  • We live in and married in Sonoma, so you can imagine there are a ton of vendors and choices here -- very popular place to get married. I found Grapevine on Wedding Wire and wow, they are terrific. We were operating with a fairly tight budget and found out they actually have most of the same stock as other companies, but are much less expensive. As in as much as half the cost. We had a raw venue and had to rent a ton of items to make it work -- they had every single thing we needed. As you can imagine, the rental order had to change as the months went on and not only were they flexible (I might have tried their patience a bit, but they didn't show it at all), but they were also fast to make the changes and send the updated contracts. The delivery was perfect as was the pickup. No issues at all. The quality of the rentals was very very good. They are also family owned and it shows -- personal and all around great people. I highly recommend them.

  • From the planning earlier this year, through the changes in guest count, to the delivery and setup, and to the pickup, things could not have gone more smoothly. Jill and Ron have a great business. It's obvious why they have been successful. They are small enough to be hands-on owners and large enough to have everything you need to make a great party. We had 38 people for Thanksgiving. Grapevine delivered a tent, tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, linens, and chafing dishes. Our yard looked so festive. All we had to add was food and fun. It was a fantastic holiday meal and renting all those things made it so easy for us.

  • We looked around and found this fabulous locally owned business. Attentive to our needs and full of suggestions and assistance! I highly recommend GPR for any event planning needs. Items rented were of great quality and event ready. I am sure we will will be using them again for a future event next August.

  • I've used Grapevine Party Rentals for YEARS now! As a professional event planner, I love the personal service, attention to detail, flexibility and quality of produce. From Sonia answering the phone to Brandon delivering and setting up, everyone there is a pleasure to work with. They don't charge fee's all over the place, like many of the big rental companies, and are ALWAYS willing to work with you to make your order perfect. I always use and refer clients to Grapevine and will continue to for years to come.

  • Sonia at Grapevine did an amazing job for me. She was willing to match pricing for chair set up from another company, providing outstanding value. She was also very helpful and responsive. The chairs and wine barrels looked wonderful at our ceremony venue, General Vallejo's Home. The only thing I wish that could have been done better was the communication with my day-of coordinator about when the chairs would be delivered. I was told we would know the timing the day before but never heard and they ended up coming in plenty of time but later than expected. That said, I would definitely recommend this business - refreshingly personal to work with.

  • Grapevine has been wonderful to work with. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful if items delivered to sites with sensitive flooring be checked in advance for missing sliders or exposed material that may damage the floor. Currently, City staff are checking each piece during event set up. Haven't had any major issues but it would help with time management. :)
