When we booked the venue Charlotte was the event coordinator at the venue, we absolutly loved her and we made the time line and all our plans with her.. she agreed the morning of she would have breakfast stuff set up in the bridal suit while we got ready, she said she would bring us drinks and hors d'oeuvres while we took pictures so we could eat and said she’d set up all of the tables for us. At one point during the planning I wanted to order table runners so I emailed Charlotte with.a question and after about 2 weeks I got a response from a woman named Barbra saying Charlotte was no longer there and she would be taking over. I emailed back asking if we could meet to go over details; I had emailed and called multiple times and about a month later I got an email from a woman named Julie saying she was now taking over.. so we met with Julie and we went over everything again and things were fine.
