When we booked the venue Charlotte was the event coordinator at the venue, we absolutly loved her and we made the time line and all our plans with her.. she agreed the morning of she would have breakfast stuff set up in the bridal suit while we got ready, she said she would bring us drinks and hors d'oeuvres while we took pictures so we could eat and said she’d set up all of the tables for us. At one point during the planning I wanted to order table runners so I emailed Charlotte with.a question and after about 2 weeks I got a response from a woman named Barbra saying Charlotte was no longer there and she would be taking over. I emailed back asking if we could meet to go over details; I had emailed and called multiple times and about a month later I got an email from a woman named Julie saying she was now taking over.. so we met with Julie and we went over everything again and things were fine. When she called we set up a meeting for the next week and she said where my wedding was 3 weeks away I would be her main focus, she told me the bridal suit wasn’t up to her standards so she gave me another room to get ready in, and agreed to everything we had talked about with Charlotte for the day of. I didn’t hear back from her after that, the Monday before the wedding I got an email from a woman named Shelby saying Julie was on leave and she would be taking over. She wanted to put us in a different room to get ready than Julie and I had previously agreed on and I had to go in again to discuss the timeline of the day.. fast forward to the day of; I got to the venue before Shelby did, she didn’t have anything set up for us; she brought us water and coffee but that was it. I saw her first thing in the morning and then not again until the first look, she didn’t have anything set up for the first look and I was seen by multiple guests. We didn’t get any food or drinks during pictures so after spending the money on the food we didn’t even get to eat any of it, and after the pictures before we got introduced my photographer had to get everyone together because Shelby was nowhere to be found.. I know there’s nothing they will do about it now but I want to save another bride from having the same bad experience..

Charlotte was amazing from start to finish. Our wedding day was 100 percent perfect and went off without a hitch thanks to Charlotte. There was almost no stress on the wedding, the value was also great and the food suburb. Would recommend this venue to anyone.

Wedding coordinator Kristine is absolute phenomenal !!! She made me feel so comfortable with her and I did not feel stress at all. My wedding turned out to be beautiful felt like I was in a fairy tale !!! My wedding would not have been the same if it was for her!!! I can not thank you enough for your professionalism and kindness towards my husband and I and our guests!!!

Kristine was great to work with; she was efficient and responsive during planning and accommodating to our requests. After we told her the vision we had for our reception, she offered suggestions and brought important things to our attention like the timing of everything, etc. We dropped off our centerpieces and other decorative items the night before and Kristine set everything up in the ballroom for the day and it looked beautiful. Our guests loved having cocktail hour on the balcony overlooking the green and they all raved about the food at dinner. We also had our rehearsal dinner the night before our reception in the Redwood Lounge at the country club and the food was delicious and the staff were accommodating to the families’ requests. Overall, a beautiful venue, great staff, good food, and a great experience.

Our ceremony and reception was held at HCC. Totally pleased with everything the HCC had to offer. Need to give a shout out to Kristine Maria, who was the events coordinator. She made us feel comfortable during what can be a stressful time and left no stone unturned. Our wedding and reception went off as planned and our guests are still talking about what a wonderful time they had there. Everything was perfect!

We had our wedding reception in the beautiful ballroom of the HCC. If you've never seen this room, it's worth a visit. They have panoramic views of their beautiful greens and foliage. Unlike other courses, there are no houses within view, which we preferred. We took some gorgeous photos outside, underneath the Fall trees and inside as well - plenty of choices. Their dance floor is the biggest I've seen! and yet there's still plenty of room for the tables. Our food was delicious, served on time and the staff was so very courteous, including the friendly Bar Staff! Cindy was just wonderful, she was most helpful in accommodating our requests. I first thought HCC was exclusive and that you had to be a member to have your wedding there, but you don't - lucky us! And the prices honestly were so reasonable (out of any venue that we checked), we couldn't believe it. We would highly recommend HCC for your wedding venue!! We will always treasure our beautiful memories of that day!

After a few bumps at the beginning of planning Everything turned out wonderful . The staff was very helpful and worked really hard to make sure our wedding was perfect! Thank you for all your hard work!

I really, sincerely wish I could give this place 5 stars. The food is incredible (we've gotten multiple compliments), the place is stunning, and up until the wedding day, the on-site coordinator, Kristine, is for the most part great to work with. I do feel I have to warn that she can be a bit spacey and mix up your dates & details multiple times. This didn't do any lasting damage, but when her catchphrase is "no stress" and she ends up being the source of your stress, it can be frustrating. The lowering of my rating, however, truly comes from how she conducted herself on the wedding day. She gave my mom a hard time multiple times for multiple things (centerpieces, a tupperware for the cake), and at one point seized control of the mic from our MC, even after we had gone over the order of events with her in advance multiple times (and he was on schedule). This was completely unprofessional and did put a slight damper on things and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Our wedding day was ot... I would still recommend it, but I feel like I have to mention these concerns, as they actually did affect my (and my new husband's and mom's) day. If you plan your wedding/reception here, please go into it knowing that Kristine can be difficult to work with. She is incredibly experienced and doesn't have any hidden fees, which was wonderful, but she likes to have control even when it means being at odds with the couple and their families, which is not the best quality in someone seeking to bring to life "your day" and "your vision" (as she will mention many times). Her intentions are good and we truly believe she wanted to make our day as special as possible, but the follow-through on the wedding day itself was disappointing at best, from a professionalism & behind-the-scenes standpoint. To our guests, for the most part this wasn't evident, and again, the venue itself is incredible. We would recommend it, with this caveat.

My daughters wedding. Venue- the rooms were clean, bright, cheery. The ceremony room was perfect with the high arched ceiling, a lounge for cocktail hour with a large patio over looking the golf course. The reception room was both large and cozy. A windows overlooking the golf course, a large dance floor & room for a photo booth & DJ made it cozy but yet plenty of room to dance mingle and have fun! The bathrooms were clean & brides room was light and roomy. Food- for the rehearsal dinner the grooms parents chose BBQ. I heard people say it was the best pulled pork they have had and I agree, the BBQ pork ribs melted in your mouth. The chicken was good and there was an assortment of green salads and pasta salads. For the Reception there was a choice of New England stuffed chicken and steak. Both generous portions. Read moreWe also had the chicken and rice soup which was delicious. My daughter, the bride, has some food allergies and they were very accommodating to her needs. We also had a vegetarian option and chicken fingers for the kids. Event planner- when were first booked with HCC there was one event planner that had given us some information regarding open bar costs, at the final stretch with the new event planner we found that they didn't do an open bar with a set price. She suggested we run a tab & cap it at a certain point. Worked out better for us! When Kristine took over we met with her. Kristine took pages of notes with every little detail down to the pitcher of water and plastic cups on tables after dinner. She has and endless amount of energy which can seem intimidating, in the end we had an event that ran smoothly and seamlessly. She checked in with me numerous times during event. She really listened what we wanted & made day one to remember always.

After booking 18 months in advance, I had been emailing many questions with the event planner and then this contact changed a few times. Eventually I was able to find a constant contact with Cindy - We had chosen our menu and set our budget, when HHCC changed caterers, upped their pricing and no longer offered the same menu items. Cindy worked with me to keep the costs and menu where they had been when we booked. She also reccomended some of my favorite vendors. On the day of, the bartenders were rude, did not prioritize the groom when we went for drinks, and then flat out wouldn't serve me (the bride) any drinks/not even water when the bar had closed, there was never a heads up as to last call and a few guests were in line when he declared noone else would receive anything else to drink... I was happy with the venue appearance, help from Cindy and overall event and would reccomend them to others.

The food at the Haverhill Country Club was delicious. The deck, bar and ballroom are all beautiful. Cindy, the Club House Manager, was our wedding coordinator on the day of the wedding. She was helpful during the planning stages, but during the reception she was unpleasant to deal with.

The venue lied to me about what time the wedding before mine would be done. When the other wedding was still going on, my mom chose to freak out. They were not ready for me when I got there despite the fact that we had discussed what time I would show up. For the most part aside from that, the day went well. The coordinator really messed up and the groom saw me right before teh ceremony which caused me to get a little upset (as all the emotions of the day caught up to me 30 seconds before I walked down the aisle). And as for food, they took forever in between courses. I have no idea what they were waiting on but it was the slowest dinner ever. They did pack everything up for my parents at the end of the night, which was really helpful, they are good at getting you out.

The Haverhill Country Club was a perfect venue for our traditional wedding theme. The staff was great and very helpful. Our function coordinator Cindy was very assisting and helpful! I highly reccommend this venue for any wedding!!!
