  • My family and now husband and I could not be more thankful for Hayley and HAYLO Weddings & Events! From our first meeting Hayley attended to every detail and was so warm, calming, organized, and personable! I loved that she helped to donate our flowers the next day and that anything that could have been an issue or a possible concern was handled so seamlessly that there were no issues or worries. The whole wedding weekend was so perfect, fun, and full of love. My Dad commented that we could all really be so present and just there to enjoy every minute as we knew that everything else was taken care of! Being detail oriented myself I thought that Hayley did an excellent job of putting together a schedule for the day of the wedding and then working with all our other venders, family, guests and us to make sure the day of (and the rehearsal) ran smoothly.   • We began planning my daughter's wedding in Spokane and realized we needed a "go to" person to contact and coordinate our vendors. Hayley was professional, personable and absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She made the "perfect day" appear effortless! Her time and talents were very much appreciated!   • I am so thankful that my husband and I worked with Haylo Weddings and Events! From our very first meeting, Hayley was organized, professional, listened to our ideas, and offered us suggestions for vendors to work with in Spokane who were within our budget. We ended up hiring the photographer, DJ, baker, and florist that she recommended. Hayley has many wonderful connections in Spokane & Seattle and is knowledgeable about wedding trends and what works well for a bride and groom such as websites to use, where to order invites, and what to look for in a reception venue. I so appreciated that Hayley was willing to help us with every step of the planning process (even attending meetings with us) while giving us the freedom to bring in our ideas and ultimately make the decisions.   • Hayley couldn’t have been more awesome!! She was so organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. I woke up sick the morning of my daughters wedding and didn’t have to worry about one thing! Her and her assistant also cleaned up and packed everything after the reception was over. Believe me, you need a coordinator!! And she was the best!!

  • Hayley made our day the best that it could have ever been! We needed a day-of-coordinator but she was MUCH more than this. During the weeks leading up to the wedding she was doing whatever she could to take anything off of our shoulders to ensure that we had no responsibilities on our special day, and that’s exactly what happened. On our wedding day she handled everything from dealing with the vendors, making sure everyone got paid and taken care of, making the timing of everything work when things didn’t go our way, and ensuring that the day was perfect.... and it was :) Hayley was there with us from the second I got to our venue with my bridesmaids, and she was there to send us off as husband and wife. My entire family was able to fully be in the moment and enjoy the day, thanks to Hayley. I would recommend HAYLO to anyone planning a wedding!

They ensured that our wedding - including the planning stages, the rehearsal, and the day itself - was easy and enjoyable, allowing my husband and me to focus on each other and having fun with our family and guests. At every stage, our coordinator, Hayley, provided excellent options and made sure that we could make informed, personal choices about the way that we wanted our event to feel. For our very small wedding party, Hayley offered suggestions to make the processional and recessional feel momentous, notwithstanding the few number of people involved, but also took into account the reserved personality of our attendants.   • Haylo is an amazing wedding planner. We had our wedding in Seattle and it was so great to have someone take over the stress and do everything. As a bride you need someone who is there to see the wedding from your view and fix the things that you would want to fix, and Haylo was that person. I didn't had to be worry about anything because she was there . Love her so much she is energetic, organized, and she has a great personality. I highly recommend her to everyone

  • Hayley took my loosely organized wedding and completely turned it around, making the wedding run efficiently and correctly. She was extremely professional, nice, gave us amazing direction and took care of all the little problems that came up. If you want your wedding run very well by someone who understands the procedures and can personally tailor it to you and your wedding choose Hayley and HAYLO.

  • Hayley was very professional and responsive with everything...up to the day of the wedding. Her main responsibilities were for the day of the wedding so that the bride, mother of the bride and bridesmaids did not have to worry about anything. She did not show up to the venue until after noon (everyone else was there at 9am). She was not communicating well with the venue owner regarding several issues including the arrival times of the vendors. She neglected to put out several props that were previously discussed with the bride. The bridesmaids had to leave the wedding table to go retrieve the champagne flutes for the toasts. The cake cutting was not done as discussed. The clean-up on the tables was well done although the mother and father of the bride spent a good hour when they should have been with their guests removing food and alcohol from the venue.

    Thank you Allison for your feedback. We really enjoyed your wedding. I learned that in the future I will insist on the bride hiring a complete catering company that provides servers to help clean up. The 2 person BBQ team that you hired had GREAT food but left immediately after service so my assistant and were left clearing tables and dealing with your guests' garbage. I will also insist on talking with the caterers directly as I agree there was confusion on their arrival time.
