bride and I for putting together such a wonderful looking event - but my hat kept going off to Incredible Events. Would work with them again 10 times over. Thanks for everything!

  • I rented tables, chairs and a dance floor for my wedding from this vendor. We reserved our dance floor months in advance and on the day of our wedding, they installed a floor that was much smaller than the one we had reserved. On top of this, they attempted to charge us for the larger size. When we pointed out that the dance floor was the wrong size, they told us they in fact do not even carry the size that we had reserved, although it was clearly printed on our invoice. They were unable to bring a larger size, so we were left with the smaller floor. Fortunately they fixed the price, but our guests were crowded and discouraged from dancing.

  • Their products were great, and everything was at our venue on time as promised. Like one of the previous customers noted, they were the only rental company that our venue allowed. That being said, getting timely emails (we live in Europe, planned an OR wedding) and invoices was next to impossible. Thankfully, they were a little more responsive with the coordinator at our venue and so we were able to come up a game plan. I cannot speak for any other central Oregon rental companies, but if you can choose your rental company, I suggest calling around to all your options.

  • Incredible Events was the rental company for our wedding. They were a good company overall and provided us with a lot of essentials for our wedding setup. We had numerous meetings and phone/email conversations with them leading up to the wedding, but unfortunately they were not always 100% professional. We had a few problems with information not being sent as promised, and invoices not being available when we needed them. We also had a few issues with the daughter, who was less then professional and even came to a meeting one time very sick. The prices were also a little high for some items, but I guess that is the business. We were a little upset that this was the only options for Rentals that the High Desert Museum would allow, as we probably would have picked a different vendor and not had as many issues. I cannot specifically say whether I would recommend them or not, they weren't bad, but they definitely were not great.
