  • The staff was very accommodating and flexible. Rose Mary was top notch and I had several rooms to book for several different dates. She made sure that I had all the paperwork that I needed to ensure that guest check-in was a very smooth process. She followed up several times and even popped by to introduce herself. I would recommend booking any event that you have at the Hilton Garden Inn Des Moines/Urbandale. Signed.. very happy customer!!!

  • The service we received from the very first contact with Rose Mary has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond! I would not hesitate to work with this facility. The food is excellent as well! They are very accommodating and responsive to any email or phone call.

  • Every year since this property was built, I have personally attended numerous events at this venue (as a guest or volunteer, I was not the event planner or bride) including weddings, receptions, non-profit gala auctions, corporate meetings, banquets, etc. This venue has a great reputation and loyal, repeat customers. In every instance, the event space (as well as the lobby and lodging space) was impeccably maintained and attractively appointed. Everything about my experience was positive; the staff was engaged and professional, the food was delicious, the space was attractive and the parking was very convenient. I can't think of a single negative experience about this venue. As a guest, I always have the impression that this staff is skilled and that they care about everyone having a memorable, spot-on experience. I always look forward to returning to this venue. I have yet to be disappointed.

  • As a meeting planner, I work with a lot of hotels. We have been holding our Annual Meeting and Fall Meeting at the Hilton Garden Inn for years now. They are nothing but professional and easy to work with. The value and price of the food & beverage and sleeping rooms is very reasonable and competitive. The easy access from the interstate is also a big bonus for our association. I have nothing but good things to say about the Hilton Garden Inn and that's why we keep coming back. I highly recommend them for meetings and receptions.
