  • Myself and the groomsmen loved the suits. Each groomsmen lived in a different state so Generation Tux was able to accommodate all parties as needed. The suits themselves fit very well and the attendees enjoyed the way that they looked. The color scheme fit very well for what we wanted.

  • I'm so glad we chose generation tux. We loved the way the suits looked and it was so easy and convenient for my husband all his groomsmen to submit their sizes and just have the suits delivered to their doors. It was such an easy process and we were so satisfied with the overall quality and look of everything. The price was excellent as well! Can't beat the convenience, price and quality and so glad we chose them!

  • We used Generation Tux for the groom and groomsmen tuxes. We loved the supportive website, the opportunity to try the tux on, and that the suits would arrive two weeks prior to exchange sizes if needed. The guys looked great and it was a smooth experience!

  • It fit perfect the first time! I didn’t return it till a week later and no late fees! Also the quality was amazing, I truly didn’t expect it to be that good since it is a rental! Can’t say enough great things but I will say they will be who I pick for my wedding!

  • I did leave a review that stated I would not recommend this vendor. I have since spoken to another manager and she was not only patient, she understood and made me feel much better and fixed everything that went wrong. I would highly recommend Generation Tux. With the exception of one person, each person I spoke with not only cared about my situation, they did anything to fix it. I feel much better and know now that they are a stand up company willing to do what it takes to make you feel calm and help in anyway they possibly can. I am so happy I reached out and spoke to a manger because she honestly made everything right, as well as the customer service team member a spoke to. They truly do care and if you speak with anyone who makes you feel otherwise, ask for another team member because the ratio of caring outweighed one person who was frustrated.   • My husband and I are always looking and open to new ideas, so when we got engaged, our wedding process was no different. When it came time to start looking into the suits, he knew he would have his custom made but didn't know where to start on how to have the groomsman truly match him. We decided to pick out his suit fabric first, then take a picture of it with us to a few suit places to scope out what they had. We were not impressed. Outdated, plain, and common are a few words that come to mind. After a multitude of suit stores, and not "feeling" any of what they had, I saw an ad on Facebook for Generation Tux. I told my,now, husband about it but he wasn't sold. He was afraid too much could go wrong. I decided to do some research and digging on my own and even ordered suit samples from the GT site just in case.   • With groomsmen coming from all over the country, we knew we wanted to use some type of online tux/suit rental. So glad we chose generation tux! Everyone commented on how easy it was to use, how well their tuxes fit and how happy they were with it. We had one groomsmen who needed a different sized shirt and received one in plenty of time before the wedding. Highly recommend!

  • The home try-on was packaged beautifully. Returning within 48 hours was a breeze. The representative who I spoke with within 24 hours was very kind and answered all my questions. I am very eager and confident that these suits will look amazing come my wedding date!

  • We couldn't have been happier with how our groomsmen looked. The company was professional and very straightforward to deal with. We ordered the tux's and got them all as a perfect fit to the guys. We can't wait to see the pictures. Return was very straightforward as the package came with prepaid UPS label. Highly recommend!

  • Overall pretty terrible - they sent the wedding party the wrong sizes or slim cuts on 230lb guys etc, then after multiple phone calls it was going to take over a week for their "expedited shipping" ie the day of the rehearsal dinner. Despite countless mistakes on their end, they wanted more money to make it right (re-shipping the right sizes in time)

  • The entire process was flawed from the start. There was poor communication about the timeline of ordering and returning the suit. There was no communication that the suit needed to be ordered 16 days before the event to avoid any rush fee. The fee schedule information is not readily available anywhere except in the terms and conditions section of the website (i.e., the least convenient section to access on the website). Second, it seems unreasonable that the fee for a replacement item is excessively more than the material cost of an object. Third, two of my three interactions with customer service were unsatisfactory. I was either told a lie the timeliness of shipments (i.e., promising 3-day guarantee versus ground shipment) or my inquiries were met with hostility. I was also never sent a return shipment label as my first of two shipments hadn't arrived.   • On the plus side, I will say that Lizzie was very understanding and professional throughout the process of replacing a suit and vest that was better fitting for a grinder organ monkey. But if your friend ever suggests using an online service with subjective adjectives to determine the fit of a suit, ask him if he got a money back guarantee on the full frontal lobotomy he just underwent.

  • Generation Tux requires you to use their "fit algorithm" and will not accept measurements. As a result, after the 2 free home trials my FH was still unable to find a suit with a proper fit. We will be using another company that will allow us to submit measurements.

  • The suits were great quality but we would have liked to be able to have the tan suit in a slim fit. This color suit did not have the option. The Generation Tux team was very responsive to our my messages and changes that needed to be made. I would recommend and use them again.

  • I sent three suits back in one box to save mailing costs and let them know to look out for all three suits in one box. They nevertheless charged me $150 for a late return on two of the suits. After 4 calls and three emails I have still not been refunded the charges 4 weeks later despite promises to take care of it. Watch out when you use these guys.
