There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Bob is. From the moment we booked with him, up and until the very day of our wedding, Bob went above and beyond to make sure that everything would be perfect. He answered every email and my hundreds of questions and concerns, and made me feel at ease, even when I freaked out the day of because the weather wasn't cooperating. I had a problem? Bob had a solution. He was absolutely amazing and I am so glad we choose GEI Catering for our event. The food was excellent. Everyone raved about it and the service was 5 star. We love you Bob. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful! Bob was excellent to work with and kept me stress free throughout the whole process from the time we booked through our wedding day. He was always available to answer questions and to let me come in and make arrangements. We chose the prime rib and the “wedding chicken” as our food choices. The food was amazing!!!

What can I say but only great things.. I found GEI catering online as I was looking for a facility in Daytona to host my moms 60th Birthday. I placed a call spoke with Bob, gave him the information that I live out of town but this facility and it looks really nice. Bob was very helpful with guiding me with detailed information how I can make the event cost effective, from theme colors food choices drinks on so on. The Event went off with a hitch of success the FOOD was absolutely amazing the staff was very attentive and I can go on but can't say enough great things. Bob Thank you to you and your staff for the beautiful decorations wonderful food and on point drinks. :)JUST AWESOME

Bob and his staff are absolutely amazing! We were out of state planning our wedding reception with GEI Catering and everything was flawless. Bob was extremely informative, very attentive, and extremely honest. Bob has mastered his craft and it showed. My guests are still raving about our wedding reception and said they have the best time. Bob was easy to communicate with, gave honest feedback, and provided a list of local vendors that provided phenomenal services as well. Overall, our wedding reception was fantastic and I couldn't imagine having it any other place than the Palmetto Club. Great job Bob and staff! Kudos! You have made our day so memorable!

Bob was absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. We had been searching for a great venue at an affordable price and GEI catering/Palmetto Club was it! The food was hands down the best wedding Food I have ever tasted. If you like chicken then I HIGHLY suggest Bob's wedding chicken. My husband and I are so thankful to Bob and his staff for making our ceremony go so smoothly and be the night that we always dreamed of!

Bob was extremely helpful and had so much advice to help our day run as smooth as possible! he was the first caterer I talked to and didn't want to see anyone else. his prices are really affordable and he knows what he's doing. the night went extremely smooth and I'm still having people tell me it's the best wedding food they've ever had. definitely been recommending him to newly engaged friends!

Bob (owner of GEI Catering) was awesome! My husband and I were planning the wedding from another state, Bob was very responsive to answering/ returning phone calls. He let our mothers facetime with us to see the venue before we put the deposit down. The venue is awesome for the price. Everything is included in your fee besides tax, tip and a $1 per person fee. From Food to waitresses, bartenders and the tables/chairs/linens. Bob had excellent suggestions for DJ's and photographers which helped us immensely (since we were planning from afar). Now for everyone's favorite thing, food! Bob makes sure the meal is delicious. He lets you chose from a ton of different options. We had Prime Rib and had guests tell us it was one of the best they'd ever had (including avid steak eaters). One of the things I enjoyed most about working with GEI Catering is we planned everything ahead of time then the day of the wedding, both me and the Groom didn't have to worry about a thing. Then when we walked in for the first time as husband and wife, he coordinated with the DJ for everything to happen according to how we planned. Another perk of working with Bob, as of Nov. 2015 you did not need a final headcount until about 10 days before your wedding. This was great since you have people who are slow to RSVP and also those who have things come up that they can't avoid.

GEI was absolutely wonderful to work with. Bob at GEI was an incredible help with finding additional vendors - cake and draperies - and was a great help in the planning process. The varying food package levels, combined with a comprehensive menu, made planning the meal easy - even for someone with food allergies! Not to mention, the food was absolutely delicious. I found GEI to be the most flexible (compared to other venues I researched) when it came to the bar, and the least expensive even with their open bar options. I also love that profit from the bar went straight to charity. The GEI staff during the actual events (rehearsal dinner and reception) were all very helpful and friendly, making the whole process as stress-free as possible.

Bob Spiering was the best thing that happened to our wedding. We thought GEI Catering was too good to be true, but then we actually attended my cousin's wedding there prior to ours. We knew right then and there we made the right choice. We used every referral Bob gave us, and he did not disappoint!!! Our guests loved the food, the room, and they loved Bob!!! Our coordinator loved working with him too. We're still hearing about how great everything was even a over a month later! Bob never got frustrated, offered advice when needed, and totally helped keep this bride calm. If we had to do it all over again, we would not change the location or our caterer. Bob ROCKS!!!
