  • My husband and I are always looking and open to new ideas, so when we got engaged, our wedding process was no different. When it came time to start looking into the suits, he knew he would have his custom made but didn't know where to start on how to have the groomsman truly match him. We decided to pick out his suit fabric first, then take a picture of it with us to a few suit places to scope out what they had. We were not impressed. Outdated, plain, and common are a few words that come to mind. After a multitude of suit stores, and not "feeling" any of what they had, I saw an ad on Facebook for Generation Tux. I told my,now, husband about it but he wasn't sold. He was afraid too much could go wrong.   • With groomsmen coming from all over the country, we knew we wanted to use some type of online tux/suit rental. So glad we chose generation tux! Everyone commented on how easy it was to use, how well their tuxes fit and how happy they were with it. We had one groomsmen who needed a different sized shirt and received one in plenty of time before the wedding. Highly recommend!

  • The home try-on was packaged beautifully. Returning within 48 hours was a breeze. The representative who I spoke with within 24 hours was very kind and answered all my questions. I am very eager and confident that these suits will look amazing come my wedding date!

  • We couldn't have been happier with how our groomsmen looked. The company was professional and very straightforward to deal with. We ordered the tux's and got them all as a perfect fit to the guys. We can't wait to see the pictures. Return was very straightforward as the package came with prepaid UPS label. Highly recommend!

  • Couldn’t have had better customer service from start to finish! We started off with a free home try-on. After that, I called and talked to a stylist and went through each item and described to them how it fit and discussed if we needed to change anything. They even sent the next size up jacket just to see if it would be a little better because I was concerned of a little bit of gaping between the shoulders. The quality of the tux was amazing plus Earn a free suit or tuxedo rental with 5 paid members, or even keep your suit or tux when 7 members checkout! Easy delivery and return!

  • They were extremely helpful and responsive. When adjustments need to be made they responded quickly. Everything fit perfect and was on time. Great experience, would definitely use again!

  • All I put was my height, build, weight, and the tux was perfect. The style and look of the suit was clean and fit perfectly!! I would HIGHLY recommend generation tux to anyone for any occassion. Everything was in the box and easy to put and on and send back, I seriously have never been so happy to wear a tux and didn’t want to send it back.

  • Generation Tux made everything very easy. No hassle - just fill out the info online, the tux comes in the mail, you use it for the event, then send it back in the same box afterward. Everything fit perfectly and they were quick to respond to any question.

  • I sent three suits back in one box to save mailing costs and let them know to look out for all three suits in one box. They nevertheless charged me $150 for a late return on two of the suits. After 4 calls and three emails I have still not been refunded the charges 4 weeks later despite promises to take care of it. Watch out when you use these guys.

  • My brother is getting married next year and the second I tried this tux on I texted him and told him that he should strongly consider using Generation Tux's services. The fit is phenomenal - it couldn't get better if it was a custom fit. And with people in all different locations, this is such a seamless and easy way for people to get their tux when they have a minute. Overall, I would recommend Generation Tux 10/10 times.

  • Generation tux has amazing high-quality rentals without the price tag. I had a groomzilla on my hands that was REALLY picky about the fit and wanted to buy his suit ahead of time. Typically, the company doesn’t let you buy the suit before you rent it, but their customer service team went above and beyond to make our situation work to purchase the suit in advance. We went through multiple rounds of revising the fit with a FREE try on every time. Their team would even text back and forth with my husband to get the exact fit he wanted. We finally decided on the sizing and was able to “rent” the suit right away months before our day and then purchase after the rental period. We were so happy they were able to accommodate us and be flexible with their process to make it work! Some of our wedding party had issues with sizing but the team was able to provide new sizes right before the big day with no hesitation of their arrival time. Thank you so much Generation Tux!

  • My brother used these guys for his wedding a couple years ago. They sent me 3 different jackets none of which fit me correctly. I could barely move my arms in the last jacket they sent me. My buddy is using them for his wedding and I've noticed a couple things: 1. Their prices have gone up a lot. Looking at $240 for rental 2. A tailored fit is out of the question. Explained to them my last experience and all I was told is "unfortunately we can only hem the sleeves on the jacket" Looks like I'll have a poor fitting jacket again for this wedding. I have a large chest and arms and small waist. Other places will move in buttons and do other alterations so the suit actually fits. Not these guys. I've spent a lot less at other places for better quality rentals that actually fit. None of the other groomsmen are happy with this company.

  • They're customer service is good, but make sure to read the fine print. We didn't order jackets since the wedding is in July, so they didn't come with pants.

  • I hate writing negative reviews - seriously. But from the start it was not a great experience. most of the communication was done via text. And it would take hours - and sometimes days - to get a response to simple questions. First with someone named Amy, then someone named Troy, then an Amanda - it was constantly changing. Asked very clearly for dark blue tuxedo samples. Was sent 2 medium blue suit (not tux) - no big deal, must've been a mistake right? inquired and was told they were "out of them" would be back in a week or so and would be sent. After 2.5 weeks followed up again, they were still out. Was told to just "order the tux and see" - except this particular one isn't available for "home try on" so... Called me to take a survey about the experience, and i gave them feedback. Was told survey would take 5 minutes, it took 30.
