  • I have only good things to say about my experience with Generation Tux. While I was hesitant at first, it ended up being an incredibly simple process from start to finish. My tuxedo fit perfectly when everything arrived, but it arrived with plenty of lead time in case anything didn't. I know one person in our group had to return an item, but it was replaced shortly thereafter. And getting everything back was a breeze - just drop it off at FedEx and you're done!

  • The tuxedo arrived on time. Fit perfectly the FIRST time! The online measurements was my first of it's kind and I was nothing less than amazed at the precision of it all. My wedding is in 2020 and I will definitely be using Generation Tux. You guys ROCK!

  • This service has been the easiest and least stressful throughout our wedding planning. As we currently have a groomsman overseas it has been convenient for him and the others as well. Prices are competitive with actual tuxedo shops in our city and very affordable. Definitely using this service for all our suit and tuxedo needs from now on.

  • Actually got a Tux for my son for Prom with only a weeks notice. Well it did not fit right and I will tell you, one phone call and a new Tuxedo arrived in time for everything to work out just perfect. There were so many chances for this process to fail but it did not because Generation Tux was committed to our success. I will absolutely use them in the future and can not say enough about their high level of service..

  • I have never had a rented tux fit as well as the one I had from Generation Tux. It was very easy to order from the website and I have reccomended Generation Tux to my other buddies getting married later this year.

  • My husband had a great experience with GenTux. He was able to do the free home-trial and loved the suit. The suit fit great and all of his groomsmen had a great experience as well. We would highly recommend GenTux.

  • Myself and the groomsmen loved the suits. Each groomsmen lived in a different state so Generation Tux was able to accommodate all parties as needed. The suits themselves fit very well and the attendees enjoyed the way that they looked. The color scheme fit very well for what we wanted.

  • It fit perfect the first time! I didn’t return it till a week later and no late fees! Also the quality was amazing, I truly didn’t expect it to be that good since it is a rental! Can’t say enough great things but I will say they will be who I pick for my wedding!

  • I was in a wedding using this service and was very disappointed by the product. While the customer service for the return for sizing issues was incredible, the issues they had to fix were careless mistakes that made you worry if the items would return in the correct size. 3 of 6 suits needed at least one item returned, one being a size 54 belt that accompanied size 32 pants ( I would say well outside the margin of error). Finally, my return shipping label was printed with minimal ink and refused to scan at UPS, the response time was very fast, but not fast enough to allow me to return it until the final day. This forced me to take off work to ensure the box was scanned immediately before the late fee kicked in.

  • Most of my husbands groomsmen are out of state but with GT's event manager, I was able to add them to the event, pick their tuxes out (and get free swatches!) and they could order them when they were ready to! The tuxes look amazing as my husband was able to do a free home try-on and I'm so excited to see how it looks on the big day!

  • We had our free at home try on this past week, and we are definitely sticking with them for our wedding. The suit (way more stylish than anything I’ve seen at a brick and mortar rental shop) fit perfectly right out of the box, they were flexible about letting us keep it for an extra couple of days due to our schedules, and they answered all our questions right away.

  • I had an extremely poor experience with Gen tux, centering around their guarantee of fit. Their website rhetoric guarantee's the fit. That is why I went with them. This is NOT the realty. Here is the truth. If you are fit, gen tux is probably not for you. This is an attempt to use a one size fits all algorithm that can work on the middle of the bell curve. If you have a narrow waist, there simply is no way to get the fit you want. They do not allow alterations in the waist. The only option is going smaller in the coat. When I did that, it didn't fit in the shoulders. I'm not a bodybuilder by any means. What I found out the hard way is they promise it will fit, but if it does not fit in the waist, you have no recourse through Gen tux to fix the problem, save getting alterations outside of Gen tux. The problem is they do not allow alterations in the waist. Your only option, is if you give them 5 referrals and get to keep the coat, which, luckily I did, so I was able to find a good tai...   • Overall pretty terrible - they sent the wedding party the wrong sizes or slim cuts on 230lb guys etc, then after multiple phone calls it was going to take over a week for their "expedited shipping" ie the day of the rehearsal dinner. Despite countless mistakes on their end, they wanted more money to make it right (re-shipping the right sizes in time)
