  • I have only good things to say about my experience with Generation Tux. While I was hesitant at first, it ended up being an incredibly simple process from start to finish. My tuxedo fit perfectly when everything arrived, but it arrived with plenty of lead time in case anything didn't. I know one person in our group had to return an item, but it was replaced shortly thereafter. And getting everything back was a breeze - just drop it off at FedEx and you're done!

  • I called today about some concerns I had with my groom’s tux, and Generation Tux was AMAZING! I talked to Madison and she is the sweetest thing. She helped get everything worked out and it was perfect. Thank you to Generation Tux, and thank you to Madison!!!

  • The tuxedo arrived on time. Fit perfectly the FIRST time! The online measurements was my first of it's kind and I was nothing less than amazed at the precision of it all. My wedding is in 2020 and I will definitely be using Generation Tux. You guys ROCK!

  • This service has been the easiest and least stressful throughout our wedding planning. As we currently have a groomsman overseas it has been convenient for him and the others as well. Prices are competitive with actual tuxedo shops in our city and very affordable. Definitely using this service for all our suit and tuxedo needs from now on.

  • They were perfect when handling our groomsmen’s attire along with fathers of the bride and groom and most importantly the groom. We had enough people rent for our wedding that my husband was able to rent for free and keep his suit.

  • We originally were going to go with Men’s Warehouse, but I’m so glad we didn’t! Not only did Generation Tux have a better selection, everything was super customizable (some groomsmen wanted slim fit, some wanted classic fit) for all sizes. We had 8 groomsmen and all of their suits looked awesome and BONUS, if you get at least 5 groomsman to rent their suit the groom gets to keep theirs for free! I was a little skeptical about not having a physical store to go to, but their customer service is incredible and their shipping was so quick if anything didn’t fit, there was plenty of time to get any necessary replacement(s). I highly recommend GenTux!

  • My husband and I were married on 11/17/19 and Generation Tux provided suits for both of us along with our groomsman, our ring bearers and all of the men in our immediate families. We could not have been happier with how everyone looked in their suits, especially us. Several of the guys in our wedding party asked how much it would cost if they just didn't send their suits back they liked them so much. It was a little surprising because the process was so fast and easy. We didn't really provide a lot of information or measurements but somehow when the suits arrived, they just fit perfectly. Both myself and my husband absolutely loved how we looked on our big day and everyone at the reception complimented us on our suits as well. Generation Tux made everything so easy and they were a real pleasure to work with even when we did have a few small adjustments for the kids suits that we needed replacements for.   • I would not recommend GenTux. It seemed their business model is extremely hands-off, which ended up resulting in poorly fitting suits and lack of communication from the company. For example, an ad on the website promised free home try-on for grooms, but I was never contacted about this, and when I reached out to inquire I was told that I had missed the window for home try-on. Was also told I qualified to "keep my suit," but was still charged $25/day late fee (while on my honeymoon) and it turns out that there were terms and conditions they did not communicating, so I ended up purchasing the suit because it was less expensive than paying the late fee for the rest of the honeymoon. All in all, wasn't cheap enough to justify the trouble that they caused and the customer service added an additional hassle in the already busy weeks leading up to the wedding.

  • I was super excited about this vendor to begin with. My husband didn’t have to go anywhere and be fitted or shop for a suit/tux, it was all online. We picked out the suit he liked online and all the accessories, did the home try on and everything was perfect. The suit fit perfectly, the quality of the suit was great, and it looked fabulous. The problem lies in AFTER the wedding. We had an out of town wedding and left early the next morning for our honeymoon for a week in Mexico. We have now been charged a $25 late fee four times. Our wedding was just a week ago yesterday and they have charged us FOUR TIMES. We haven’t even been home 24 hours. They don’t take into account out of town weddings and honeymooners. Would not use this vendor again.

  • Maybe I just got unlucky, but I placed an order for an at home try on to see the quality of their tuxedos. I placed an ordered for a try on fitting on 10/6/2019 and waited for the tuxedo to be shipped. I waited and hadn't received anything yet but when I checked the status on the website it said that it was shipped. On the day it was meant to arrive I received an email saying that my tuxedo had been successfully returned. Returned? How had I returned the tuxedo when I never received it? I reached out by phone and the woman was very kind and helpful, saying that it still looked like that it was on its way and it was likely scanned wrongfully. I should still be receiving it soon. Another week went by before I reached out my email. The response was very quickly, saying tuxedo was going to be shipped out on Monday Nov 28th. This week comes and goes and still not tuxedo.   • I was in a wedding using this service and was very disappointed by the product. While the customer service for the return for sizing issues was incredible, the issues they had to fix were careless mistakes that made you worry if the items would return in the correct size. 3 of 6 suits needed at least one item returned, one being a size 54 belt that accompanied size 32 pants ( I would say well outside the margin of error). Finally, my return shipping label was printed with minimal ink and refused to scan at UPS, the response time was very fast, but not fast enough to allow me to return it until the final day. This forced me to take off work to ensure the box was scanned immediately before the late fee kicked in.

  • We had all of our groomsmen and my groom order their suits from here. We liked that to color would be consistent but they had a special version that he wore. It matched and was cohesive but still stood out. It was good pricing for everyone's rentals, and I ended up buying my husbands suit for him as well, which I'm glad was an option! Most of our guys needed size adjustments, and they sent them out promptly and made that who process easy for the most part. We did have a few conversations with some of the customer chat people that weren't super helpful, and confused us more...which I really did not need the week before my wedding. Overall, I'm happy we used them, and I would advise anyone else to just make sure you expect to need a sizing adjustment and CALL them, not chat on the website.
