We threw together our tiny covid-safe ceremony at Harvest Inn in about a month, after originally postponing our big wedding to 2021. We had never even seen the venue in person. Harvest Inn itself is an absolutely gorgeous location, it feels like it fell out of a fairy tale. On top of that, they're adjacent to a vineyard which makes the perfect backdrop for the ceremony, and you're allowed to take photos in the vineyard which completes the wine country wedding experience in my opinion. Not only is the location completely idyllic, but the entire staff is SO NICE. Steve, the event director, was incredibly patient and responsive to all of my questions as we were planning the event. He also had me give his contact information to my mom and our vendors so that they could talk to him directly about various aspects of planning. During dinner the service was impeccable, the food was outstanding, and they let us sit around chatting until almost midnight even though dinner service was supposed to end at 7:30. I could go on and on about how incredible this experience was. We're so grateful to Harvest Inn & the team there for making it so perfect.

We just had our ceremony and reception consisting of 40 people here at the Harvest Inn. I can't put in to words how magical of a weekend we had and it was all thanks to Harvest Inn! From the start they provided plenty of correspondence, information and help in planning the wedding. They accommodated most if not all of our requests and made changes without hesitation as we changed our mind leading up to the day. On the day of, their staff went above and beyond. Matthew, Kelly and Shawn helped coordinate all of our vendors that came in, oversaw the setup of the three different spaces we used (ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception), and stuck around for a good portion of the night to make sure everything was running smoothly. They put out candles that they knew I wanted when I had forgotten to, made sure that the DJ was properly setup after he was having issues and helped serve/bartend when my guests were rushing over to the drinks after the ceremony. The waitstaff (shout-out to Jua... Read moren!) made every single one of our guests feel so special. As to the property itself, it is absolutely stunning. With the beautiful grape vines nestled in the background, flowers blooming all over the property, and the cute cottage feel that make up all of the rooms, we couldn't get enough. All of our guests commented that it was one of the more beautiful properties that they had been to. Everyone hung out at the pool, ate at the restaurant located on property and had late-night drinks on the patio of the lobby. Harvest Inn will be a place we visit time and time again to remember this momentous weekend in our life.

There are not enough words to be said about Harvest Inn, the whole team is truly incredible. My wife even said, “people are seriously stupid to get married anywhere else,” and it’s true, they are. Matthew and the team are incredible, patient, responsive, Everyone we encountered from the team went above and beyond to be so kind and make our wedding everything that it was. From Mike, our bartender, who made such incredible signature cocktails to the managers, Rion and Nathan who we could literally ask for anything. They would always try to make it happen. The porters, the drivers, the cleaning staff, everyone made us feel like family. The job Matthew did for us though was exceptional. He made our vision come to life, but really, made it more than we ever could’ve imagined. He knew exactly what we were going for and helped at us every step of the way to achieve it. He was always responsive to so so many crazy questions and requests, and somehow always makes it happen (within reaso... Read moren of course!). We still can’t come down off the cloud that was our wedding weekend at Harvest Inn. You’ll know when you walk in there...it’s something special.

Loved the venue. The food was excellent. Everyone loved it. Tedd was amazing!

We planned our elopement from out of state and felt comfortable with the responsiveness and professionalism of their consultant. Our Harvest Suite was great and the Harvest Table has delicious food and nice atmosphere.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was phenomenal. All of our guests were definitely impressed with everything. The Harvest Inn had the perfect atmosphere for all small wedding and all of the staff were very helpful and made our wedding a success. Mike especially was fantastic during the rehearsal and on our weeding day. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better venue. The room booked to get ready the morning before the wedding was also great. It had plenty of room for my bridesmaids to get ready there too as well as stunning views of the vineyards.

We had an amazing weekend and the hotel staff was so accomidating and helpful. It was perfect and beautiful!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. This place is wonderful! The service is excellent. The staff members are professional. I love the breakfast buffet. And the site is breathtaking and romantic. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing wedding at the Harvest Inn in late August. The setting was ideal for Napa with the vineyards in the back. The staff was amazing and everyone raved about the food. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone!
