  • Jennifer and Susan were our everything. To say they helped us find the perfect venue and select our vendors doesn't even scratch the surface. They took the time to get to know who my wife and I are as a couple, what our families are like, and what we wanted out of a ceremony and reception. They made themselves available from the first email all way until it was time to clean up the venue. They are excellent communicators, organized, expert negotiators...I could go on and on. The best!

  • Susan and Jennifer truly went above and beyond in helping us plan and execute our dream wedding! They are extremely responsive and I also appreciated them giving us options for various parts of our budget, but always being honest with us on where our budget was best spent. On the day of the wedding their team worked hard to make sure everything was seamless and they are all a true pleasure to be around. I wouldn't think twice about booking HoneyFitz for our next event!

  • HoneyFitz Events helped plan our daughters wedding in Santa Barbara. This was a destination wedding for many of the guests, as well as the bride and groom. From working with the venue, finding vendors, every detail you can imagine, Susan and Jennifer were knowledgeable, professional and could be counted on to follow through on everything. Their advice and insights were invaluable. Most important of all, for the rehearsal and wedding itself the HoneyFitz Events staff handled every detail. We never worried about a thing. We were able to enjoy every minute of our daughters big day knowing they had everything on schedule and taken care of. HoneyFitz Events has our highest recommendation for any event planning needs, large or small.

  • Susan and Jenn were great to work with. We had done quite a bit of the planning on our own, but still wanted someone to help bring us to the finish line. Honeyfitz worked with us to create a plan that suited our needs and budget. Susan was our main contact and helped keep us on track in terms of the big "to-do's" for the wedding and answered our many questions. She helped prep and communicate with all our vendors and created a very detailed timeline for the day of our wedding. She and her assistants were the first ones at the venue and the last ones to leave. They set up all our decorations perfectly. We were not stressed or bothered at all during the wedding with any logistical details because Susan just handled it. Everything went seamlessly and as a result we could just enjoy our day and have fun!

  • HoneyFitz events were absolutely amazing. From the day I was proposed to I knew I would need a wedding planner and they were everything I dreamed of. They offered different levels of their services to us and met with us on a regular basis to ensure we were getting what we needed to feel good about our special day. Having them their the day of the wedding was the most amazing feeling of all. We felt comfortable that everything was being handled and we could just have a great time and not worry about a thing.   • Jennifer and Susan worked with us on every angle. They made us feel like family and that we were in good hands. They understood our needs, our wishes and what was affordable. I originally objected to the idea of a wedding planner, being someone that handles things on my own. We would have never got through the planning of this wedding without them. There are so many things that you don't consider, like the insurance requirements and other details that need to be handled by an expert. Plus, they know a lot of the vendors and can make appropriate recommendations for your event. They also know a reasonable quote, so you don't end up paying exorbitant prices. They make sure you do the things you need to do in a timely fashion so you don't miss deadlines and you don't forget any important details.   • Jennifer and Susan from Honeyfitz were a god-send in preparing for this day. I was throwing a wedding reception for my brother at my house and Jenn and Susie helped me and guided me every step of the way. They were integral in picking food, rentals, staff, and decorations. They had wonderful ideas that only made the day that much more special for everyone. And on the day of the event, Jenn came over in the morning so we could go over everything and then came back to set up everything while we were at the wedding ceremony. When we came home the house, decorations, food, drink, everything was gorgeous. And someone from the company stayed the entire night to help facilitate the event and clean-up. It made for the most stress-free and enjoyable event. I highly recommend the services of Honeyfitz. They were always available for questions and respond to inquiries with lightning speed. You won't regret using them!

  • HoneyFitz did an incredible job with our wedding. From recommending vendors within our budget to being available to answer all random questions we had, they did an incredible job. The day of the wedding everything ran smoothly and on time, and they handled everything with ease and professionalism. I can't say enough good things about working with these ladies and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

  • Jenn was amazing!! We didn' have a very clear vision going into our wedding planning and Jenn gently guided us through the process. She helped us think through pros and cons of venues, how to stay on budget, and gave great recommendations for vendors. She also developed our day of timeline and coordinated with all of the vendors. Trust me, you don't want to be on the phone with vendors while you're getting ready! We also found out later that our venue overbooked. They only gve Jenn an hour to set everything up. We didn't notice a thing! We showed up to a beautiful venue with everything perfectly in its place. It was gorgeous. She also boxed everything up for us at the end of the night. Again, that's not something you want to worry about on your big day! The entire process was flawless and we were never overwhelemed. The day of the weddding was seamless and Jenn made it possible to take it all in and actually enjoy our wedding.

  • We just got married last week, and used HoneyFitz Events for our wedding planning process. I can honestly say without a doubt that our wedding was perfect because of this team. We worked with Jennifer from HoneyFitz Events, and she has got to be the sweetest, most patient & loving person I've ever met. She listened to us and what we REALLY wanted, and made that vision come alive on our wedding day. She truly cares about us as a couple and what we wanted our wedding to look & feel like - and really, what more could we ask for?   • From the beginning, Jenn was responsive to every email and call (never more than an hour before she got back to me). She made us a budget that fit our needs, wrote us a timeline for what we needed to do by when, and helped us hire the best team of vendors in the area. Once some important decisions (like hiring photographer, DJ, booking the venue) were out of the way, she kept us on target, checking in to make sure we were doing what needed to be done on time and helping us when we needed it. Custom invitations? She had the PERFECT graphic designer. Cool, unusual dessert option (we wanted something different from cake)? No problem, she found us an ice cream truck that blew our guests away. The thing I appreciate the most was that as wedding day approached and I was feeling stressed, Jenn took so much off my plate.   • Jenn was beyond amazing! Every detail was thought out... she helped us find amazing vendors (in our price range), and truly understood what was important to us for our wedding. She scheduled everything on our big day and made sure we were happy every step of the way. Do not look any further... Jenn is the best one out there and you should go hire her for your big day before someone else gets her!! When our big day arrived, I trusted that everything would go off without a hitch and I was not disappointed! I would absolutely hire her again for any event that I do!

  • We were on a tight budget and were really looking only for a month-of coordinator. Jennifer agreed to be flexible and do this limited service for us. She was far more involved and helpful than we'd bargained for, and her experience with vendors and venues was obvious. She was a buffer for us in negotiations, knowing what questions to ask and she provided us with options to get exactly what we wanted. Jennifer also provided tools that made our planning easy, including a month-by-month countdown to the wedding and what needs to get completed when, templates for planning the day of the wedding - both timelines and inventory, so that we could plan in advance and not worry about things on our wedding day.
