Took our vision and turned it into reality!

I am so so happy that I ended up going with Imperial!! Saba was so sweet and really cared about making sure I was happy with the end design. She spent quite a bit of time over FaceTime ( I live in NY) hearing my ideas and did a mock up for me also over FaceTime. I was BLOWN AWAY by how our sangeet, wedding and reception turned out. Afterwards everyone commented on how beautiful the décor was!!!! I also asked for some last minute flowers for my mehndi and she was able to pull through. THANK YOU IMPERIAL!

We had excellent support from Saba (@Imperial Decorators) throughout the process, right from our very fist meeting to go over the options and selection of Mandap, table decorations, center pieces tables & chairs etc., to walk- through on site and final day set up and execution everything went smoothly and efficiently. There was no pressure or upsell and Saba provided suggestions when we asked and you should askas she has a ton of experience. I believe they have a set standard for professionalism in this business.

Suhail and Saba are incredible, for several reasons but here are a few specific that made our special day incredible. First, they are very organized. Throughout our entire process and experience with them they had a clean and clear filing system and did a great job on asking questions to clear up details we hadn’t even thought of. Second, they translated our vision perfectly into reality. I had a Pinterest board reflecting the mood/feeling I wanted the décor to create however I didn’t have opinions on specific items. Saba took my vision of a modern Indian wedding and translated it perfectly without major involvement from me, which saved me so much time and energy. Lastly, they were so kind. They clearly care about their clients and the customer service is on a level that no other vendor provided my wedding weekend. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family, anyone looking to have an Indian wedding in the south.

Saba and Suhail were wonderful to work with. We went into wedding planning with few ideas of what we wanted and they executed everything perfectly, beyond exceeded our expectations! They were super helpful in helping us create the perfect decor for our events. Great team and great people, would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with Imperial Decor. They had a deep inventory, considerable experience working on large events, and were accommodating to our needs. Saba, Suhail and Danial were also responsive and respectful through the entire process. We went through their image library and selected our favorite designs. The process helped us better visualize our setup and on the wedding day they executed exactly as planned. I would absolutely recommend Imperial Decor!

We went with Imperial Decor and our experience was wonderful. I had a sweet sixteen and they helped make it amazing. The decorations, table centerpieces, back drop, sofas, and flowers and set up were exactly what we had talked about. We received so many compliments from that night. We had a great experience with Imperial Decor! From the start Saba was vigilant in understanding our vision, taste, and budget and worked hard to create a beautiful wedding for us within all of that. I didn't see that from a lot of other decorators where they would instead provide us cookie cutter ideas that showed their inability to deliver a wedding according to the client. In addition to being creative, patient, and hardworking with our many requests, the execution was incredible. Everything was always done better than we imagined, on time, and with impeccable professionalism. Saba and team were truly partners in designing our wedding, and not just vendors. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I had seen imperial Decor's work at a few weddings prior to my own and they came well recommended. They are affordable and deliver quality services. Our wedding was very traditional South Indian and we didn't want the usual draping or strucutres that you usually see at weddings these days. Imperial BEYOND delivered at the wedding ceremony. The used fresh flowers (given to them by my mother) to create a unique look that I have not seen anywhere. The mandap was bright and fresh and we have not stopped getting compliments. I could NOT have asked for anything better. The reception was STUNNING and the ambiance was perfect. there were tons of candles that gave the room a much more intimate feel. I would highly recommend letting them get creative but setting a high level vision. Saba is very creative and this is her sweet spot. We used Imperial Decor for our fusion wedding and they did a great job. Our mandap was simple and we were able to incorporate elements (flowers) from our morning ceremony to the evening. We got so many compliments on our flowers and our guests couldn't wait to take our table centerpieces home! We did have some communication hiccups in the middle where we transitioned from one team member to another and it was not clear what aspects they would provide vs what we had to get outside. This caused some minor stress towards the last few weeks but we were able to sort them out. Overall, it was great and glad we had Imperial on our side!!!

From Day 1 Imperial decor was very organized, and that is a very important quality to have in your decorator. I met Suhail for the first time, 3 days before my wedding day, at the venue (due to me being out of state) to run through whatever we had been discussing on the phone and video calls, regarding my wedding ceremony and reception decor. Needless to say I was nervous and prayed everything would turn out the way we had imagined. On the day of the wedding there are multiple things I was stressing about, but the minute I walked in with my photographer to take pictures near the mandap, my eyes sparkled and all I could think about is how beautiful everything looked! While we had a few challenges getting the process started, and getting proposals/invoices sent on time, the end result was spectacular, and far better than we had imagined the decor to look. Imperial was very flexible with working with us, and provided great suggestions to work with our venue's limitations. The decor was stunning ALL DAY, you can tell they are experts at their craft, and we are very pleased with our choice for decorator!

We were in need of a few specialty items for our multicultural Hindu-Christian wedding. Suhail at Imperial Decor provided us with a beautiful Ganesha welcoming table, complete with water bowls, petals, garland, and candles, as well as four gold matkis to accent our mandap. Since we weren't hiring a full-service decorator, Suhail allowed us to rent these items for a reasonable price. They were dropped off the morning of the wedding and picked up the from the venue the day after. We appreciate Imperial Decor's flexibility in providing rental and delivery options and for being flexible with the time of pickup. The decorations were exactly what we wanted and looked beautiful! Delivery was a bit delayed on the morning of, but they called to let us know and still completed setup on time.
