  • We were so thankful to have found Hilton Santa Clara for our wedding celebrations. We had our mehndi/sangeet and our Hindu wedding at the hotel in August 2019. The location, quality and value were exactly what we needed for our wedding weekend. Both events went perfectly because of Ankita's great communication and professionalism. She was willing to work with all of our vendors and help craft a wonderful experience for us and our guests. For our wedding, we had to flip the room from a wedding procession to seated dinner, which was easy for Hilton to accommodate. Delilah assisted us and our guests find the appropriate accommodations so everyone was comfortable and able to get hotel rooms despite it being a packed weekend for the hotel. We are truly grateful for their help and recommend Hilton Santa Clara to others-- thank you so much!!

  • Double check and make sure its the right size for you. I had confirmed 141 guests and 133 were present. 14 tables at 10 per table, that is with the dance floor. You may place more on the table probably at 12 max but it would not be comfortable. Be sure to check out the menu as well if it is something to your liking. FYI buffet style set up is within the shared lobby. I hired Fine Linen Creations to set up a wonderful looking divider from the floor to the ceiling to have some privacy for my guests.

  • Venue The Sierra Ballroom itself doesn’t look very large, but it fit our 125 guests comfortably. The walls are neutral color, so you can transform the room anyway you want. Cocktail hour took place in the lobby and they sectioned off our area so that no wedding crashers could get in. Near the ballroom is a small room called the Yosemite Room. I used this room for myself, the bridesmaids and mothers to get our hair and make-up (H&MU) done. I had three H&MU artists to work on 12 girls, so I needed a large room for everyone to fit comfortably. The Yosemite Room was perfect for this! There was even enough room for breakfast food, items we needed for the reception, and storing equipment for vendors. It’s right next to the reception hall, so fast and easy access to retrieve items.   • If you are looking for a nice hotel, great wedding package & good customer service this hotel is worth considering. the location is convenient, free parking is a plus, excellent customer service & reasonable wedding packages. They also extend special room rates for wedding guests.

  • We had our wedding at the Hilton Santa Clara in mid December 2018 and were very pleased with the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of great food, atmosphere, and service. Both Ankita and Michele were attentive and helpful during the planning process. They were flexible in accommodating our needs. Their staff were amazing and made our wedding day seamless. We received nothing but compliments from family and friends that attended. Perfect place for our reception. We highly recommend the place.

  • Wedding reception was great except for the feedback we got from some guests that there was a long line for the bar during cocktail hour coz there was only 1 bartender. Keeping that aside, everything went great. Ankita was great in coordinating with us during the planning and responded to calls and emails promptly. She was there on the day of and had kept some of the stuff we accidentally left behind after. Staff were very professional and respectful. Perfect place for our reception. We highly recommend the place.

  • Our planning could not have been easier with the Hilton team. We were extremely overjoyed with all their services and everybody complemented the organization of the hotel. We asked for certain items leading up to the day and after and was happy to see the help from everybody on staff. The initial meeting with Hilton was easy and everything felt doable. Everything from there was manageable. (I was in Phoenix, AZ planning the whole wedding!) The tasting was intimate and the chef made amazing food. The bridal suite was big and open! The bell hops were helpful to everyone! I chose all my vendors and Hilton made it work with all of them. I worked with local businesses: Estonami Flowers (Esther Gobok), Jen's cakes, and Rocking Entertainment (with lights) -DJ Warda (Sacramento,CA), Motionscope Bay Area Videography, and Tony Pham Photography.   • Nele is the event coordinator that I worked with at the hilton and she was the BEST! She made planning the wedding easy and fun! The meal portions were HUGE, bigger than any wedding that I have ever been to, and they tasted fabulous! The room turned out more beautiful than I expected and everything ran smoothly. Things were right on time! The bridal suite was huge and included in the cost of the venue. We were able to get the bridal suite early so the girls could get ready there. This vendor was one of the reasons my wedding turned out to be perfect! I had no stress because I knew everything was being handled by a professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  • We just had our wedding reception hosted at Hilton Santa Clara in March 2017. We had checked out for a venue for our wedding around the Santa Clara and Milpitas area for some time and as soon as we stepped in, we kind of felt that was the place for us. The hotel was just the right size for our party and hotel lobby was open with lots of sunlight which we love. Though the ballroom (Sierra) was a little tight for our party of 170 but we managed to fit everybody in, not to mention we liked everything the Hilton had to offer. The pre-functional area was nice and it was right next to the lobby. It was nice that it seemed as if we got the entire area for our wedding (weekend traffic is usually pretty light). We also wanted to commend on the food. It definitely exceeded our expectation. We met the executive Chef and Sou Chef at our tasting and they were very meticulous and made sure everything would be done to our liking.   • the hilton santa clara was an awesome choice for our wedding reception! we had a few bumps in the road (we had a change of coordinators about 6 months prior to the wedding date, we had to ask a few favors to get hotel rooms for our guests and bridal party members, asked for a second menu tasting), but when the day of the wedding came, everything was perfect! closer to the wedding date we worked with angela, who was absolutely wonderful. she made sure all my random questions were answered, either to me personally or to my wedding coordinator, and worked with us when we had last minute change of details. i truly enjoyed working with her! the venue itself was lovely! the hotel was hosting two events on our wedding weekend, a birthday party and our wedding. the ballrooms were far enough away that we barely noticed they were there. our guests kept saying how lovely everything was set up and how friendly the staff was. the hotel was also able to give us a very reasonable d...
