We apologize that our policy regarding booking was not clear to you. We have catered over 1000 receptions and have never had any issues with our booking process. As our Owner, Cerstin, explained to you multiple times we only require your signed agreement and refundable deposit to confirm your event date. Any other details including your final menu choice, rentals, staffing, etc would be fine tuned after you came for a tasting and final decisions were made. We’re happy that you were able to find a better fit for your daughters wedding so quickly. We wish you well!
