  • My husband and I hired Hannah as our Month of/Day of Wedding Coordinator and were very much delighted with our choice. Even at our first meeting I could tell that Hannah was extremely organized yet relaxed, experienced, and confident in her abilities, which, in turn, made me confident in my decision to hire Hannah as well as decreased my stress level (which is what all brides want, right?). I valued her attention to detail, responsiveness, commitment, and pricing. I most definitely recommend her.

  • A big thank you to Hannah for making our wedding day so perfect! Hannah is so sweet and extremely knowledgeable. It was so fun to work with Hannah and she made it seem so easy to make my wedding vision a reality! She answered every question I had with ease and professionalism. So many times I thought oh my goodness I couldn't have done this without her! Because of her help and her knowledge I was able to stay in budget and I never had to sacrifice quality. She is an amazing person and an incredible wedding planner! If any bride is feeling like they may need some help with their big day, hurry up and call frosted fields events cause you will not be sorry! Thank you Hannah!

  • I hired Hannah with Frosted Field Events to provide month- and day-of coordination. I was very pleased with all of the work she did. From the beginning of the month before my wedding we met to discuss the details and vendors in my wedding and she called each vendor to set up a detailed timeline that I received well in advance to review and tweak if needed. She had a really great attitude, was very positive, and interacted well with all of my vendors and wedding party. She was very prompt in all e-mail, phone call and text conversation to any random questions I came up with. She also attended some final vendor meetings with me and helped provide some suggestions. It was so nice having her there to communicate with vendors that month and day. I knew she had everything under control and it helped to decrease my stress the month and day of my wedding. I would definitely recommend her!!

  • Hanah was wonderful. She kept everyone on schedule, helped with the vendors before the day, made sure everything was moving along as planned. I was able to enjoy the big day! It was wonderful to have her take care of the details. I found her to be extreamly knowledgeable, very pleasent personality and always looking after our best interest financially. I would hire her again! I couldn't be more pleased with her attention to detail and could count on her for any thing we needed. Guests at the wedding commented on how wonderful she was also. Very happy with her services.

  • When I was narrowing down to 3 potential wedding planners, I decided on Hannah because she was immediately responsive, the photography of the weddings she served conveyed that the weddings were beautiful (flowers, setting, decorations), and she was always positive to work with. I hired Hannah for full service coordination and it was worth the financial investment; she provided me with recommendations for vendors, I would look on their websites, and she would contact them to set up the contracts. I asked her questions when contracts were murky and full of legalese, and she would give me guidance on standard practices. When issues arose (misunderstanding/miscommunication with a catering vendor, another vendor did not implement the agreed upon setup), Hannah was a positive advocate and discussed those issues with the vendors; her goal was always to fix what was wrong.   • I am so glad we found Hannah- I don't know what we would have done without her! We used her for day-of/month-of coordination, and it was seriously the best money we spent on our entire wedding. From the get-go (before we even officially hired her), she offered up so many great ideas for decor, timeline, and other wedding details, and had fantastic vendor recommendations. As it turns out, she knew and had worked with many of our vendors anyway, which gave me great peace of mind. She went with us to many of our vendor meetings, and as soon as, even before, the T-minus one month mark hit, she had taken over all our vendor communication, which was a huge load off of us!   • Hannah was so wonderful to work with! I like to think she did all the not fun things and I did all the fun things (sorry Hannah :)). She set up meetings, worked on the floor plan, did rentals, kept me on track with what needed to be done and when, set up the budget, connected me with a wonderful florist and band, sent me a list of who needed to be paid and when, helped with decor and style, did an INCREDIBLE job the day of the wedding with timelines and running around making sure everything was perfect, and so so much more! I did not have to worry about a thing on the day of my wedding! Everything was perfect and smooth.   • Among the many joys of having Hannah as my day of coordinator, knowing she was at the helm of running my wedding day was worth more than I could have imagined. I couldn't recommend Hannah more highly for her confidence and capability in taking my vision and managing it flawlessly. Even though I planned the majority of my wedding, when I handed it over to Hannah she took everything I had planned and imagined, and tied it all together perfectly. Having Hannah coordinate my wedding day meant that myself, my friends, and my family were free to completely invest in enjoying and experiencing the day, stress free! After months of planning, I was so relieved to know all of my dreams and hard work were secure in Hannah's hands, and I could trust her to make the final decisions in my place, freeing me to be a bride. I know it is cliche to think your wedding day is supposed to be stressful, but it was honestly the most stress-free part of the process, and I know having Hannah made that possible.

  • Working with Hannah was an absolute dream!!!! On top of being the coolest/nicest/funniest laid back person you'll ever meet, she really knows her stuff! She has such a good eye for decor and seems to knit your event together and tie all the loose ends like a perfectly wrapped package. Meeting with her before the wedding put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day! She made sure everything went according to plan and had everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. It was also great to give her a rough sketch of what I envisioned and see her make it a reality, down to every detail! You will NOT find anyone better than Hannah!

  • I have mixed emotions while writing this review because I really like Hannah. It has been a few months since our wedding and most of the mishaps from the day-of I have forgotten. However, as the wedding photos come in and boxes of wedding materials are sorted through, I find more and more things that went wrong. First off, Hannah was nowhere to be found when we needed her most. I saw her a total of 3 times the day of the wedding and she did not check on me while I was in bridal suite. All the plans were to be verified with each vendor and the venue's contract. We had unique requests like sparklers and my dog being walked down the aisle. But on the day of, my dog was not allowed to be there (all 5 pounds of her) and she was made to stay in my car the entire 8 hours we were at the venue. I could hear her crying as I was walking towards the aisle.   • Hannah was a true delight to work with. I hired her for day of coordination with some design advice on the side. She was always able to meet and had great ideas for the details I had not exactly worked out yet. She did a great job of handling minor issues as they arose and communicating with my vendors. She also has a great design eye and set up our chocolate and cookie buffet beautifully. Looking back I wish I had hired Hannah for full wedding coordination. I think if she had been a part of all of my decisions they I really wouldn't have had anything to worry about day of.

  • There were many things we were disappointed with. Overall we never felt like the wedding was being planned for us but rather we were planning and delegating. Direction and guidance through the wedding planning process was only given at request. Which left us confused and unsure if the wedding preparations were being completed correctly and on time. We had to ask for a checklist of weekly task. Our wedding information was repeatedly confused for another client's. The rehearsal was disorganized. Their were assumptions made about how the bridesmaids and grooms would stand. We would have preferred that we discuss this before the rehearsal. There was no planning of the rehearsal dinner.
