When I got engaged, my first thought was “I need a planner if we’re going to pull this wedding off successfully,” but what we got in Jenna as our wedding planner for the past 11mo was so much more - a planner, a friend, a confidant, and someone to make all the wedding chaos feel fun and most importantly EASY! I wish I could give Graceful a million stars! I had originally hired them for a day of planner, which quickly turned into much more! Robyn was my lead and was AMAZING. Stephanie helped bring my decor visions to life and made them even more amazing! My ceremony was originally supposed to be outside and it ended up raining... all day. Robyn and Stephanie transformed a ballroom space into the prettiest most intimate space ever. Robyn was organized, solved for problems before they became issues, reminded me of things I did not think of and was so quick on her feet. Dealing with vendors, making timelines, floor plans, giving me advice on the little stuff, she did it ALL! Using Graceful Events for our wedding was such a wonderful decision! I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without the help of Angie. We went with the ‘silver’ package which, while it’s the lowest tier option (essentially a day of coordinator with built-in support leading up to the wedding) – it felt like the gold standard. Angie was so attentive, detail-oriented, and calming throughout the planning process. She was 100% on it at all times and quickly felt like I was planning with a trusted friend even when we hadn’t met yet. Graceful events is a must for your wedding day, especially if your venue does not provide on-site coordination. We had the pleasure of working with Tabby and I cannot say enough nice things about her. She was easy going, well-organized, professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We were connected with her about 6 months out from our wedding and during our kick-off meeting, I knew we could put our trust in her for our big day. Towards Tabby's thoughtfulness, she surprised my husband with his favorite snack (corn dogs) , that she had gone out and procured sometime during the evening. This was one thing he wanted that our caterer could not manage and Tabby made it happen! She went above and beyond and he was absolutely delighted! Jenna was our day-of-coordinator for our May 4th wedding. Jenna is not only an amazing professional, but a spectacular, sweet person as well. She stayed on top of everything leading up to the wedding and was always available and there to help (even when I was being a crazy bride on Easter Sunday). When the wedding day came, I remained completely stress-free the entire day. Even with being organized, at least one thing will always go “wrong” your wedding day. The day after the wedding I found out that our photographer originally arrived at the wrong location. I had no clue this ever happened and Jenna took care of everything without ever alerting anyone. I'm not sure where to even begin. Hiring a day of planner was the best thing we could have done. We were lucky enough to have Jenna Thayer. I am a very detailed person and I've met my match! We had multiple meetings with her leading up to the day where she went over every detail ( even the details I didn't know about). They day of I didn't have to think about anything.
