  • Hiring Head over Heels was the best wedding decision we made. They handled the day of event coordination for my daughter's wedding on November 23, 2013. Because of their efforts I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding. They reached out and contacted all our vendors, created a timeline for the day and even helped with the church decorations. They handle all details necessary no matter how big or small. They are detail oriented, professional and have calming personalities when all around them are anxious. They were also well regarded by our other vendors. I would not hesitate to hire these beautiful women. You will not be sorry. Thank You! Outstanding!

  • I had the pleasure of planning a wedding with Head Over Heels this past weekend! I was the DJ at the wedding and working with these ladies was a breath of fresh air! I have worked with wedding planners in the past and most of them don't value the opinions of the other vendors at the event. This is not the case with Head Over Heels. They reached out to me the week of the wedding to go over timelines, they introduced themselves to me prior to the event starting, and they worked with me during the wedding to make sure everything went off flawlessly!!   • We used Head Over Heels for a limited, ceremony-only coordination package. We had most of the details down and just needed some capable, responsible help for the day of - and Meaghan and Christina delivered! We were very happy they were flexible enough to cater a package to our needs, and they helped to keep all of us organized and calm on the day of. They are still new to the business, but seem to be extremely well organized - if I had needed more coordination services, I have no doubt they would have done a great job with that as well. They were also very accommodating and polite to our friends and family - it was definitely helpful to have someone friendly and tactful to coordinate everyone on the day of!   • The ladies over at Head Over Heels provided superb Day of Coordination service for our wedding ceremony and reception. Not only did they ensure that the day ran smoothly, they teamed up with me to execute my vision and they did so flawlessly. Great listeners, visionaries and creatives, Christina and Meghan are quite the duo. Being a control freak by nature, leaving these important details in the hands of others can be difficult, but the ladies at HOH are trustworthy and left me at ease so that my friends, family, husband and I could enjoy the most memorable day of our lives without a worry in the world. I highly recommend Head Over Heels wedding coordinators-Christina and Meghan.

  • Christina and Meaghan were absolutely amazing!!!! They were my EVERYTHING throughout this whole wedding process. I was working full time, in grad school, and a bridesmaid in 2 other weddings throughout my planning process and I couldn't have made it without them. They delivered absolute PERFECTION with every detail. My husband and I relied on them for almost everything and the wedding day could not have been more perfect. They work tirelessly for you day and night, meet with you on your schedule, and are 100% prepared for anything you throw their way. The girls helped me with my shower, rehearsal dinner, and didn't leave my side during the whole wedding day...and yet all my guests had no idea they were even there (they work magic seamlessly fitting into your day!!). I will truly miss them now that my wedding is over. They were my rock, my breath of fresh air, and my sanity!!

  • I can't speak highly enough of Meaghan and Christina at Head Over Heels. I have to admit, that initially, I was a little nervous going with the young pair just starting out but after meeting with them it was clear that they are focused organized and passionate about each and every event they work on. We went with their "day of coordination" plan, which included numerous meetings with them before the big day, they contacted every vendor and reviewed every detail, and were also able to keep us on track with their timelines and payment schedules. The week of the wedding they were with us at our final meeting with the reception venue to make sure everyone was on the same page, were the first ones at the church for the rehearsal Friday, and were extremely efficient on Saturday (picking up food for the bridal party, checking in with the vendors at the church and reception site, making sure that hotel guests were being taken care of, etc).   • We hired Christina and Meaghan for day of coordination for our daughters wedding. They did all I expected and more. Even though they coordinated the day of, we met with them many times prior to the event and we definately got our money's worth. We had 200 guests and they took care of all the details beginning in the morning to late at night. They made sure that everything was just as the bride wanted and they delivered. Christina, who is a hairdresser, even fixed the bridesmaid and bride's updos that were falling out. Our venue contact said that she has "worked with many planners before but these 2 young ladies were on the ball".I would highly recommend Head Over Heels to anyone planning a wedding.

  • Meaghan and Christina are the wedding coordinators and founders of head over heels, not only were the prices for their services extremely reasonable (much lower than others in the area) they were so helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. They lightened the load for me my family and my friends. While planning a wedding from across the country they were very flexible to the time zone changes and more than willing to scope out sites and vendors for me. They also have many great connections with other vendors in the area. The day of the girls were on site at the church, reception and after party making sure that everyone and everything was in the right place at the right time. It was a relief to hear from my vendors the day of that they had already recieved a schedule for the day from the coordinators...they went above and beyond in every aspect! I would recommend them for every bride, they made my planning nearly stress free and the wedding day perfect!

  • Head Over Heels provided the "Day of Coordination" for our daughter's outdoor/tented wedding. This included involvement with our vendors for a good two weeks prior to the event during which time they created valuable lists and timelines. The actual wedding turned into a last minute monsoon which required a tremendous amount of reorganizing. They made the transition happen without losing a beat, making the entire relocation seamless. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them! They literally saved the day.
