The Kent Manor Inn was the perfect wedding venue for us. We knew that we wanted a venue with in-house catering and an option for guests to stay overnight, so we attended the open house on a Saturday last year. As soon as we saw the waterfront gazebo and the Preserve reception space, we were sold. Throughout our planning process, a new venue coordinator, Jessica, was hired. She was extremely organized and had a wonderful no-nonsense attitude that we loved. She was very quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had, no matter how small. We booked about half of the rooms the night before our wedding and had some issues checking in as there is no staff present overnight, but one of the managers, Debby, was quick to arrive to the Inn & get us checked in. We loved everything about this venue. Being able to have the ceremony, reception, and lodging in the same location was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. They catered to everything we needed and made the wedding day stress free for us.

Kent Manor Inn is first off, a gorgeous venue! But to top it off, they have an amazing staff that is responsive and supportive. They truly make sure that the wedding day goes off perfectly! Jessica Oliver is amazing is really helped us get the final day of plan together and helped calm our nerves. She is a pro! The catering Kent provides is also amazing, the food was delicious and the timing of the buffet was perfect! They really helped keep the reception activities moving along. Even though we went in a different direction I wanted to express how much we loved the Kent Manor Inn! The ground are beyond beautiful, the Inn is so well kept and is so cozy! We have stayed there before and the people really just make the whole place cozy. Prices are great for the area! Plus there is so much history there!

Where do I even begin with Kent Manor Inn? It was an absolute DREAM to get married here!!! It's a stunning venue with so much charm and character. We looked at tons (and I mean TONS) of venues before we finally saw KMI and fell in love. Our vision included an outdoor ceremony with the option to host an outdoor reception in a tent. We were going for a rustic feel while blending in traditional Hindu/Indian traditions and KMI was the perfect place to bring our vision to life. It was large enough to host a 350+ person wedding without any issues, which is something that limited us while searching for an outdoor venue. They suggested some great vendors (ranging from party/equipment rentals to transportation to bakeries and even babysitters)! Everyone from KMI was pleasant to work with and it's evident they did everything they could to make our day special. They had hosted a handful of Indian weddings in the past, so I felt more at ease knowing that they understood the different traditions and intricacies of an Indian wedding (i.e baraat, official welcome, long ceremony, etc.). Since we had a pretty large wedding, KMI worked with us closely to ensure there were enough chairs, tables, restrooms, etc. for our guests. Really appreciated their help with this so my husband and I didn't have to worry about it. In the months leading up to our wedding, KMI staff worked with all of my vendors to ensure they were all on the same page so things ran smoothly. Some of my vendors visited the venue beforehand to check it out and there was always someone from the Inn willing to meet with them and take them on a tour/answer their questions. On the day of, everything ran smoothly and I have no complaints. The day was beautiful and everything we could dream of. We also rented out the entire Inn for our guests to stay and had a great experience with that, as well. I worked with the Inn to assign rooms to our guests, they were able to call in with the CC information and received email confirmations quickly. The rooms were all great as well - each one has it's own personality and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready and allowed for some great photos. Overall, we absolutely LOVED our experience with Kent Manor Inn and can't say enough great things about them. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a gorgeous outdoor venue!

We stayed here the night before our wedding and used the room for the bridal party to get ready and then take wedding photos later that day. The property was beautiful and we loved our stay. It was relaxing and the staff was great.

I am so incredibly glad I chose KMI as my wedding venue. It is affordable and absolutely beautiful. It was everything I could have dreamed of. I was married by the water and had my reception at the garden house, which is my favorite part of the venue. The staff is phenomenal. The food was incredible and we were VERY pleased with the options at our price point, which wasn't on the higher end. You will not regret having your wedding here! You also get a nights stay at the inn, which is an incredible added bonus!

Awesome venue! This past fall I had the pleasure of spending the entire weekend at Kent Manor Inn as the maid of honor for my best friends wedding. The staff was top notch and the food was delicious! It's like staff was 10 steps ahead of us so everything ran smoothly. Both Ashley and Kelley were amazing throughout the whole planning process down to the day of. It was the most perfect weekend! Highly recommend.

The Kent Manor Inn staff was amazing! While the wedding guests were attending cocktail hour and we were taking pictures, the staff brought us an entire tray of appetizers just for us. Even though that seems like such a small gesture, it really made our experience that much better (we were pretty hungry haha). We could not be happier with our experience at Kent Manor Inn. We had our rehearsal dinner here on 6/7/19 and got married on 6/8/19. Our whole weekend was perfect. The staff was so accommodating and laid back. Our venue coordinator, Ashley, did an excellent job and made sure everything turned out just as I wanted. A week before the wedding I asked Ashley if the venue carried a specific type of wine and she said they did not. When we arrived for the rehearsal, I was so happy to find out she ended up ordering a few bottles of the wine just for me and the wedding party. We stayed the whole weekend and had the BEST time. We are so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. Great customer service from the front desk, cleaning staff, and bartenders as well. I highly recommend Kent Manor Inn!

They handled everything! From planning the event to setting a menu to suit our guests to contacting our vendors to coordinate the week before. They really put our minds at ease in regards to the planning process. Everything went off without a hitch.

Our September wedding at the Kent Manor Inn was a truly memorable celebration, and we will forever be grateful to everyone at the KMI who made everything (from the planning to the ceremony to the reception) work so well. We had anticipated a great weekend outdoors on the beautiful grounds, but it poured rain for days on end, and many adjustments had to be made. Fortunately, the folks at KMI were absolute professionals and shifted things with ease--keeping us calm & supporting our celebration with humor, warmth, and smiles. We loved the location, accommodations, as well as the the food. But, the lacking responsiveness and repeated miscommunications due to staffing changes made the preparations horribly stressful. Also, one of the staff members dropped and destroyed our cake topper. :-(

I basically had Kent Manor in mind for my wedding as soon as I got engaged. This beautiful old Inn is not only waterfront, but has amazing grounds and beautiful reception areas/rooms. The staff at Kent Manor were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially on the big day, plus they were helpful with any request we had. Don't forget about the food either! Their food is the best and I recommend them not only for weddings but their specialty brunches as well. I think Kent Manor is one of the more reasonably priced all-in-one venues that really does deliver on a beautiful wedding day.
